Comparison of Metaheuristic Optimization Algorithms for Quadrotor PID Controllers 四旋翼PID控制器的元启发式优化算法比较

: In the present study, different solution methods are discussed in order to control the quadrotor with the most optimal PID parameters for the determined purposes. One of these methods is to make use of meta-heuristic algorithms in control systems. There are some limitations of using a PID controller as a classical construct. However, it is thought that more successful results will be obtained by optimizing its parameters through meta-heuristic algorithms. Initially, the mathematical model of the vehicle was created in MATLAB/Simulink. Then, genetic algorithms (GA), artificial bee colony (ABC), particle swarm optimization (PSO) and firefly algorithms (FA) were determined respectively as optimization methods. And these optimization methods used to determine the PID control parameters are applied to the developed mathematical model in the MATLAB/Simulink environment. In addition, the performances of the optimization methods are evaluated according to the comparison criteria. As a result of the comparison carried out according to ITAE (Integral Time Absolute Error) fitness criteria, ABC (1.2% - 4.4%) in terms of altitude, FA (4% - 13%) in terms of roll angle, GA (13% - %21) in terms of pitch angle, and PSO (4% - %15) in terms of yaw angle has been more successful than other methods.

Performance Evaluation of Port Enterprise Resource Integration Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method 基于模糊综合评价法的港口企业资源整合绩效评价

: With increasingly mature global supply chain network with ports as the core, competition among ports has gradually turned to the ability and efficiency of resource integration. However, there is a lack of relevant studies on how to scientifically evaluate the resource integration performance of port enterprises. To comprehensively evaluate the actual effect of port enterprises in process of resource integration, a performance evaluation system of port enterprises resource integration covering 19 secondary indicators from the four dimensions of financial integration, operational efficiency, technological innovation, and realized benefit was built, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) was used to determine weights of various indicators and port enterprises in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shandong and Guangdong provinces of China were taken as samples, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) was used to evaluate its resource integration performance. Results show that technological innovation is the primary performance indicator, followed by financial integration indicators, and the impact of realization efficiency and operational efficiency indicators is relatively weak. Resource integration performances of port enterprises in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shandong, and Guangdong are generally good. Evaluation results of sample ports reflect the actual integration of ports, and the model can effectively evaluate the performance of port enterprise resource integration. Conclusions obtained from this study provide theoretical support for the scientific performance evaluation of port enterprise resource integration.

Mobile Application Development Skills Set Aligned with the E-Cf Framework and Industry Needs 符合E-Cf框架和行业需求的移动应用程序开发技能集

: The number of mobile apps is continuously growing but development organisations are not sure of the good alignment of the skills of application developers with what the industry needs. A precise definition of the professional profile of the Mobile Application Developer (MAD) can help to better understand the needs of software development teams. This cooperation of several European organisations for analysing professional profile of MAD has led to a study of skills and competences resulting in a conceptual model with relevant characteristics: a) based on literature review, b) framed within the European standard e-Competence Framework, e-CF (EN16234) and the ESCO official labour classification and c) empirically validated with qualitative and quantitative data from many stakeholders in the field. This analysis might help to add homogeneity to talent management overcoming possible barriers for international mobility within EU as the concepts are taken from the EU reference models.
