Mariculture in the Black Sea and its Impact on the Environment According to Satellite Observations 根据卫星观测数据确定的黑海海水养殖及其对环境的影响

Satellite monitoring of film pollution on the surface of the Black Sea was carried out. A new source of them has been discovered – fish cages in the Adler-Kudepsta marine area, which produce biogenic films caused by oil and fat additives to fish feed used in industrial mariculture. It was concluded that despite their biogenic origin, they have a negative impact on local marine ecosystems.

Environmental and Geochemical Assessment of Bottom Sediment Pollution (Approaches, Monitoring, Utilization) 底泥污染的环境和地球化学评估(方法、监测、利用)

The results of ecological and geochemical assessment of the state of bottom sediments of small rivers in the city of Berezniki (Perm region) are presented, and the issues of environmental monitoring of small rivers of Verkhnekamie are identified. A comprehensive assessment of bottom sediment contamination is carried out. Their unsatisfactory condition in terms of the heavy metals content (Ni, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Hg) and As was noted. Possible environmental actions for the disposal of such sediments are analyzed. It is concluded that it is advisable to carry out on-site remediation or dispose of sediments at specialized landfills followed by recycling.

Experimental Study of the Process of Cleaning Flue Gases from Harmful Components Using Granulated Blast-furnace Slag 利用粒状高炉矿渣清除烟气中有害成分过程的实验研究

An experimental study of the adsorption process of carbon and nitrogen oxides was carried out at various flue gas flow rates and concentrations of harmful components. The optimal conditions for the adsorption process were determined at various flue gas flow rates. It has been demonstrated that the efficiency of adsorption of carbon and nitrogen oxides depends on the flue gas flow rate, the concentration of these components and the process temperature. A design has been developed for an environmentally friendly nozzle for a chimney using granulated blast furnace slag as an adsorbent, which allows achieving a degree of gas purification of 50–55% or higher under optimal operating conditions.

Membraneless fuel cells running on ethanol have been proposed as a clean energy source for a new generation. The use of two conducting immiscible liquids is shown, the phase boundary of which acts as a virtual membrane. The advantages of this development over membrane fuel cells and membraneless flow fuel cells are noted. The main reactions occurring in the fuel cell are considered, a rationale is presented, and the choice of fuel mixture is made.

The Influence of Freezing-thawing on the Properties of Sludge from Water Treatment Facilities and the Prospects for its Disposal 冻融对水处理设施污泥性质的影响及其处置前景

It has been shown that the freezing-thawing method allows a sharp increase in the water-yielding capacity of water treatment sludge (WTS sludge) and leads to an increase in the median particle size of the dispersed phase of sludge. The distribution of bound water types in WTP sludge was studied using thermogravimetry (TG), differential thermal thermogravimetry (DTG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and mass spectrometry of gaseous thermolysis products (MS). It has been established that the release of water and carbon dioxide is completely completed at a temperature of 600°C. The specific surface area of the solid phase of WTP sludge before and after freezing-thawing was determined. The pore size distribution was studied. The BET isotherm of WTP sludge corresponds to mesoporous sorbents.

The technogenic vegetation of overburden dumps of the Kholboldzhinsky coal mine is considered, represented by one association, three communities, which belong to four 4 unions and orders of the classes Stellarietea mediae, Artemisietea vulgaris, Thero-Salicornietea. An indirect ordination analysis was performed using the principal component method, which made it possible to determine the leading environmental factors of differentiation of syntaxa: moisture and salinity richness.

The flow rates and water flow rates in the Volga-Akhtuba Canal, which is of critical importance in the watering of Akhtuba river and Volga-Akhtuba bottom land territory, have been determined in various hydrologic phases. Relationships between discharge flows through the Volgograd hydroelectric unit and flows through the Volga-Akhtuba Canal have been established. Graphs of the relationship between the water level in the lower canal pound and water flows through the Volgograd hydroelectric unit in various years are constructed. Recommendations are given for additional watering of the Volga-Akhtuba bottom land.

An assessment was made of the content of natural radionuclides Ra-226 and Ra-228, as well as petroleum products, in the bottom sediments of the Kolva and Usa rivers (Bolshezemelskaia tundra of the Nenets Autonomous Region and the Komi Republic). The values of the specific activities of the studied radionuclides, their isotope ratios, the concentration of petroleum products are obtained, and the correlation dependences of the specific activities of Ra-226 and Ra-228 on the concentration of petroleum products are established. It has been demonstrated that certain sections of the Kolva river are characterized by increased content of Ra-226 in bottom sediments. It was concluded that the likely source of radionuclide entry into bottom sediments is the entry of oil and gas waste into surface waters.

Systematization of the Sustainable Development Concept of Territorial Socio-economic Systems in the Context of Prospects for the Use of Renewable Energy 可再生能源利用前景背景下领土社会经济系统可持续发展概念的系统化

The issue of monitoring the achievement of the goals of sustainable development of territories is considered in relation to the modernization of the RF energy sector and commissioning of capacities based on renewable energy sources. A system of balanced indicators is recommended, which allows the formation of a transparent structure for implementation of the development strategy of a separate territory. A strategic map is proposed, on the basis of which the goals and corresponding indicators of the directions of its blocks were determined for the state and regional levels. The proper definition of sustainable development of territorial socio-economic systems (TSES) in the context of the prospects for the use of renewable energy is formulated. Future directions of research are mentioned, which include conducting econometric modeling to determine the impact of selected indicators on the sustainable development of TSES.

A system of balanced indicators is recommended, which allows the formation of a transparent structure for implementation of the development strategy of a separate territory. A strategic map is proposed, on the basis of which the goals and corresponding indicators of the directions of its blocks were determined for the state and regional levels. The proper definition of sustainable development of territorial socio-economic systems (TSES) in the context of the prospects for the use of renewable energy is formulated. Extraction of Valuable Components in the Process of Recycling of Technogenic Materials of Alumina Production 氧化铝生产技术原料回收过程中宝贵成分的提取

In the process of recycling man-made resource-saving additives into alumina raw materials, waste fireclay refractory bricks used for lining rotating furnaces and other thermal units were tested. A sufficiently high level of aluminum oxide extraction from fireclay lining has been experimentally confirmed. It has been established that when more than 95 000 tons of stored refractory fireclay brick waste is involved in the technological process, savings on a natural raw material resource are achieved: about 56 700 tons of nepheline ore.
