This study is intended to test and analyze the direct and indirect impact of the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur Binjai - Brandan Zone 2. The research approach uses quantitative research methods. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. The research approach used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study is all employees of PT HKI Padang Siring Section which amounts to 54 people. This study conducted a sampling technique by Non Probability Sampling, namely by using census sampling or saturated sampling because the entire population is as many as 54 employees / respondents. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of compensation, leadership, and co-workers on the job satisfaction of honorer employees of the Langkat District Cooperative Office. The population of this study is all honorer employees of the Langkat District Cooperative Office, totaling 65 employees. The number of samples taken was 65 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This study was conducted in 2022. This study uses quantitative data that is processed with SPSS 24.0 using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study show that compensation, leadership, and co-workers have a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of honorer employees of the Langkat District Cooperative Office, both partially and simultaneously. The results of the t test (partial) show that compensation has a regression value of 0.554, tcount value = 5.309 and significant = 0.000. Leadership has a regression value of 0.335, tcount value = 3.140 and significant = 0.003. Co-workers have a regression value of 0.269, tcount value = 2.648 and significant = 0.010. The results of the F test (simultaneously) show Fcount = 300.948 and significant = 0.000. Compensation becomes the most dominant variable influencing job satisfaction with the largest tcount value, which is 5.309. 93.4% of job satisfaction can be explained and obtained from compensation, leadership, and co-workers, while the remaining by other factors. Job satisfaction has a very strong relationship with compensation, leadership, and co-workers.

Consumer loyalty is an important aspect, so efforts are needed to increase customer loyalty by using several supporting aspects such as product quality, promotions, and consumer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is Dua Burger consumers. The number of samples used in this research was 150 samples. The economy of Klambir V Kebun Village, Kec Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang Regency, is starting to develop due to the availability of village funds from the central government and support from information technology such as the Internet which aims to improve the local economy. Information technology provides various solutions to the problems that are generally faced by people in developing their businesses. For example, one of the technologies that is currently developing rapidly is Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce). E-Commerce itself is interpreted by some experts as financial buying and selling transactions that use an internet connection or digital technology. Various transactions, from sales, purchases, distribution, to marketing of goods and services can be done by utilizing E-Commerce. However, the author sees that many people in Klambir V Kebun Village, Deli Serdang Regency, still do not know the benefits and how to use E-Commerce. This case study examines the influence of economic and social components on village financial performance. At the village level, economic and social factors are two important components that can influence financial welfare and efficiency. In this context, this research focuses on villages in areas inhabited kebun kelapa village. Quantitative analysis is used for both primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with the head, treasurer and other related staff in the village. Secondary data consists of village financial documents and relevant economic statistics. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze data to determine the influence of economic and social factors on cooperative performance. These results can provide a better understanding of how economic and societal factors influence village financial performance. They can also provide policy recommendations that can help villages with coconut plantations improve their economic performance. In terms of local resource management and rural development, this research is very important.

This service aims to provide socialization and understanding of Financial Literacy and Technology in Kebun Kelapa Village. This training is carried out using practical and participatory methods, allowing participants to learn and implement the use of Android / mobile in the online complaint process. It is hoped that the results of this service in the future will make it easier for people to use Fintech products in Kebun Kelapa Village. By implementing this mobile-based online method, it will be easier for the community to improve the financial performance of their village. The positive impact of this training can be observed from the increase in people who are able to use online applications via their respective mobile phones. . Apart from that, this training also opens up new opportunities for village communities to utilize the potential of village communities with existing technological developments and effectively support sustainable village economic development. Through Financial Literacy and Financial Technology we can help village officials in matters.
