Homogeneous charge compression ignition (HCCI) technology is a novel approach in internal combustion engines that combines the efficiency of gasoline engines with the spontaneous ignition characteristics of diesel engines. HCCI engines offer cleaner emissions, reduced noise, and wider fuel adaptability, overcoming many drawbacks of traditional engines. The paper explores the HCCI combustion process, highlighting its unique features and advantages over spark ignition (SI) and compression ignition (CI) engines. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the Wix platform and JavaScript collaborate to create user interfaces (UI) for educational blogs that are robust and simple to operate. The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which Java technologies, particularly Spring and Hibernate, might enhance user interface designs on the Wix platform. The study also focuses on the significance of striking a balance between design and technology. Through the incorporation of tools for online lesson preparation and time management, the project intends to improve the overall quality of the user experience. This is because educational applications have challenges that are unique and need to be eliminated. Using Java technologies like Spring, Hibernate, and Jakarta Faces, the research project involves the creation of an instructive blog. The research makes use of the Design Thinking methodology and takes a human-centered approach to its methodology. To facilitate user comfort, aesthetic appeal, and efficient interaction, the design makes use of visual harmony, simplicity, and refinement at various points throughout. In the context of this research, the use of wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, and prototype assembly on the Wix platform helps the growth of the internet as well as the development of instructional resources. One of the objectives of this project is to develop a design for an educational blog that is consistent and visually appealing.

Due to the rapid development of the Internet, online shopping is also developing, in which the construction of online shopping platforms is becoming more and more important. However, existing shopping website page designs often lack consideration for user needs, resulting in some negative user experiences for users. This paper aims to research the design and implementation of Java for commercial shopping pages and points out that Java design pages can greatly help enterprises and users. This study achieved a user-friendly improvement of key design elements such as logos, typography, language style, colors, and icons. This design provides diverse user options and improves user satisfaction. The research in this paper can help designers better satisfy the needs of users when designing pages and bring the greatest benefits to themselves or enterprises. The results of this study provide a new path for website page design for related research, which significantly improves user experience and shopping enthusiasm.

An enhancement methodology for predicting transaction amounts for freelancers on freelance platforms: Based on sentiment analysis 预测自由职业者平台上自由职业者交易金额的改进方法:基于情感分析

Freelancing is a type of labor arrangement in which independent freelancers use their discretionary time to perform ad hoc tasks, usually of a single nature, with the aim of getting paid. This study proposes an augmented method for predicting the amount of freelance transactions using textual sentiment analysis. First, a unique feature labeled Freelancer Sentiment was selected to summarize the positive or negative sentiment orientation of freelancers. Subsequently, Naive Bayes algorithm is applied to process the text data from the freelancers platform to finally develop a Model for Computing Word Sentiment Values. The model helps to accurately calculate the sentiment values associated with emotional words. Finally, the Word Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithm is used to construct the Text Sentiment Value Calculation Model, so as to accurately calculate the sentiment values of freelancers. The results of the comparison experiments of the five commonly used prediction models show that the mean squared error (MSE) of the model that includes the freelancer sentiment feature is significantly reduced by 6%-11% compared with the model that does not include the freelancer sentiment feature. This study contains theoretical explorations and practical implications. First, the proposed approach of extracting features from textual data to build predictive models provides a valuable reference for future enhancement of predictive modeling on freelance platforms, especially those that rely on unstructured data. Second, incorporating textual sentiment value features relevant to freelancers can significantly improve the accuracy of predicting transaction amounts. Third, the calculation of word and text sentiment values employs a series of algorithms that target specific features of the freelancer platforms text data. This approach is important for improving the accuracy of feature value calculation.

River water injecting into sea: Movement of sediments in stable stratified flows 河水注入大海稳定分层流中的沉积物运动

The study of sediment movement in a stably stratified (each layer is less dense than the one below it) fluid is important for applications such as airborne virus transport, contaminant transport, and sediment settling in river inlets. This project will quantify the effect of sediment-driven instability on the horizontal motion of sediment in a stably stratified fluid. Experiments are designed to analyze this process by adding sediment-rich brine-free water to sediment-free brine, where salinity differences are used to construct stably stratified fluids. The experiments are done with salinity same as salty water with concentration of sediments derived from linear stability analysis. This work provide baseline experiments for sediment settling in a stably stratified fluids for numerical validations in the future.

European Option Pricing Based on FSDE Driven by Fractional Brownian Motion 基于分数布朗运动驱动的 FSDE 的欧式期权定价

In the actual financial market, the classical Black-Scholes (B-S) model cant perfectly describe the process of stock price. Besides, memory effect is an important phenomenon in financial systems. Thus, in this paper, we establish a fractional order stochastic differential equations (FSDE) which is driven by fractional Brownian motion (fBm) to describe the effect of noise memory and trend memory in financial pricing. Finally, we derive a European option pricing formula based on the established model. After conducting an empirical analysis based on the SSE 50ETF, we find that the established model performs better than the traditional one.

A historical analysis of the independent development of calculus by Newton and Leibniz 牛顿和莱布尼兹独立发展微积分的历史分析

This paper undertakes a historical investigation of the separate and independent development of calculus by Isaac Newton and Gottfried Leibniz in the late 17th century. Through analysis of primary sources and historiographical perspectives, it explores the differences in notation, methods, and applications used by each mathematician to formulate foundational concepts of calculus. The research demonstrates that Newton relied more on geometric intuition, developing calculus concepts like fluxions and fluents rooted in kinematic problems. His 1687 Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica synthesized many calculus innovations. Meanwhile, Leibniz approached calculus from an algebraic mindset, utilizing infinitesimal differentials and comprehensively explaining integral and differential calculus in publications like Nova Methodus pro Maximis et Minimis. Evaluation of letters and documents from the 1670s and 1680s shows no direct collaboration or communication about calculus between Newton and Leibniz. This lack of transmission, coupled with the disparities in their notation and calculus techniques, provides evidence for independent creation. However, Newton and Leibniz shared key insights regarding rates of change, derivatives and integrals, hinting at a broader zeitgeist in early modern mathematics and science. Thus, this dual achievement illustrates how the Scientific Revolution facilitated conceptual convergence despite geographic separation between great thinkers. Investigating this case study offers perspective on the interplay between individual genius and wider social contexts in driving scientific progress. This paper concludes by assessing the legacy of the Newton-Leibniz debate over priority and analyzing work that paved the way for modern unified calculus notation and applications.

The research demonstrates that Newton relied more on geometric intuition, developing calculus concepts like fluxions and fluents rooted in kinematic problems. His 1687 Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica synthesized many calculus innovations. Meanwhile, Leibniz approached calculus from an algebraic mindset, utilizing infinitesimal differentials and comprehensively explaining integral and differential calculus in publications like Nova Methodus pro Maximis et Minimis. Evaluation of letters and documents from the 1670s and 1680s shows no direct collaboration or communication about calculus between Newton and Leibniz. This lack of transmission, coupled with the disparities in their notation and calculus techniques, provides evidence for independent creation. Due to the rapid development of semiconductor technology, the edges of electronic devices are getting smaller and the power consumption is getting lower and lower 3-op-amp instrumentation amplifier. However, there are still some problems such as excessive power consumption and noise. First, the disadvantages are identified, and then the shortcomings of the specialty are improved. So this design gives a low noise ECG equipment, which shows great performance in reducing noise to 3.94uV and the highest differential gain reaches 36.508376dB. It can be used in watches and other wearable devices for ECG signal detection. At the same time, this project can complete the required requirements and is suitable for some wearable devices. Its successful research could lead to more accurate ECG monitoring and consume less power in wearable devices. More importantly, its emergence brings new development ideas and development directions to ECG equipment, making ECG monitoring convenient and mobile.

The recovery time complexity of a coin weighing algorithm 硬币称重算法的恢复时间复杂度

Given n identical-looking coins each with possible weight in {0, 1}, and a scale that can measure the weight of any arbitrary set of coins, the coin weighing problem studies how to find out the weight of every coin with as few weighing as possible. The algorithm in Lindstrm takes O(n/logn) non-adaptive weighings to determine the coins, which gives an O(logn) factor improvement compared with the nave algorithm that measures each coin on its own. However, it is unclear that with the O(n/logn) queries, how long it takes to retrieve x. This paper is about establishing and further optimizing the nave recovery time complexity of Lindstrm s algorithm. The recovery time complexity here is defined as the time complexity to recover x given Dx under the RAM model, where D{0,1}^(mn),, each row being a weighing query, is the Lindstrm query matrix. The brute force recovery algorithm has running time O(m2n), whereas our algorithm only takes O(mn). Finally, we run experiments to verify our results with the actual running time of the algorithm on various size of inputs

Environmental control and life support systems (ECLSS) are essential for the triumph of human spaceflight missions, furnishing astronauts with crucial resources like breathable air, purified water, nourishment, and protection from radiation. The unique and challenging space environment, coupled with the critical nature of ECLSS components, necessitates a high degree of reliability to prevent catastrophic failures. This paper conducts a comprehensive examination of various ECLSS subsystems, including air revitalization, water processing, food storage, waste management, and radiation shielding. Gaining perspectives from historical missions like Apollo, Skylab, and the International Space Station (ISS), the research outlines strategic approaches to improve the fault tolerance of ECLSS. The implementation of advanced simulation modeling, strategic component redundancy, and improved subsystem interconnectivity are posited as pivotal measures to bolster the reliability of ECLSS. These improvements are vital to guarantee the safety and viability of prolonged space missions to the Moon, Mars, and beyond, thereby facilitating humanitys ongoing exploration of the universe.
