The Role of PAI Teachers' Social Competence in the Learning Process PAI教师社会能力在学习过程中的作用

This study examines the role of social competence possessed by PAI teachers on the PAI learning process at SMP IT Insan Kamil Batusangkar. The background of this research is the influence caused as a result of the social competence of PAI teachers at SMP IT Insan Kamil Batusangkar. Based on these problems, a research question arises in the form of what is the role of the social competence of PAI teachers in the PAI learning process at SMP IT Insan Kamil Batusangkar? The research was conducted with a qualitative approach using field research methods. Data were collected by conducting field observations and interviews with PAI teachers and teacher and student councils. The data obtained were processed using the Miles & Huberman data analysis method by collecting data, reducing the data that had been collected, analyzing and presenting the results of data analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the social competence of PAI teachers plays a very important role in the PAI learning process at SMP IT Insan Kamil Batusangkar. This role can be seen in the ongoing learning process, student achievement, and student social intelligence.

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Providing Incentives on Employee Performance 组织文化与提供激励对员工绩效的影响

This research is motivated by the author's observations regarding the influence of organizational culture and the provision of incentives on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi which shows that organizational culture and provision of incentives are still not in accordance with what is expected and employee performance is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information about (1) the positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi, (2) the positive effect of providing incentives on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture of the City of Bukittinggi, This research is a correlational quantitative research with associative type. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Education and Culture of the City of Bukittinggi totaling 90 employees and the sample was determined using the Cohran formula with an error rate of 10% with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique obtained 63 employees. The research instrument uses a questionnaire with a Liker scale which has 5 alternative answers. Before the questionnaire was used, trials were carried out to determine its validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression tests which were processed using SPSS version 24. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance with tcount> ttable 2.118> 1.669. There is a significant influence between giving incentives and employee performance with tcount>ttable (2.118>1.669). There is a significant influence between organizational culture and the provision of incentives on employee performance with a value of Fcount>Ftable (1.559> 3.14), so there is a significant influence between organizational culture and provision of incentives jointly on employee performance. The regression table shows a constant value of 59.576 and a regression coefficient of the X1 variable of 0.352 and a regression coefficient of the X2 variable of 0.202. So the multiple linear regression equation used is 59.576+0.352X1+0.202X2+e.

The problems of this research are the researcher notes when the teacher applies the education strategy (Think-Pair-Participate) in teaching the Arabic language subject in the Islamic State Secondary School 4 Agam. Which students possess, until he found difficulties in learning discussion. As for the objectives of this research, to find out the application of the education strategy (Think, Pair, Share) in teaching the Arabic language in the tenth semester of the Department of Natural Sciences at the Governmental Islamic Secondary School 4 Agam. In this research, the researcher used field research, that is, data collection takes place directly at the research site. This research is descriptive. The research community is the students of the tenth semester of the Department of Natural Sciences. Data analysis method: observation, interview, and documentation. The researcher found that a female teacher applied the education strategy (Think-Pair-Participate) in teaching the Arabic language in the tenth semester of the Department of Natural Sciences at the Governmental Islamic Secondary School 4 Agam well. But the discussion between pairs is still not ideal, because the discussions that should focus on the students are in fact centered on the teacher.

Effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance 工作动机和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响

Employee performance can be used as a means to gain a competitive advantage if employee performance is superior to that of competing company employees. One of the companies experiencing problems with employee performance is the Wates Post office, which is located in the Wates sub-district, Kulon Progo district. There are indications that the performance of the Wates Post office employees is still not in line with the company's expectations. The low performance of these employees is partly influenced by work motivation and discipline. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work motivation on employee performance and to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were 70 employees of the Wates Post office, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Province. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance.

A Study on the Alienation of Workers' Subjectivity in the view of New Technological Revolution 新技术革命视域下工人主体性异化研究

The new technological revolution is a profound social change in human history. However, capital's pursuit of economic interests has caused the alienation and even dissolution of workers' subjectivity. Applying the analytical perspective of Marxist political economy, this paper focuses on the reality of eliminating workers' alienation in the era of the new technological revolution and argues that the new technological revolution provides both an opportunity and a new hidden danger of subjectivity for solving the crisis of workers' subjectivity alienation. The conclusion of this paper is that in order to solve the new hidden problems of workers' subjectivity reversion in the era of new technological revolution and maximize the opportunities in the era of new technological revolution, the government, enterprises and society should follow the "Human-Oriented" approach and reasonably guide the relationship between workers and technology, so that workers can become the masters of technology and participants of the development and progress of the era. To maximize the awareness of individual subjectivity, promote the integration of themselves with technological development, eliminate alienation, and realize the awakening and reversion of workers' subjectivity

Role of Law in Facing Asymmetric Warfare Through Illicit Drug Trafficking in Indonesia 法律在印尼通过非法毒品贩运应对不对称战争中的作用

Illicit drug trafficking is a global problem that spreads widely and causes extraordinary negative impacts. Illicit drug trafficking was be used as asymmetric warfare. The UN Convention of 1961 on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances sets the international standards for drug regulation, and in Indonesia it is governed by the Law No.35 of 2009 on Narcotics. This research uses qualitative analysis method, with data collection technique in the form of literature study. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of law in asymmetric warfare through illicit drug trafficking. The results of this research shows that the role of law in asymmetric warfare through illicit drug trafficking is related to: first, drug eradication, law provides the legal basis for law enforcement to take action against illicit drug traffickers. Second, legal channel regulation, law can be used to regulate and control legal channels that are used to provide drugs needed for medical and research purposes. Third, international sanctions, law can be used to take action against countries or groups that are suspected of being involved in the drug trade. Fourth, rehabilitation and recovery, law can be used to provide legal basis for rehabilitation and recovery programs for drug victims, both individuals or society. However, as an asymmetric warfare, illegal drug trafficking is a complex issue that cannot be solved solely by relying on law. Cooperation between agencies and government, as well as community participation is needed to overcome it.

This research uses qualitative analysis method, with data collection technique in the form of literature study. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of law in asymmetric warfare through illicit drug trafficking. The results of this research shows that the role of law in asymmetric warfare through illicit drug trafficking is related to: first, drug eradication, law provides the legal basis for law enforcement to take action against illicit drug traffickers. Second, legal channel regulation, law can be used to regulate and control legal channels that are used to provide drugs needed for medical and research purposes. Third, international sanctions, law can be used to take action against countries or groups that are suspected of being involved in the drug trade. Fourth, rehabilitation and recovery, law can be used to provide legal basis for rehabilitation and recovery programs for drug victims, both individuals or society. However, as an asymmetric warfare, illegal drug trafficking is a complex issue that cannot be solved solely by relying on law.
