Research on the trajectory tracking of a curved road in an active lane change scenario based on model predictive control algorithm 基于模型预测控制算法的主动变道场景下弯道轨迹跟踪研究

In this paper, a control method for trajectory planning and tracking of an intelligent vehicle is proposed. In terms of trajectory planning, a trajectory planning method for curved lane changes is designed based on conventional lane change trajectory planning and considering the adaptive correction of road curvature. In addition, curve trajectory tracking control strategy based on model predictive control is designed. Model predictive control is suitable for multi-input and multi-output nonlinear models, and it has the advantage of considering model constraints. This type of control makes the model output more in line with vehicle dynamics characteristics and improves the trajectory tracking accuracy. Finally, the simulation shows that the method proposed in this paper can generate a reasonable curved lane-changing trajectory, and under the consideration of the vehicle dynamics constraints, the MPC algorithm is used to effectively follow the expected trajectory, so that the vehicle can change lanes smoothly.

Review of interferometric synthetic aperture sonar interferometric phase filtering methods 干涉合成孔径声纳干涉相位滤波方法综述

Interferometric synthetic aperture sonar (InSAS) is a novel three dimensional underwater mapping system, which is widely used in various fields. Interferometric phase filtering is a crucial process in InSAS signal processing. The study of interferogram filtering method has great significance to improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of interferogram, reduce the difficulty of phase unwrapping, and improve the accuracy of digital elevation maps. Firstly, this article introduces the sources of interferometric phase noise. Secondly, it illustrates the difference between real domain filter and complex domain filter by simulation experiment. Thirdly, the various methods of InSAS interferogram filtering are systematically studied, which can be classified into spatial domain filtering and transform domain filtering. The transform domain filtering can be further divided into frequency domain and wavelet transform filtering. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed theoretically. Finally, numerical simulation and real-data processing experiments are performed, and the advantages and shortcomings of several methods are compared using residue numbers, root mean square error (RMSE), and CPU time as evaluation criteria.

Position design of the trailing arm bushing on torsion beam suspension accounting for vehicle transient handling performance and uncertainties 考虑车辆瞬态操纵性能和不确定性的扭转梁悬架后臂衬套位置设计

The bushing of the trailing arm on torsion beam suspension plays a pivotal role in vehicle dynamic behavior. In this paper, the connection between bushing position and vehicle dynamic response is elucidated. According to the simulation results, the impact of the bushing position on the transient performance of vehicle is more pronounced at low handling frequencies, and different index under the same bushing position are not always optimal. To design the bushing position that is better for evaluation indexes, this paper formulates the design problem of the bushing position as a multi-objective optimization problem. Due to the influence of actual production and processing, inevitable errors in bushing position may result in vehicle performance not meeting design requirements. Therefore, this paper takes into consideration the uncertainties and conducts robust multi-objective optimization to design the bushing position. To address the computational burden associated with robust optimization, the RBF approximation model is developed in this paper. Finally, the optimization problem is solved with the NSGA-II intelligent algorithm. The optimization results show that the bushing position designed by robust multi-objective optimization results in vehicle with stronger anti-roll performance and better robustness for each evaluation index. It is more suitable for practical applications.

Speed control of marine main thruster motor based on super-twisting sliding mode variable structure 基于超扭转滑模变结构的船舶主推力器电机速度控制

In order to solve the problem of torque-ripple in the control system of ship main propulsion motor controlled by direct torque control, this paper proposes a super-twisting sliding mode calculation method based on the traditional sliding mode controller, and designs the corresponding controller according to this method. The method is verified by Matlab/Simulink simulation tool. In the simulation waveform, the estimated speed of the super-twisting sliding mode control is almost consistent with the actual speed of the main propulsion motor, and the estimated rotor position is almost consistent with the actual rotor position of the motor, with small error. It is proved that this method has good practicability and effective feasibility in ship electric propulsion system, and provides theoretical reference for the design of ship electric propulsion system.

Computational approach for the acoustic modelling of large aftertreatment devices with multimodal incident sound fields 具有多模态入射声场的大型后处理装置声学建模的计算方法

The influence of multimodal incident sound fields on the acoustic behaviour of large aftertreatment devices incorporating a monolith is modelled and analysed in detail. The analytical mode matching method is applied to the compatibility conditions of the three-dimensional acoustic fields at the device geometric discontinuities, leading to the computation of the complex wave amplitudes in all the subdomains involved and the corresponding device transmission loss. To have a realistic model, three-dimensional propagation must be considered in the inlet/outlet ducts and chambers, while one-dimensional wave propagation has to be assumed along the small capillaries of the aftertreatment device monolith (such catalytic converters and particulate filters); therefore, the monolith can be replaced by a plane wave four-pole transfer matrix from an acoustical point of view. On the other hand, for large aftertreatment device inlet ducts such as those found in heavy-duty and off-road engines, the usual models with plane incident wave excitation are not accurate since the onset of higher order incident modes in the inlet duct is expected for the frequency range of interest. Therefore, a variation of the acoustic attenuation performance is likely to occur depending on these modes, similar to the results previously found in the case of large dissipative silencers. Results are presented for three different multimodal incident sound field hypotheses: equal modal amplitude, equal modal power and equal modal energy density. A relevant influence on the sound attenuation is found for the test problems considered in the current investigation.

Impact of hydrogen direct injection on engine combustion and emissions in a GDI engine 直喷氢气对发动机燃烧和排放的影响

The combustion and emission characteristics of a hydrogen engine were investigated through experimental analysis using a GDI engine. To enable hydrogen in-cylinder direct injection, a specialized hydrogen gas injector was employed. A comparative analysis of the combustion performance between gasoline and hydrogen fuels in a spark-ignited engine was conducted. Additionally, the study experimentally explored the thermal efficiency and emission reduction potential of hydrogen engines in lean combustion modes. The results indicated a significant improvement in the combustion rate when hydrogen fuel was utilized in the spark-ignited engine. However, the effective thermal efficiency was found to be lower than that of gasoline fuel due to the delayed MBF50 under stoichiometric conditions. Furthermore, when compared to gasoline fuel, the reduction of CO and THC emissions was accompanied by an increase in NOx emissions. Nevertheless, optimizing the air dilution ratio in hydrogen engines led to an improvement in the effective thermal efficiency. Specifically, under medium load conditions, a Lambda value of 2.7 resulted in an effective thermal efficiency of 43.5%. Additionally, under ultra-lean conditions (Lambda > 2.3), NOx emissions could be reduced to below 50 ppm, reaching as low as 44 ppm. This study highlights the potential of improving combustion efficiency and reducing emissions by utilizing hydrogen fuel, particularly in lean combustion modes. It contributes to the continuous development of hydrogen engine technology and promotes the implementation of cleaner and more efficient energy solutions.

In this study, we conducted a numerical investigation of the turbulent mixed convection of a hybrid nanofluid (HNF) in a flask equipped with an agitator, which is commonly used in organic chemistry synthesis. The bottom wall and the middle section of the flask were maintained at a constant high temperature T h , while the upper, left, and right walls up to the middle of the flask were kept at a low temperature T c . The HNF consisted of Graphene (Gr) and Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) nanoparticles (NP) dispersed in pure water. The governing equations were solved numerically using the finite size approach and formulated using the Boussinesq approximation. The effects of the NP volume fraction φ (ranging from 0% to 6%), the Rayleigh number Ra (ranging from 10 4 to 10 6 ), and the Nusselt number ( Nu) were investigated in this simulation. The results indicated that the heat transfer is noticeably influenced by the Ra number and the increase in the φ ratio. Additionally, the agitator rotation speed had a slight effect on the heat transfer.

Time-optimal trajectory planning for autonomous parking of tractor-semitrailer vehicle based on piecewise Gauss pseudospectral method 基于分段高斯伪谱法的牵引车-半挂车自主泊车时间最优轨迹规划

For the autonomous parking problem of the tractor-semitrailer vehicle, a piecewise Gauss pseudospectral method is proposed as a trajectory planning scheme in this paper. Firstly, the trajectory planning problem is transformed into an optimal control problem by establishing a vehicle kinematics model for the low-velocity scene, the dynamic constraints including the physical constraints, the collision avoidance constraints, and the endpoint constraints. The optimal control problem are discretized into a nonlinear programming problem by piecewise Gauss pseudospectral method according to the movement area during parking process. The shortest time to complete parking is taken as the objective function. The Gauss pseudospectral method is further adopted to solve the nonlinear programming problem in the two parking stages. Three parallel parking conditions with different lengths of parking spaces and three vertical parking conditions with different widths of parking spaces are set for simulation verification based on Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the proposed method can uniformly and effectively solve the trajectory planning problem of the tractor-semitrailer vehicle. Compared with the traditional pseudospectral method, a shorter parking time and a significantly higher convergence rate can be got with the method, which further indicates that the proposed method has good effectiveness and robustness.

Multi-antenna receivers are a key technology for modern communication systems. Signal attenuation in the very low frequency (VLF) channel is a serious problem. In addition to high signal attenuation, the resulting noise on the VLF channel is non-Gaussian. Hence, to analyze and address the issue of the normal operation of the multi-antenna receiver in the VLF channel, we must study the signal detection problem in a multi-dimensional non-Gaussian fading channel. Motivated by the existing blind receiver in an underwater submarine single-antenna receiver, we study the signal detection and estimation algorithm under the fading channel for a multi-dimensional non-Gaussian noise model. In this study, we propose a blind receiver based on the expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm. The proposed blind receiver can reduce non-Gaussian noise. In addition, we propose a nonlinear receiver that can accurately receive the transmitted signal over the high-attenuation VLF communication systems. Numerical and simulation results over uncorrelated and correlated non-Gaussian channels confirm that the design of the proposed blind receiver is close to optimal, with low computation complexity.

Multi-response optimization for laser transmission welding of PMMA to ABS using Taguchi-based TOPSIS method 基于Taguchi-based TOPSIS方法的PMMA - ABS激光传输焊接多响应优化

Recently, the usage of laser transmission welding (LTW) technology in the automotive industry has been rising for joining thermoplastic parts regarding its superior properties in comparison to other welding technologies. However, specifying the process parameters is a crucial step to obtain satisfactory welding quality for the vehicle parts. In this context, this paper addresses the LTW process of Polimetil metakrilat (PMMA) to Akrilonitril bütadien stiren (ABS) materials for the production of taillights in an automotive company and proposes a new multi-response Taguchi-Based TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method to optimize machining parameters in the laser welding process. In the proposed solution methodology, the main effects of the parameters on different outputs are identified by using the L 16 orthogonal array of the Taguchi method. Regarding the best parameter set for each output, the best parameter set for multi-response is identified by using the TOPSIS method, in which alternatives are evaluated through the interrelated quality measures. To optimize welding process in taillight production, PMMA and ABS samples with the dimensions of 40 mm in width, 85 mm in length, and 2 . 7 mm in thickness are used in the experiments. The samples are welded by using LPKF Twinweld 3D 6000® laser welding machine. For the welding process, laser power, welding speed, and pressure force are taken into account as the input parameters to optimize three responses: weld strength, breaking strain, and weld width. To identify the best process parameter values, the Taguchi Method is initially employed to calculate the main effects of LTW parameters for each output. Then, the TOPSIS method is carried out to evaluate a number of alternative parameter sets generated through the Taguchi results. As a consequence of the TOPSIS ranking scores, the best parameter set that jointly optimizes three outputs of the LTW process is identified for the taillight production as 60 W power, 100 mm / s speed, and 150 N pressure force. Based on the conducted experiments, this parameter setting achieves the highest weld strength, breaking strain level, and above-average weld width. The results of the experiments show that the proposed methodology is capable of optimizing LTW parameters for a multi-response with fewer experiments in the joining of plastic vehicle parts.
