Implementasi pola komunikasi dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Syari’at Islam Kabupetan Aceh Tamiang belum direspon secara merata oleh masyarakat, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kepatuhan terhadap penerapan syari’at Islam dari 100% hanya 50% persen yang patuh dan menjalankan syari’at Islam. Apalagi di dearah perbatasan Aceh dan Sumatera Utara. Sedangkan hambatan komunikasi dalam mengimplemantasikan syari’at Islam di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang adanya hambatan internal (dari dalam) dan hambatan ekternal (dari luar). Upaya Dinas Syariat Islam Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dapat dinilai bahwa sebahagian besar masyarakat mengabaikan tulisan-tulisan yang ada. Masyarakat lebih tersentuh dengan menganut tradisi lisan, sehingga pola berbicara dengan cara hati ke hati, maka masyarakat semakin merasuk dalam jiwanya.

Medical records are documentation of identity, examination, treatment, actions, and services that have been provided to patients. Health services during pregnancy must be documented in the mother's card, medical record, mother's cohort, and mother and child health book. The maternal cohort is a collection of data collected from the mother's card. The documentation must be filled in completely because it affects further contact if needed and in certain circumstances, it is required for a medical audit. This study aims to determine the completeness of filling out the mother's cohort form at the MCH polyclinic at the Poris Plawad Health Center in 2021. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. Determining the number of samples using the slovin formula, so that a sample of 68 maternal cohort data was obtained. The results of the research from 68 maternal cohort data obtained an average of completeness of identification (77%), important reports (62%), and procedures for documentation (49%). Factors that influence incompleteness are the absence of an SOP for Filling in the Maternal Cohort, no updating of guidelines, no recording of medical record numbers, less communicative staff, no column for filling in authentication, and double working forms. Suggestions from researchers are to update the guidelines, create SOP Filling in the Cohort of Mothers and carry out outreach, update forms to add authentication records, conduct training/seminars to increase midwifery insights, and devise a workable system of more than 1 person for recording health data in the system.

Application of Reward and Punishment in Increasing Student Learning Achievement in Al-Quran Hadith Subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Negri 01 Ogan Ilir, Thesis, Department of Islamic Religious Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences, Al-Quran Islamic Institute, Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya.
The aim of this research is to find out and reveal how reward and punishment are applied in improving student learning achievement in the Al-Quran Hadith subject at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 01 Ogan Ilir. In this research the author used qualitative research, qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this research show that the application of rewards and punishments in improving students' learning achievement in the Al Quran Hadith subject at Madrasah Aliyah Negri 01 Ogan Ilir was carried out to motivate students in ongoing learning, teach a sense of responsibility for what has been done, and get used to discipline. There are two forms of reward, namely non-material such as smiles, thumbs up and applause. Material rewards include giving candy, pencils, drawing paper and stars. Meanwhile, the form of punishment is preventive punishment, namely by implementing rules and regulations and repressive punishment, namely giving punishment to students. For example, if a student says something impolite, he or she is given a sanction of saying istighfar 10 to 100 times and his/her goodness star/achievement star is taken away. Another violation is that if you do not want to follow the teacher's directions, you will be given a sanction from standing in front of the class while studying or even being expelled from the class. If you are late, you will be punished by praying alone while standing in front of the class.

Jenis penelitian ini menggugunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, subjek dalam penilitian ini Kantor Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Mantawai.dengan mengambil 3 informan yakni kepala Kantor Badan Keuangan Daerah Mentawai Kasubid Perencaaan dan Pendapatan Serta Kasubid Akuntansi Pelaporan Pendapatan. Sumber data adalah data primer data yang dikumpulkan langsung oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penarapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dalam melaksanakan penganggaran dan realisasi laporan dibuat oleh masing-masing Unit Pelaksanaan Teknik Daerah (UPTD) berupa laporan pertanggungjawaban kantor Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Kepuluan Mentawai. The spearhead in efforts to improve the quality of education is educators, namely Teachers. In an effort to improve the quality of national education, the government through the Ministry of National Education is still trying to make various changes and renewal of the professional education system, namely with efforts that have been and are being made related to teacher factors, especially regarding teacher performance. This quantitative research aims to find out how much the influence of the self-concept and job satisfaction on the performance teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Anjir Pasar Subdistrict Barito Kuala Regency.
The purpose of this study was to find out and describe: (1) The influence between self-concept and teacher performance of Madrasah Aliyah in Anjir Pasar Subdistrict Barito Kuala Regency, (2) The influence between job satisfaction and teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah in Anjir Pasar Subdistrict Barito Kuala Regency and (3) The influence between self-concept and job satisfaction together with the teacher's performance Madrasah Aliyah in Anjir Pasar Subdistrict Barito Kuala Regency.
Data collection methods with questionnaires, documentation, observation, and interviews. The data was obtained from a sample of Madrasah Aliyah Fathussalam teachers, Madrasah Aliyah Ibtidaussalam and Madrasah Aliyah Asasussalam. By using regression analysis as data analysis.
Based on the results of the study found that: 1) There is an influence of the self-concept on teacher performance by 12,1% with a regression line equation Y = 19,428 + 0,727X1. 2) There is an influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance, which is 26,2% with a regression line equation Y = 7,113 + 0,890X2. 3) There is an influence of the self-concept and job satisfaction on teacher performance that is equal to 26,4% with the regression line equation Y = -0,636 + 0,125X1 + 0,827X2.
Thus, efforts to improve performance in Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Anjir Pasar Subdistrict Barito Kuala Regency can be increased again by increasing the factors that affect performance. These include self-concept and job satisfaction. Where when these two factors increase, teacher performance will also increase.

Lansia biasanya akan mengalami penurunan fungsi tubuh hal ini akan menyebabkan beberapa gangguan pada lansia salah satunya adalah gangguan osteoarthritis. Osteoartritis merupakan penyakit tersering yang menyebabkan timbulnya nyeri dan disabilitas gerakan pada populasi usia lanjut. Penyakit ini menyebabkan nyeri dan disabilitas padapasien sehingga mengganggu aktifitas sehari-hari. Ballottement test dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya gangguan ostearthritis yang disebabkan oleh kerusakan pada tulang rawan dan sendi.kondisi ini terjadi ketika tulang rawan yang merupakan bantalan pelindung tulang kehilangan elastisitasnya. Akibatnya, terjadi gesekan pada antartulang yang membuatnya lebih rentan mengalami kerusakan dan menyebabkan radang sendi. Ballottement test dilakukan pada lansia yang memiliki usia rata-rata 60 tahun keatas dengan jumlah 25 lansia atau lebih dari 50% lansia mengalami gangguan osteoatrhritis. Untuk penanganan osteoarthritis menggunakan terapi latihan exsercise dan strengthening exercise untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri pada gangguan osteoarthritis.

This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The use of this method is based on the reason that the focus in this study is the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance. Meanwhile, the phenomenological approach aims to describe the meaning of the life experiences experienced by several individuals, regarding concepts or phenomena.
The results of the study 1) the planning that was made before the implementation of a program in the fields of curriculum, student affairs, and infrastructure, from changing the K13 curriculum to the Mardeka curriculum, for the students of the two schools had different ways of using literacy, gymnastics, reading the Koran, scouting, and for infrastructure facilities are less supportive for one school while school one for infrastructure facilities is adequate. 2) implementation of teacher performance The implementation of facilities is still lacking, it cannot be said that it is ready to implement delays in budgeting BOS funds, the current lesson plan uses teaching modules because it is made beforehand before implementation. and less time of execution. 3) evaluation before carrying out the assessment the teacher gets an implementation schedule in the form of lesson plans to assessments in class when learning an assessment is carried out by the principal of the suitability of the teaching module plans made and the implementation carried out, methods that can make children focus on media that support learning.

 This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The use of this method is based on the reason that the focus in this study is the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance. Meanwhile, the phenomenological approach aims to describe the meaning of the life experiences experienced by several individuals, regarding concepts or phenomena.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas layanan Kepercayaan, Kepuasan sebagai variabel interventing dalam penelitian ini terdapat 4 Hipotesis Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen pada jasa pengiriman J&T Cargo dikota malang secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan data primer Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 98 responden dimana penyebaran kuesioner dilaksanakan melalui fasilitas chatting seperti aplikasi whatsapp dan line. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling.. Hasil pengujian atas pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas menunjukkan hubungan Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan alat atau software statistik yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data yaitu SPSS Versi 26. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda yang positif. Ini membuktikan bahwa semakin baik kepuasan maka akan meningkatkan loyalitas.

Academic supervision is essentially an action that is attempted to assist teachers in developing their potential to manage learning so that it is better. The Madrasah head as a supervisor in carrying out his duties in carrying out academic supervision should have been carried out in a programmed and measurable manner.
This study aims to describe (1) describe the academic supervision arranged by the head of the madrasa in improving teacher performance at MAN 5 Barito Kuala, (2) describe the academic supervision arranged by the head of the madrasa in improving teacher performance at MAS Darul Mukarram Barito Kuala Regency.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken data and people and behavior that can be observed as research objects. Implementation of academic supervision by the head of the madrasa at MAN 5 Barito Kuala and MAS Darul Mukarram Barito Kuala District. took samples and data sources from the Head of Madrasah Teachers and the Academic Supervision Team. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation.
Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) The implementation of supervision at MAN 5 Barito Kuala is in accordance with the existing theory. By carrying out the observation phase which starts with planning, implementation, analysis and evaluation, as well as follow-up supervision, it has been able to improve teacher performance and teacher competency in the learning process. (2) The implementation of supervision at MAS Darul Mukarram, Barito Kuala Regency, is also in accordance with the existing theory. The supervision stage also begins with planning, implementation, analysis and evaluation, as well as follow-up supervision which has shown an increase in teacher performance in planning lessons, teacher competence, and teacher performance in the learning process.

As there are still many plaintiffs who make their lawsuit categorized as vague/unclear, it is deemed necessary that the role of the Judge/Chair of the District Court in helping direct the obscure lawsuit made by the Plaintiff, thus facilitating the civil case proceedings even though the Judge is passive. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the Judge in providing advice to the plaintiffs for an obscure lawsuit in land dispute cases. This research method is a case study with Decision Number 908/Pdt.G/2018/PN.Tng. The results showed that the Head of the Tangerang District Court was considered quite optimal according to Article 119 HIR or Article 143 RBg, although the Head of the PN has a passive rule and function. Factors affecting the Head of the PN in providing advice and assistance to the plaintiff in civil cases include the relative authority of the District Court as regulated in Article 4 paragraph (2) of the Law on Judicial Powers.
