This study aims to determine whether the strategy carried out by the Shinta Bakery cake shop is going well or not and to find out how marketing strategies affect consumer behavior in buying cakes at the shinta bakery shop. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, which describes an event that has occurred or existing cases that provide a clear picture of the problem to be studied. The objects used in conducting this research are the community, employees and owners at the Shinta Bakery cake shop. The types of data used in this research include primary and secondary data. The methods used to collect data for this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded as follows. First, In terms of Islamic Marketing Strategy, Toko Shinta Bakery has been in accordance with applying the concept of sharia marketing strategy, namely product, price, promotion, place. As well as applying the characteristics of Islamic marketing, namely Rabbaniyah, Akhlaqiah, Al-Waqiyah, Insaniyah. Second, the advantages and disadvantages of implementing sharia marketing strategies in Toko Shinta Bakery are, the advantages are selling products at affordable prices and good quality, the disadvantages are not managing their gofood franchise properly, lack of parking lots, and rarely giving discounts.

The aim of this research is to describe whether there is an influence of brand image on users' visiting decisions at the Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra Province. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this research is all users who visit the West Sumatra Province Archives and Library Service in 2023, namely 48,759 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The number of samples in this research was 100 samples. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire as an instrument. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all research samples. The results of this research show that: first, brand image has a total average score of 4.28 which is categorized as very good. So it can be said that the library brand image at the West Sumatra Province Archives and Library Service is very good for users. Second, the decision to visit has a total average score of 4.35, which means it is classified as very good. So it can be said that the user's decision to visit the brand image is very good for the user. Third, the library brand image has an influence of 31.3% on the decision to visit users at the Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra Province, while the remaining 68.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

The purpose of this research is to find out how librarian tactics encourage library use and increase interest in visits. in the Deli Serdang regional library, to find out the causes of the low interest in visiting public libraries in Deli Serdang and the challenges of librarians in encouraging public library patronage in Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research combines field study methodology with qualitative research. Librarian The research topic is the Deli Serdang Regency Public Library. There are three techniques used to obtain data: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data presentation, data reduction procedures, and data analysis methods were all carried out in accordance with descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, the author can determine librarian tactics to encourage increased interest in visiting libraries in the Deli Serdang regional library, including by conducting mobile library activities, holding reading competitions for the community. Furthermore, knowing the lack of library collections, facilities and infrastructure, as well as inadequate library services is one of the factors causing the low interest in visiting public libraries in Deli Serdang. Librarians also face challenges in efforts to increase interest in visiting the Deli Serdang Regency public library.

This research aims to find out the causes of the decline in visitor interest at the Tanjung Balai City Library and Archives Service, the strategies implemented by the Tanjung Balai City Library and Archives Service to encourage users' interest in coming to the library, find out what obstacles are faced by the City Library and Archives Service Tanjung Balai in arousing interest in visiting the library. This type of research is qualitative research with a field approach. The subjects of this research are librarians who work at the Tanjung Balai City Library and Archives Service and the community around the library. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is based on descriptive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the cause of the decline in interest in visiting the Tanjung Balai City Library and Archives Service is the lack of incomplete facilities and infrastructure and a lack of public awareness about the importance of reading books to increase knowledge. Furthermore, the strategy used by librarians to increase interest in visiting visitors is to create various activities including mobile libraries and several literacy competitions, which are very helpful in attracting people's sympathy for reading.

Academic self-efficacy is one of the many factors that can affect student learning achievement. Someone who has good academic self-efficacy, will feel that he is always ready and alert in completing his academic tasks without any doubts about his condition. in completing their academic tasks without any doubts about their own condition. This study aims to see the effectiveness of the implementation of information services with a classical format using the small group discussion method to improve students' academic self-efficacy. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the type of research Quasi Experiment design The Non-Equivalent Control Group. The population in this study were Phase E students of SMA Negeri 10 Padang, sampling using purposive sampling method, then obtained samples of Phase E 4 and Phase E 9 classes. The technique used in data collection is by distributing questionnaires, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and Mann-Whitney U 2 Independent Sample Test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of information services with a classical format using the small group discussion method is effective in increasing students' academic self-efficacy. Specifically, the use of this method increases better academic self-efficacy.

This study used quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The population in this study was students who actively used social media totaling 212 samples. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. This study used a Cyber Wellness scale of 14 items with a coefficient of 0.816 and an Online Disinhibition scale of 25 items with a coefficient of 0.874. Data analysis, using simple regression techniques yielded a correlation coefficient of 0.542 with a p value (significant) of 0.000< 0.05, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of the hypothesis test contained an R Square value of 0.293, thus the contribution of Cyber Wellness to resilience was 8%. The results showed that there was a contribution of Cyber Wellness to Online Disinhibition in college students who actively used social media with a negative relationship direction.

This research begins with the phenomenon of behavior shown by non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office which leads to engagement related to the organizational culture of the company. The purpose of this research is to see how organizational culture is related to employee engagement in non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office. The type used in this research is a quantitative correlational research method. The research subjects were 35 people obtained through saturated sampling techniques. The data collection tool uses an organizational culture scale consisting of 19 items with a reliability value of 0.919 and an employee engagement scale consisting of 16 items with a reliability value of 0.931. The data was processed using Karl Pearson's product moment correlation statistical technique. The research results with an rxy value of 0.814 with p=0.001 (p<0.01) show that there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement in non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office. This shows that the better the organizational culture, the higher employee engagement among non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office.

This research begins with the phenomenon of behavior shown by non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office which leads to engagement related to the organizational culture of the company. The purpose of this research is to see how organizational culture is related to employee engagement in non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office. The type used in this research is a quantitative correlational research method. The research subjects were 35 people obtained through saturated sampling techniques. The data collection tool uses an organizational culture scale consisting of 19 items with a reliability value of 0.919 and an employee engagement scale consisting of 16 items with a reliability value of 0.931. The data was processed using Karl Pearson's product moment correlation statistical technique. The research results with an rxy value of 0.814 with p=0.001 (p<0.01) show that there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement in non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office. This shows that the better the organizational culture, the higher employee engagement among non-permanent employees of BPJS Health Padang Branch Office.

This research is related to assessing the reasonableness of the area of green open space (RTH) towards the development strategy of Pariaman City as stated in the Regional Regulation (Perda) of the Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) of Pariaman City for 2010-2030, namely 30% and aims to, 1) Find out distribution and extent of availability of green open space (RTH) in Pariaman City. 2) Knowing the suitability between green open space (RTH) and Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW). This research is a quantitative exploration using spatial methodology. Using Sentinel-2 satellite imagery and the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) identification method, the analysis used focuses on the distribution of green vegetation throughout Pariaman City. The vegetation distribution obtained was overlaid with shapefile data (SHP) obtained from the digitization of the Regional Regulations (Perda) of the Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) of Pariaman City for 2010-2030, so that the area, distribution and suitability are known. The results of identifying 3946.09 Ha of green open space (RTH) from 4118.76 Ha which were planned in detail, namely; City Park RTH, planned area 3214.16 Ha and area in the field 3087.12 Ha, City Forest RTH, planned area 174.8 Ha and area in the field 174.23 Ha, Cemetery Open Space, planned area 4.72 Ha and area in field 4.67 Ha, RTH Road Route, planned area 504.14 Ha and area in the field 472.53 Ha and RTH Tourism Area, planned area 220.94 Ha and area in the field 207.54 Ha. The percentage of Pariaman City's green open space to the area is 59.57% and has fulfilled the provisions of the RTRW Regional Regulation, namely a minimum green open space of 30%.
