본 연구는 콘택트렌즈의 인장강도 시험을 정확하게 평가하기 위하여 하이드로젤 콘택트렌즈를 제조한 후, 다양한 측정 환경 및 방법을 조성하여 인장강도 측정결과를 비교, 분석하였다. 항온수조를 사용한 생리적 환경 조성 및 와이프올을 사용한 렌즈 물기 제거법을 통해 각각의 인장강도를 평가하였다. 그 결과, 렌즈의 물기 제거를 통한 방법이 가장 용이한 측정방법으로 나타났으며, 렌즈의 함수율에 따라 재현성이 각각 다르게 나타났다. 따라서 현재 사용되고 있는 플라스틱 인장강도 측정의 규격이 아닌 하이드로젤 콘택트렌즈와 같은 의료기기의 인장강도 측정을 위한 표준화 규격 제정이 시급하며, 하이드로젤 렌즈 특성에 따른 인장강도의 측정방법에 대한 각각의 기준이 독립적으로 필요할 것으로 판단된다.In this study, a hydrogel contact lens was manufactured to accurately evaluate the tensile strength test of the contact lens. And this study was compared and analyzed the results of tensile strength by creating various measurement environments and methods. The tensile strength of each sample was evaluated through the composition of the physiological environment using a constant-temperature water tank and the lens water removal method using a wypall. As a result, the method through water removal from lens was the easiest measurement method, and reproducibility was different depending on the water content of the lens. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a standard for measuring tensile strength of medical devices such as hydrogel contact lenses, not the standard for measuring plastic tensile strength currently in use. In addition, each standard for measuring tensile strength according to hydrogel lens characteristics is needed independently.

물류산업은 국가 산업 경쟁력의 핵심 요소로 정부는 국가 물류산업 경쟁력확보를 위해 다양한 정책적 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 정부의 물류기업 육성 정책인 우수물류기업인증제도의 정책효과와 금융위기, 코로나19 등 외부 충격이 물류산업의 성장에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 물류산업 발전을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 1999년부터 2021년까지의 시계열 데이터를 활용하여 종속변수에는 양적성장을 나타낼 수 있는 매출액을 활용하였으며 선행연구를 통해 GDP, 수출입액, 물류성과지표(LPI)를 독립변수로 설정하여 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 우수물류기업인증제도를 정책요인으로 설정하였고, 2008년 발생한 금융위기와 2020년 발생한 코로나19를 외부환경요인으로 설정하였다. 분석 결과 GDP, 수출입액, 우수물류기업인증제도, 코로나19는 물류산업 성장에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 금융위기는 물류산업 성장에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 물류 기업의 양적성장에 한정하여 이루어졌다는 한계점이 있으며 향후 연구 범위를 확장하여 질적 성장을 동시에 고려하는 연구가 필요하다. 또한 인증 등급별 차이를 고려한 연구가 이루어질 필요가 있다고 판단된다.The logistics industry is a key element of national industrial competitiveness and the government has been making various policy efforts to secure the competitiveness of the national logistics industry. In this study, the effect of the excellent logistics company certification system and external shocks such as the financial crisis and COVID-19 on the growth of the logistics industry are examined and some policy implications are suggested. And multiple regression was conducted to identify various variables that impact on quantitative growth of logistics industry using time series data form 1999 to 2021. This study used sales as the dependent variables to represent quantitative growth and the following variables was selected as independent variables through previous studies: GDP, the amount of imports and exports, Logistics Pergormance Index(LPI). And excellent logistics company certification system was used as policy factors, and the financial crisis and COVID-19 was used as external environmental factors. The result show that GDP, the amount of imports and exports, excellent logistics company certification system, COVID-19 have a positive impact on the growth of the logistics industry. On the other hand, we found that the financial crisis have negative effects on the growth of the logistics industry. A limitation of this study is that the analysis was conducted only considering quantitative growth. It is necessary to expand the scope of research to consider both qualitative and quantitative growth and to consider the relationship between different certification levels in the future.

본 연구는 표준과 관련된 다양한 연구 중에서 표준 및 표준화에 대한 이해와 인식을 제고하는 목적의 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 국가기술표준 경쟁력 강화의 한 방법으로써 표준 및 표준화에 대한 인식 제고를 위해 관련 연구자들에게 필요한 역할을 정립하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구 동향 분석과 관련된 유사 논문을 참조하여, 연구 특성으로 연구 대상, 연구 목적, 연구 방법, 게재 학술지를, 연구자 특성으로 연구자 구성, 소속, 학문 분야를 분석 준거로 하는 분석 틀을 개발하였고, 1999년부터 2022년까지 학술지에 게재된 59편의 표준 및 표준화에 대한 이해와 인식 제고 목적의 논문을 대상으로 분석을 수행하였다. 먼저, 해당 연구가 시기별로 어떤 경향을 보이는지 살펴본 결과, 2012년 이후 관련 논문 수가 증가하다가 2017-2018년을 기점으로 감소하였다. 이는 국가표준․인증제도 선진화 방안이 수립되고 한국이 ISO 이사국으로 선출된 시기와 맞물려 관련 연구가 증가하였으나 이후 이러한 대외적 요소나 정책적 효과가 줄어들어 연구자들의 표준화 인식 및 보급에 대한 관심이 줄어들었기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 또한, 연구 특성에 대해서 살펴본 결과, 연구 방법은 양적 연구 중에서는 조사 연구의 비중이 높았고, 질적 연구 중에서는 사례 연구의 비중이 크게 나타났다. 개발 연구와 실험 연구의 비중은 낮았으며, 주로 학생 교육이나 동향 파악 등의 목적으로 연구가 이루어졌다. 마지막으로 연구자 특성에 대해서 살펴본 결과, 2015년을 기준으로 2인 및 3인 이상 공동 연구가 크게 증가하였고 연구자 소속도 대학이 크게 증가한 것을 통해 대학이나 산업체와의 공동 연구가 활발하게 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다. 종합적으로, 표준 및 표준화 인식 제고 관련 연구는 2015-2018년 기간에는 정부 지원 사업 중심으로 활발하게 이루어졌지만, 현재는 저조한 것으로 보아 연구자들이 표준 및 표준화 인식 제고에 대한 동기를 얻는 데 정부의 정책적인 지원이 큰 영향을 미쳤다고 분석되었다. 따라서 앞으로의 연구가 활성화되기 위해서는 대학교, 산업체, 행정기관 간의 연계가 활발하게 이루어지고 다양한 지원 체계가 갖추어지는 것이 우선되어야 함을 알 수 있다. 결과에 대한 분석을 바탕으로, 표준화 연구자 및 종사자들의 표준 및 표준화 인식 제고 관련 활동 적극 참여, 일반인과 산업체를 대상으로 하는 홍보 및 교육 확대, 산학관의 역할 명확화 및 유기적인 협력 관계 구축, 국외 연구 및 사례 분석을 통한 벤치마킹 등을 제언하였다.This study aimed to investigate the research trends in various studies related to standards, with the objective of enhancing understanding and awareness of standards and standardization. Additionally, the study sought to identify the roles that researchers play in raising awareness of standards and standardization to strengthen the competitiveness of national technical standards. To analyze these trends, we developed a framework based on research characteristics such as research object, research purpose, research method, and publication journal, as well as researcher characteristics including researcher composition, affiliation, and academic field. The analysis focused on 59 papers published in academic journals between 1999 and 2022 that aimed to raise understanding and awareness of standards and standardization. The temporal trend analysis revealed an increase in studies related to standardization awareness raising after 2012, followed by a decrease in 2017-2018. This increase can be attributed to the establishment of the National Standards and Certification System Advancement Plan and Korea's election to the ISO Board of Directors. However, the subsequent decline in research activity can be attributed to the diminishing influence of these external factors and policy effects, resulting in decreased interest among researchers in standardization awareness and dissemination. Regarding the characteristics of the research, survey research exhibited a higher proportion among quantitative studies, while case studies were more prevalent among qualitative studies. {"title":"Chronology of Standard Studies: Enhancing Awareness of Standards and Standardization","authors":"Hakyung Park, Chung Hwan Kim","doi":"10.34139/jscs.2023.13.3.1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.34139/jscs.2023.13.3.1","url":null,"abstract":"본 연구는 표준과 관련된 다양한 연구 중에서 표준 및 표준화에 대한 이해와 인식을 제고하는 목적의 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 국가기술표준 경쟁력 강화의 한 방법으로써 표준 및 표준화에 대한 인식 제고를 위해 관련 연구자들에게 필요한 역할을 정립하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구 동향 분석과 관련된 유사 논문을 참조하여, 연구 특성으로 연구 대상, 연구 목적, 연구 방법, 게재 학술지를, 연구자 특성으로 연구자 구성, 소속, 학문 분야를 분석 준거로 하는 분석 틀을 개발하였고, 1999년부터 2022년까지 학술지에 게재된 59편의 표준 및 표준화에 대한 이해와 인식 제고 목적의 논문을 대상으로 분석을 수행하였다. 먼저, 해당 연구가 시기별로 어떤 경향을 보이는지 살펴본 결과, 2012년 이후 관련 논문 수가 증가하다가 2017-2018년을 기점으로 감소하였다. 이는 국가표준․인증제도 선진화 방안이 수립되고 한국이 ISO 이사국으로 선출된 시기와 맞물려 관련 연구가 증가하였으나 이후 이러한 대외적 요소나 정책적 효과가 줄어들어 연구자들의 표준화 인식 및 보급에 대한 관심이 줄어들었기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 또한, 연구 특성에 대해서 살펴본 결과, 연구 방법은 양적 연구 중에서는 조사 연구의 비중이 높았고, 질적 연구 중에서는 사례 연구의 비중이 크게 나타났다. 개발 연구와 실험 연구의 비중은 낮았으며, 주로 학생 교육이나 동향 파악 등의 목적으로 연구가 이루어졌다. 마지막으로 연구자 특성에 대해서 살펴본 결과, 2015년을 기준으로 2인 및 3인 이상 공동 연구가 크게 증가하였고 연구자 소속도 대학이 크게 증가한 것을 통해 대학이나 산업체와의 공동 연구가 활발하게 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다. 종합적으로, 표준 및 표준화 인식 제고 관련 연구는 2015-2018년 기간에는 정부 지원 사업 중심으로 활발하게 이루어졌지만, 현재는 저조한 것으로 보아 연구자들이 표준 및 표준화 인식 제고에 대한 동기를 얻는 데 정부의 정책적인 지원이 큰 영향을 미쳤다고 분석되었다. 따라서 앞으로의 연구가 활성화되기 위해서는 대학교, 산업체, 행정기관 간의 연계가 활발하게 이루어지고 다양한 지원 체계가 갖추어지는 것이 우선되어야 함을 알 수 있다. 결과에 대한 분석을 바탕으로, 표준화 연구자 및 종사자들의 표준 및 표준화 인식 제고 관련 활동 적극 참여, 일반인과 산업체를 대상으로 하는 홍보 및 교육 확대, 산학관의 역할 명확화 및 유기적인 협력 관계 구축, 국외 연구 및 사례 분석을 통한 벤치마킹 등을 제언하였다.This study aimed to investigate the research trends in various studies related to standards, with the objective of enhancing understanding and awareness of standards and standardization. Additionally, the study sought to identify the roles that researchers play in raising awareness of standards and standardization to strengthen the competitiveness of national technical standards. To analyze these trends, we developed a framework based on research characteristics such as research object, research purpose, research method, and publication journal, as well as researcher characteristics including researcher composition, affiliation, and academic field. The analysis focused on 59 papers published in academic journals between 1999 and 2022 that aimed to raise understanding and awareness of standards and standardization. The temporal trend analysis revealed an increase in studies related to standardization awareness raising after 2012, followed by a decrease in 2017-2018. This increase can be attributed to the establishment of the National Standards and Certification System Advancement Plan and Korea's election to the ISO Board of Directors. However, the subsequent decline in research activity can be attributed to the diminishing influence of these external factors and policy effects, resulting in decreased interest among researchers in standardization awareness and dissemination. Regarding the characteristics of the research, survey research exhibited a higher proportion among quantitative studies, while case studies were more prevalent among qualitative studies. 전 세계는 탄소중립 목표를 달성하기 위해 내연기관 차량에서 전기차로의 전환이 필수적인 상황이다. 본 연구는 현재 내연기관 승하차 행위 중심의 행정지침에 있어 전기차 차량의 이용 행태에 따른 충전 행위에 대한 추가적인 고려사항으로 제시하고 있다. 영국과 미국의 편의제공형 전기차 충전시설 주차구획 기준을 분석하고 이에 따라 국내 편의제공형 전기차 충전시설 설치 및 주차구획 기준에 교통약자가 충전 플러그를 삽입하기 위한 신체 및 휠체어의 회전반경, 차량과 충전기 간의 이동 등 특수성을 고려한 국내 편의제공형 전기차 충전시설 주차구획 기준 마련을 위한 유의점과 대응방안에 대해 기술하였다. 본 연구에서는 교통약자를 고려하여 휠체어 회전반경을 위한 유효폭 및 차량 충전구 위치 등의 요구사항을 고려하여 기술적 측면에서의 편의제공형 전기차 충전시설 주차구획 기준을 제안한다.Globally, the transition from internal combustion engine vehicles to electric vehicles is imperative to achieve carbon neutrality objectives. This study introduces additional considerations for charging behaviors of electric vehicle users within the context of current administrative guidelines, which are predominantly centered around internal combustion engine vehicles and passenger embarkation and disembarkation practices. The research involves an analysis of the electric vehicle charging facility parking space guidelines in the United Kingdom and the United States. It outlines key points and strategies for establishing Korean-specific standards for electric vehicle charging facility parking spaces, taking into account the needs of individuals with mobility impairments, including considerations such as wheelchair turning radius, the positioning of charging ports relative to the vehicle, and mobility between the vehicle and the charging unit. In this study, we propose technical guidelines for electric vehicle charging facility parking spaces, considering the unique requirements of individuals with mobility impairments. These guidelines aim to address accessibility and convenience concerns for all users while promoting the adoption of electric vehicles as an essential step toward achieving carbon neutrality goals.

본 연구는 COSD의 현황을 COSD의 자원과 활동의 측면에서 분석하여 그 문제점을 도출하고 COSD의 역할 제고방안을 제시하고자 설문조사 및 전화․서면 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 그 결과를 정리하면 첫째, 표준을 다루는 독립조직에서 다수 기관이 다른 업무와 표준을 병행하고 있어 표준의 전문성에는 한계가 있었다. 둘째, COSD의 표준역량에 대한 인식이 낮았다. 셋째, COSD 표준인력은 평균 6명이었고, 표준인력의 경력기간은 평균 8년이었으나 기관별로 상당한 격차가 있었다. 넷째, COSD의 표준인력은 KS 관리, TC 관리, 전문위원회 관리, 표준제정, 부합화제정, 개정, 폐지와 상관관계가 없어 표준인력의 적절한 업무배분에 한계를 보였다. COSD의 역할 제고를 위한 시사점으로 첫째, COSD간 격차해소, 적절한 인력배치를 위한 직무표준화, 위탁부처 COSD 업무통일성을 담보하기 위해서는 COSD 기관의 업무를 정리한 업무매뉴얼 제작을 제시하였고, 둘째, 현재 표준실무교육에 추가로 표준역량 프로그램을 개발하고 표준위탁부처 COSD의 교육 의무화, 셋째, COSD의 기관 규모와 역량에 따른 지원 차별화, 산업표준심의회 중심으로 전 부처 COSD의 통합관리 방안을 제시하였다.This study conducted surveys and interviews to analyze the current status of COSD in terms of COSD's resources and activities to derive its problems and to suggest ways to enhance the role of COSD. To summarize the results, firstly, there was a limit to the expertise of standards as many institutions were doing other tasks and independent organizations dealing with standards. Second, awareness of COSD's organizational capabilities, financial capabilities, human capabilities, and standard capabilities were relatively low. Third, the average number of COSD standard personnel was six, from 2 to 14, and the average career period of standard personnel was 8 years, but there was a significant gap between COSDs. Fourth, COSD's standard manpower was not correlated with KS management, TC management, professional committee management, standardization, conformity enactment, revision, and abolition, showing limitations in the appropriate distribution of standard manpower. First, a work manual was produced to bridge the gap between COSDs, ensure job standardization for appropriate manpower placement, and uniformity of COSD work. Second, a standard competency program was developed in addition to the current standard practice. As implications for enhancing the role of COSD, firstly, it was suggested to produce a work manual that summarizes the work of COSD organizations in order to resolve the gap between COSDs, standardize jobs for appropriate staffing, and ensure uniformity of COSD work. Second, in addition to the current standard practical training, a standard competency program was developed and training was made mandatory for the COSD. Third, a plan was presented to differentiate support according to the size and capabilities of COSD, and to integrate management of COSD across all ministries centered on the Industrial Standards Council.

본 연구는 중․소규모 사업장의 중대재해처벌법 적용에 앞서 우리나라 경제의 기초를 이루고 있는 소규모 사업장 사업주의 안전의식과 현재 상태를 점검 및 실질적인 대책과 효율적인 산업재해 예방의 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위해 50인 미만 소규모 제조업에 종사하는 사업주의 안전의식이 작업자에게 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 이러한 영향이 산업재해에 미치는 영향과 안전관리자 선임별 분석을 통해 안전관리자 선임, 대행 그리고 미선임의 차이와 개선방안을 제시하여 소규모 제조업의 산업재해를 예방하는 기틀을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 50인 이하 소규모 제조사업장에서 근무하는 작업자 249명을 대상으로 구조방정식 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 사업주의 안전의식은 작업자에게 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 영향이 산업재해 감소에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 안전관리자 선입별 분석결과로 안전관리자 미선임 사업장은 사업주의 안전의식 및 작업자들의 안전의식이 부족한 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 관리가 필요할 것으로 보이며, 안전관리자 겸임 또는 대행을 하는 사업주의 안전의식은 명확해 보이나 겸직 안전관리자의 경우 안전관리 업무가 우선으로 이루어져야 하고 안전관리자 선임 기업은 지속적인 지도 및 감독이 필요한 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구는 소규모 제조업의 현실을 반영하였다고 볼 수 있으며, 소규모 제조사업장의 산업재해 예방을 위해서 사업장이 실질적으로 필요한 내용을 정확히 파악하고 분석하여 지원할 수 있는 기초자료로 참고할 것으로 기대한다.In order to check business owners’ safety consciousness and present state in small businesses which form the basis of Korean economy and seek the practical measures and revitalization plans for preventing industrial disasters efficiently before applying the Serious Accidents Punishment Act to small and medium businesses, this study aims to pave the way for preventing industrial disasters of the small manufacturing industry by presenting differences among and improvement plans of safety managers’ appointment, agency, unappointment through the presentation of an effect of the safety consciousness of business owners who engage in the small-sized manufacturing industry with less than 50 people on workers and the analysis by safety managers’ appointment. For the subjects of the study, the structural equation was analyzed targeting 249 workers who work for places of manufacturing business with less than 50 people. The result of the study has found that business owners’ safety consciousness has a significant effect on workers. And this effect has found to have an effect on decreases in industrial disasters. Additionally, as the analytical result of safety managers by appointment has found that business owners and workers in places of business without appointing safety managers showed a lack of safety consciousness, management of this is thought to be required. And the safety consciousness of the business owners who make an employee hold his position concurrently with safety management or entrust it to another company seems to be clear. However, in case of the safety managers who hold their position concurrently with safety management, safety management business should preferentially be done and it is thought that the companies which appoint safety managers require continuous guidance and supervision. The study is thought to reflect the realities of the small manufacturing businesses and it is expected that it will be utilized as the preliminary data to be able to exactly grasp, analyze, and support contents practically required for preventing industrial disasters in the small manufacturing businesses.
本研究中·小规模工厂的重大灾害处罚法适用之前,韩国经济的基础正在形成小规模工厂检查企业安全意识和目前状态及实质性对策和有效预防工伤的,为了寻求刺激方案不足50人的小规模制造业从事企业安全意识产生什么样的影响,给工作人员,通过分析这些影响对产业灾害产生的影响和安全管理者的选任,提出安全管理者的选任、代理以及未选任的差异和改善方案,为预防小规模制造业的产业灾害奠定基础。研究对象以在50人以下的小规模制造工厂工作的249名工作人员为对象,进行了结构方程式分析。研究结果显示,业主的安全意识对工作人员产生了有意义的影响。另外,这样的影响也会对产业灾害的减少产生影响。另外,安全管理者先入分析结果显示,安全管理者未任工作场所业主的安全意识及工作人员的安全意识不足,因此有必要对此进行管理;兼任或代理安全管理者的业主的安全意识虽然很明确,但是兼职安全管理者的情况,安全管理业务应该优先进行,安全管理者选任企业需要持续的指导及监督。本研究可以看作是反映了小规模制造业的现实,为了预防小规模制造事业场的产业灾害,期待作为事业场能够正确掌握实际必要的内容并进行分析,作为支援的基础资料进行参考。In order to check business owners ' safety consciousness and present state In small businesses which form the basis of Korean economy and seek the practical measures and revitalization plans forpreventing industrial disasters efficiently before applying the Serious Accidents Punishment Act to small and medium businesses;this study aims to pave the way for preventing industrial disasters of the small manufacturing industry by presenting differences among and improvement plans of safety managers ' appointment, agencyunappointment through the presentation of an effect of the safety consciousness of business owners who engage in the small-sized manufacturing industry with less than 50 people on workers and theanalysis by safety managers ' appointment。For the subjects of the study, the structural equation was analyzed targeting 249 workers who work For places of manufacturing business with less than 50 people。The result of The study has found that business owners ' safety consciousness has a significant effect on workers。And this effect has found to have an effect on decreases in industrial disasters。additionally,as the analytical result of safety managers by appointment has found that business owners and workers in places of business without appointing safety managers showed a lack of safety consciousnessmanagement of this is thought to be required。And the safety consciousness of the business owners who make an employee hold his position concurrently with safety management or entrust it to another company seems to be clear。However, in case of the safety managers who hold their position concurrently with safety management;safety management business should preferentially be done and it is thought that the companies which appoint safety managers require continuous guidance and supervision。The study is thought to reflect The realities of The small manufacturing businesses and it is expected that it will be utilized as The preliminary data to be able to exactly grasp, analyze,and support contents practically required for preventing industrial disasters in the small manufacturing businesses。

본 연구의 목적은 생태법인 제도 도입을 위해 고려해야 할 요소들을 도출하고 그 우선순위를 확보하여 연구 과정에서 파악한 내용들을 활용하여 생태법인 제도 도입을 위한 요소들의 표준화 방향을 제안하는 것에 있다. 연구를 위해 제주도를 중심으로 펼쳐진 활동과 선행 연구논문, 세미나 자료들을 활용하여 주요 요소들을 도출하였으며, AHP 조사 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 생태법인에 대한 필요성 인식 확대, 생태법인의 현실 적합한 법적 체계 구축, 생태법인 제도 도입의 효과 논리 확보, 생태법인 제도 도입의 가능 여건 강화, 제주에 주는 긍정적 이미지 설정 강화 순으로 분석되었다. 또한 세부 항목의 우선순위를 도출하고, 그에 따른 각각의 표준화를 위한 제안을 하였다. 추후 조례에 관한 연구사 이루어져 본 연구 결과가 의미있게 반영되길 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to derive the elements to be considered for the introduction of the ecological corporation system, secure their priorities, and propose a direction for standardizing the elements for the introduction of the ecological corporation system by utilizing the contents identified during the research process. For the study, major elements were derived using activities centered on Jeju Island, previous research papers, and seminar materials and AHP survey analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed in the following order: expanding awareness of the need for ecological corporations, establishing a legal system appropriate for the reality of ecological corporations, securing the logic of the effectiveness of introducing the ecological corporation system, strengthening the conditions for introducing the ecological corporation system, and strengthening the establishment of a positive image for Jeju. In addition, priorities for detailed items were derived and proposals were made for standardization of each item accordingly. We hope that future research on the ordinance will be conducted and the results of this study will be meaningfully reflected.

한국 전체 안전사고의 20% 이상 높은 비율을 차지하고 있는 어린이 관련 안전사고에는 어린이제품 사용에 따른 안전사고가 중요한 부분이다. 그러나, 어린이제품 사용에 따른 안전사고 발생 유형이나 요인 등에 대한 구체적인 연구결과는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 중대사고 여부를 종속변수로 하여 어린이제품 연령 분류에 따라 어린이 전 연령, 영아(0~12개월), 유아(12~36개월), 어린이(36개월~13세)로 나눠 2018년부터 2022년까지 5년 동안 발생한 어린이제품에 의한 어린이 상해 데이터 22,200건을 표본으로 연령, 성별, 연도, 인증정보, 장소, 계절, 행동 등 7개의 사고 요인을 분석하였다. Logistic regression 분석 결과, 전 연령에서는 중대사고 발생 시 장소, 연도, 성별을 제외한 연령, 인증정보, 행동, 계절에서 중대사고 발생의 통계적 유의성을 확인하였다. 연령 분류에 따른 영아, 유아, 어린이 등 3개 모델에서는 영아는 행동만이 통계적 유의성을 보였으며, 유아와 어린이에서는 장소, 인증정보, 행동, 계절 등에서 통계적 유의성을 보였다. 다수의 사고 요인에서 발견된 중대사고 연관성은 어린이제품 사고 발생 시 중대사고에 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 사고 요인을 확인하는데 logisitic regression 분석이 유용한 모델임을 보여준다. 본 연구결과는 중대사고 예방을 위한 어린이 제품 사용 주의사항 표시, 예방 교육, 리스크평가 등 어린이 제품 안전 사용에 관련된 여러 정책을 결정함에 있어 과학적인 기본 통계자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.Child safety remains a paramount concern, constituting 20% of all safety incidents. The result of logistic regression analysis unveiled several noteworthy findings. Across all age model, age, certification information, behavior, and season were statistically significant factors correlating with severe accidents, whereas place, year, and gender exhibited no such significance. Within the baby(~12month) model, solely behavior emerged as a statistically significant factor. Meanwhile, among infant(12~36month) and children(36month~13age), factors such as location, certification information, behavior, and season demonstrated statistical significance. Through the relationship between various accident factors, it was confirmed that logistic regression analysis is a useful model for identifying the causes of serious accidents related to children's products. The results of this study can be used to establish policies to improve the safety of children's product use. These policies include designing product usage precautions to prevent serious accidents, promoting prevention education, and comprehensive risk assessment. Accordingly, the results of this study are expected to play an important role in providing a scientific basis for various policies and initiatives for the safety of children's product use.
