A Research on Dimension Reduction Method of Time Series Based on Trend Division 基于趋势划分的时间序列降维方法研究

: The characteristics of high dimension, complexity and multi granularity of financial time series make it difficult to deal with effectively. In order to solve the problem that the commonly used dimensionality reduction methods cannot reduce the dimensionality of time series with different granularity at the same time, in this paper, a method for dimensionality reduction of time series based on trend division is proposed. This method extracts the extreme value points of time series, identifies the important points in time series quickly and accurately, and compresses them. Experimental results show that, compared with the discrete Fourier transform and wavelet transform, the proposed method can effectively process data of different granularity and different trends on the basis of fully preserving the original information of time series. Moreover, the time complexity is low, the operation is easy, and the proposed method can provide decision support for high-frequency stock trading at the actual level.
金融时间序列具有高维、复杂和多粒度的特点,使其难以有效处理。为了解决常用降维方法不能同时对不同粒度的时间序列进行降维的问题,本文提出了一种基于趋势划分的时间序列降维方法。该方法提取时间序列的极值点,快速准确地识别时间序列中的重要点,并对其进行压缩。实验结果表明,与离散傅里叶变换和小波变换相比,该方法能在充分保留时间序列原始信息的基础上,有效地处理不同粒度、不同趋势的数据。此外,该方法时间复杂度低,操作简单,可以为实际层面的高频股票交易提供决策支持。

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Green Building Energy Consumption Based on Genetic Algorithm 基于遗传算法的绿色建筑能耗影响因素分析

: With the advancement of modernization, high energy consumption buildings can no longer meet the needs of social development. Under the background of low carbon and energy saving, the development of green buildings has become the only way, but its energy-saving design effect needs to be further studied. Aiming at lighting and energy consumption, this study carried out multi-factor optimization analysis based on genetic algorithm on factors such as windowing ratio, wall heat transfer coefficient, window heat transfer coefficient, window transmittance and roof insulation coefficient. Firstly, the theory and technical scheme of applying data mining technology to solve the energy-saving design problems of different buildings are proposed and implemented, including the design of new and existing buildings, as well as the determination of decisive parameters and non-decisive parameters. Secondly, computer simulation and theoretical analysis are used to optimize the analysis of the building scheme, so as to find the optimal design range of each influencing factor and the optimal design method of green low-energy building. Multi-factor optimization theory and genetic algorithm principle are summarized, and the heat transfer coefficient of external wall and window of the building is selected as the optimization variable, so as to achieve low energy consumption and enclosure cost of the building. Aiming at better thermal comfort, an optimization model was established. Finally, through empirical research, an energy-saving plan was designed, and genetic algorithm was used to obtain the optimal solution for maximizing the incremental benefits obtained by unit input incremental cost. The results indicate that the ideal incremental benefits come from a reasonable and effective combination of technologies, mainly from air conditioning systems and lighting systems; the setting of the benchmark return rate will directly affect the optimization effect of energy-saving plans, providing decision-makers with the optimal combination of energy-saving technologies.

Selection of Materials for the Protection of the Hoe Blades of the Inter-Row Cultivator 行间耕耘机锄片防护材料的选择

: The paper presents the results of comparative wearing of cultivator hoes protected with two different materials with regard to the lifespan of the blades. During the operation of the hoes outside the track of the tractor wheels with protected blades of materials M1 and M2, equal wear of mass and surface was recorded. The hoes lost an average of 0,563 g/ha cultivated area or an average of 119,46 g with a standard deviation of 2,876 when working with both blades in compacted soil (in the tracks of tractor wheels) protected by M1 material. For hoes protected by M2 material, the average loss was 0,566 g/ha of cultivated area or an average of 120,10 g for the research period with a standard deviation of 4,609. Both materials in the most difficult working conditions showed equal resistance to wear and retention of the initial shape of the hoe.

The Sequence Optimization of the Railway Tree-Shaped Special Line's Shunting for Taking-out and Placing-in of Wagons 铁路树形专用线调车取车进站顺序优化

: Shunting for taking-out and placing-in of wagons (STPW) is an important work of freight stations, technical stations with more cargo operations, and large intermediate stations.The sequence optimization of STPW can effectively reduce the total shunting time and reduce operating costs, which is of great significance. When the optimization goal is to minimize the total shunting time, there will be many optimal solutions. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce a second optimization objective in order to seek a more reasonable solution from numerous optimal solutions. However, there is no relevant research on this in existing literature. In response to this situation, this paper proposes two optimization objectives: the first is to minimize the total time of STPW, and the second is to minimize the wagon-hour based on minimizing the total time of STPW. Based on the above two optimization objectives, a mathematical model is established, and a three-stage optimization solution strategy is proposed. The first stage is to solve the first optimization objective by using the improved ant colony algorithm; the second stage is to introduce and improve the crossover operation of the genetic algorithm to improve the diversity of the optimal path; the third stage is to solve the second optimization objective. Finally, an example is given to verify the feasibility of the model and the solution strategy.

: An accurate and reliable forecasting method of the subway passenger flow provides the operators with more valuable reference to make decisions, especially in reducing energy consumption and controlling potential risks. However, due to the non-recurrence and inconsistency of large events (such as sports games, concerts or urban marathons), predicting passenger flow under large events has become a very challenging task. This paper proposes a method for extracting event-related information from websites and constructing a multi-step station-level passenger flow prediction model called DeepSPE (Deep Learning for Subway Passenger Flow Forecasting under Events). Experiments on the actual data set of the Beijing subway prove the superiority of the model and the effectiveness of website data in subway passenger flow forecasting under events.

: With the improvement of international division of labor and cooperation and the refinement of production process division, the global value chain division of labor system is becoming the latest mode of product division. In order to deeply analyze and explore the research status and development trend in the field of global value chain, based on the Web of Science core collection SCIE and SSCI database, this paper uses the literature metrology method and CiteSpace software to conduct a visual analysis of the literature in the field of global value chain. We have comprehensively grasped the literature status of global value chain research, providing scholars with new research directions, and also providing strong reference and guidance for investment decision-making of multinational corporations and trade policy formulation of countries and international organizations.
