This research is related to assessing the reasonableness of the area of green open space (RTH) towards the development strategy of Pariaman City as stated in the Regional Regulation (Perda) of the Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) of Pariaman City for 2010-2030, namely 30% and aims to, 1) Find out distribution and extent of availability of green open space (RTH) in Pariaman City. 2) Knowing the suitability between green open space (RTH) and Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW). This research is a quantitative exploration using spatial methodology. Using Sentinel-2 satellite imagery and the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) identification method, the analysis used focuses on the distribution of green vegetation throughout Pariaman City. The vegetation distribution obtained was overlaid with shapefile data (SHP) obtained from the digitization of the Regional Regulations (Perda) of the Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) of Pariaman City for 2010-2030, so that the area, distribution and suitability are known. The results of identifying 3946.09 Ha of green open space (RTH) from 4118.76 Ha which were planned in detail, namely; City Park RTH, planned area 3214.16 Ha and area in the field 3087.12 Ha, City Forest RTH, planned area 174.8 Ha and area in the field 174.23 Ha, Cemetery Open Space, planned area 4.72 Ha and area in field 4.67 Ha, RTH Road Route, planned area 504.14 Ha and area in the field 472.53 Ha and RTH Tourism Area, planned area 220.94 Ha and area in the field 207.54 Ha. The percentage of Pariaman City's green open space to the area is 59.57% and has fulfilled the provisions of the RTRW Regional Regulation, namely a minimum green open space of 30%.

This research discusses measuring the quality of library services at the Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah University of Medan using the Libqual method. The aim of the research is to determine the service quality of the Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah Medan University Library based on three libqual dimensions, namely Affect of Service, Information Control and Library as Place. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this research was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 3,159 users of the Nusantara Al Washliyah Medan Muslim University Library from 2021, who were limited using the Slovin formula, so the number of respondents was 97 people. The sampling technique in this research used non-random accidental sampling. The results of this research show that service quality is based on the Affect of Service aspect, users are quite satisfied with the quality of library services or have met the minimum expectations of users with a positive adequancy gap (AG) at a score of 0.03 and the quality of library services is considered good but has not met ideal expectations. what the user wants or is in the tolerance zone with the superiority gap (SG) being negative at a score of -1.01. Based on the Information Control aspect, users are quite satisfied with the quality of library services or have met the minimum expectations of users with a positive adequancy gap (AG) at a score of 0.05 and the quality of library services is considered good but has not met the ideal expectations desired by users or is in the tolerance zone with the superiority gap (SG) being negative at a score of -1.07. This research is based on the results of an interview with the head of school administration staff at SMP Negeri Kota Padang. This study aims to obtain information about the readiness of school administration personnel to accept change in terms of three aspects, namely, mental readiness, knowledge readiness and participation in change. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study is all school staff in the city of Padang. The number of samples in this study was 83 people. The instrument used in the questionnaire is a semantic differential semantic scale. The steps taken in analyzing data are, verifying data, tabulating data, calculating the average value (mean) then looking for the percentage of score achievement and describing the data processed based on specified criteria. This study shows the results of the readiness of administrative personnel to accept changes in public junior high schools in Padang City as seen from the indicators (1) Mental readiness with the ready category and 80.10% achievement rate, (2) Knowledge readiness with the ready category and 81.02% achievement rate, (3) Participation in changes with the ready category and 80.19% achievement rate. It can be concluded that the readiness of school administration personnel in accepting changes in public junior high schools in Padang City can be categorized as ready to accept changes with an achievement level (8, 0.44%).

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of digital amrketing, e-word of mouth, and electronic trust on purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The population of this research is the marketplace shopee in Sidoarjo. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula, so that the sample for this study was 92 people. The analysis tool used in this research uses IBM SPSS Version 25 for Windows software. The results of this research prove that digital marketing, e- word of mouth and electronic trust is a parcial influences purchasing decisions.

This research aims to analyze marketing communications implemented by PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in an effort to attract consumer interest in its products and services. The research method used involved interviews with the company's marketing managers to gain in-depth insight into the communication strategies that had been implemented. The interview results show that the company has adopted a diverse marketing communications strategy, including an active presence on social media, personal selling, as well as promotional events and collaborations with health influencers. Despite its success in attracting consumer interest, the company is also faced with several challenges, such as intense competition, changing consumer trends, and advertising bans. This research provides an in-depth understanding of PT's marketing communications strategy. Melia Sehat Sejahtera, as well as highlighting the challenges faced in dealing with the dynamics of the health market. The implications of the research results can be used as a basis for developing more effective and adaptive marketing strategies in increasing consumer attractiveness.

Melia Sehat Sejahtera in an effort to attract consumer interest in its products and services. The research method used involved interviews with the company's marketing managers to gain in-depth insight into the communication strategies that had been implemented. The interview results show that the company has adopted a diverse marketing communications strategy, including an active presence on social media, personal selling, as well as promotional events and collaborations with health influencers. Despite its success in attracting consumer interest, the company is also faced with several challenges, such as intense competition, changing consumer trends, and advertising bans. This research provides an in-depth understanding of PT's marketing communications strategy. Melia Sehat Sejahtera, as well as highlighting the challenges faced in dealing with the dynamics of the health market. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the marketing mix strategy on street vendors' income at culinary street vendors in the city of Bukittinggi and estimate digital marketing to moderate the effect of marketing mix strategies on street vendors' income at culinary street vendors in the city of Bukittinggi). The research method uses a quantitative approach (correlation research). The research location in the city of Bukittinggi will be carried out in 2023 until completion. Data was obtained using a questionnaire which was distributed to 30 respondents to all street vendors. The data analysis used in this study is the Warp Partial Least Square program. With the help of Warp-PLS software 5. The results of the MIX Marketing Strategy research have a positive and significant effect on the income of street vendors with a β value of 0.65 and a P-Value of 0.01, smaller than 0.5 indicated by an R^2 value of 0.42, which means that the contribution to the influence of Marketing Strategy MIX to street vendors income by 42%. Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect on PKL's income with a β value of 0.68 and a P-Value of 0.01, small of 0.5 indicated by an R^2 value of 0.46, which means that the contribution of Digital Marketing's influence on Street vendors' income is 46%. Digital Marketing moderates the effect of the MIX Marketing Strategy on street vendors' income with a moderation effect coefficient of 0.16 and a P-Value of 0.02, less than 0.05. indicated by the R^2 value of 0.44 (44%).

This research is motivated by the many achievements achieved by students of the Unit Kegiatan Kerohanian, both in academic and non-academic fields. Even though they are active in organizations, this does not reduce the achievements they have achieved. This research aims to: 1) determine the level of student organizational activity in the Padang State University Spiritual Activity Unit in 2023; 2) determine the level of student academic achievement in the Padang State University Spiritual Activity Unit in 2023; and 3) determine the influence of student organizational activity on academic achievement in the Unit Padang State University Spiritual Activities in 2023. This research uses quantitative correlational methods. The population of this study was 60 people. The sampling technique for this research is non-probability sampling, or saturated sampling, namely all 60 UKK students. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. Data analysis uses hypothesis testing, with organizational activity (X1) as the independent variable and academic achievement (Y) as the dependent variable, using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Based on the research results obtained through questionnaires, 1) In the F test, there was a result of 8.788 with a significance of 0.004. So Fcount is 8.788>4.001 and sig.0.004<0.05, which means that there is an influence between organizational activity and academic achievement. 2) In the results of the coefficient of determination, there is an R square of 0.132 (13.2%), so there is still an influence of other variables of 86.8%.

This research aims to determine the conflict management abilities of PGSD FKIP UNRI students who join the organization. When joining an organization, students will face many people with various characters to achieve the same goal. Therefore, various kinds of conflicts will arise that need to be faced and resolved by students who join the organization. Students' conflict management skills while in an organization can be a training ground for students to prepare for the world of work later. This research is qualitative research, which was conducted on 15 respondents using a questionnaire instrument. In its implementation, the questionnaire was distributed to students who were participating or had previously participated in the PGSD FKIP UNRI Study Program. All respondents answered questions online. The research results show that all respondents can be said to be good or indicated to be good in managing conflict according to the indicators used.
