Until now, there has been no specific reference to customary offenses and customary courts in Papua, especially the South Papua Customary Court, except for the writings of some anthropologists who touch on this issue in discussing the leadership system or community structure or customary government system in Papua. The purpose of this study is to determine the existence or existence of customary law in the Anim Ha customary territory and the need for mapping customary law in force in South Papua by identifying customary violations and customary sanctions. This research uses a descriptive method of analysis with a normative juridical approach supported by empirical data, namely direct data from customary law communities and secondary data, namely legal material such as laws and regulations, legal doctrines, and court decisions/jurisprudence, and supported by primary data, namely by conducting interviews with related parties. There are three types of customary sanctions in South Papua, namely legal action in the form of imposition of fines (objects or goods), legal action in the form of imposing physical and spiritual suffering on violators (physical and psychological punishment), in the form of legal action to restore magical balance (punishment in the form of carrying out traditional ceremonies / rituals). Customary law communities in South Papua in fact although state law applies the principle of legal centralism, customary law is more dominant in regulating community life because it is considered more beneficial to the parties in resolving cases or disputes than positive law.

One effort to enhance seafarer skills is by improving knowledge. Increasing knowledge can be achieved through the implementation of training for ship crews. Through training implementation, it is expected to minimize ship accidents caused by human error, thereby improving maritime safety. This research aims to understand the regulations regarding navigation in the Tanjung Perak harbor area and analyze the role of seafarer skills training in enhancing maritime safety. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires and secondary data collected from other sources. The research results show that in the event of an accident within the jurisdiction of the Tanjung Perak Port Master, based on the Minister of Transportation's Decree No. 55 of 2006 concerning Procedures for Ship Accident Inspections, if a ship accident occurs, such as sinking, burning, collision, or grounding, the ship's Master or leader who experiences the accident must report it to the Port Master at the nearest or first port visited. The research also indicates that the implementation of seafarer skills training has an impact on maritime safety. Improving maritime safety can be achieved by participating in self-development activities to enhance the quality of ship personnel (seafarers) for better performance.

This research aims to understand the interaction between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) and zeolite fly ash (FA) from coal and their impact on soybean productivity in Podzolic soil. The study was conducted in Aur Sakti Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, and the Soil Science Laboratory and Plant Ecophysiology Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, over a four-month period from March to June 2022. The experiment employed a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors: FA zeolite doses (Z0-Z3) and AMF doses (M0-M2). The results of the study indicate that the interaction of AMF Glomus sp or Gigaspora sp at 10 g per plant with FA zeolite at a dose of 1.5 g per plant enhances plant growth and soybean yield most optimally. FA zeolite at a dose of 1 g per plant also effectively improves soybean yield in terms of the weight of 100 seeds. Specifically, the application of FA zeolite at a dose of 1.5 g per plant yields the best results in terms of plant height, number of productive branches, flowering and harvesting age, number of seeds per plant, weight of seeds per plant, and weight of 100 seeds, compared to treatments without zeolite, with zeolite FA doses of 0.5 and 1 g per plant. The application of AMF Glomus sp and Gigaspora sp, each at 10 g per plant, also enhances the growth and yield of soybeans compared to treatments without AMF.

Mobile services are one of the implementations that can be applied to livestock information and health management programs. The objective of this research is to determine the implementation of the Integrated Mobile Livestock Service Program at the Livestock and Animal Health Department of Aceh Province. The research approach used in this study is qualitative, which examines the object and reveals existing cases contextually through collected data. Each district surveyed includes 50 people for this mobile cow service program. The observed aspects of this program include: Public complaints about livestock diseases through the application, Interest in using health service information on the application, Public satisfaction with the application. The research results indicate that the complaints found in the community are about scabies and FMD (Foot-and-Mouth Disease). However, these complaints are obtained directly from the community, and only a few come through the application. The average application visitors in Pidie district are 29.87, Bireuen district 29.03, Aceh Utara district 27.47, Aceh Timur district 30.77, and Langsa city 29.33. User satisfaction with the application is assessed through questionnaires given directly to the community. The survey results show that, on average, people still have a limited understanding of the application's usage and are not very satisfied.
