The dilemma of intangible cultural heritage has become a short board of rural revitalization, but it can be alleviated by the favorable policies of rural revitalization. The sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage is an important part of rural revitalization and an effective driver of rural revitalization. The two help each other. Huaiji county Qiaotou town provincial intangible cultural heritage Guier Opera popular in the middle of the 20th century, after entering the 21st century Guier Opera facing times change, inheritance, insufficient funding, insufficient publicity, lack of research, in the national protection and development of intangible and rural revitalization of the policy gradually under the good, from three aspects of culture, talent, governance power Qiaotou town rural revitalization. Studies have shown, build a digital information platform for Guier Opera, create forms and contents that are popular with young people, and integrate sound and photoelectric technology into the performance, which can meet the diverse spiritual and cultural needs of the local people and promote the revitalization of rural culture. The government can strengthen the support for Guier opera troupe and the inheritors, and the inheritors can constantly improve their performing arts quality, cooperate between schools and counties, and strengthen the support of talents, which can promote the revitalization of rural talents. The physical health of male and female students at Guangdong Ocean University is generally satisfactory, with their body mass indexes clustered around normal levels, forming a bell curve distribution. When examining total physical fitness scores, male students peak during their sophomore year but decline in their junior year, while female students excel in their senior year but face challenges during their freshman year. Both genders grapple with malnutrition and obesity, with a higher incidence of malnutrition among female students and a greater prevalence of pre-obesity and obesity among males. In terms of lifestyle, students at Guangdong Ocean University lean towards healthy habits. Female students slightly outperform males, although the distinction is not significant. Both genders excel in internet use, interpersonal relationships, coping styles, hygiene, and study habits but struggle with eating and sleep quality. Notably, there are significant differences across five dimensions: sleep quality, study habits, physical exercise, tobacco and alcohol use, and coping styles. In these categories, males outperform females in physical exercise, internet use, and coping styles, while females fare better in tobacco and alcohol use, study habits, and sleep quality. Student lifestyles vary with academic progress. Those in lower grades exhibit healthier lifestyles, with sophomores achieving the highest scores and seniors the lowest. Overall, lifestyle scores tend to decrease as academic levels rise. Crucially, a significant correlation exists between students' physical fitness indicators and their lifestyle dimensions. A stepwise regression analysis was employed to examine the impact of lifestyle on physical condition, using physical form, function, and quality indexes as dependent variables and ten lifestyle dimensions as independent variables. Among male students, hygiene and physical exercise affect physical form, physical exercise, tobacco and alcohol use, and dietary habits influence physical function, while sleep quality, dietary habits, physical exercise, and tobacco and alcohol use impact physical quality. For female students, dietary habits, sleep quality, and physical exercise influence physical form, dietary habits and physical exercise affect physical function, and sleep quality, dietary habits, and physical exercise play a role in physical quality. This study sheds light on the health and lifestyles of Guangdong Ocean University students, highlighting gender disparities in physical fitness and lifestyle habits. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing these variations and tailoring interventions to enhance the overall well-being of the student population.

With the acceleration of urbanization and the promotion of economic development, the balance between historical building protection and modern urban renewal has become an important issue faced by many cities. As an important component of urban cultural heritage, historical buildings not only have unique historical and artistic value, but also carry rich cultural memories and social significance. However, with the pressure of urban development and the demand for resource utilization, historical buildings often face the risk of destruction, loss, or even abandonment. With the rapid development of urbanization, old buildings and streets are also being updated simultaneously, but in the mainstream trend, streets and urban buildings are gradually converging with little distinctive features. Based on the protection of historical buildings and living environment, this article takes Tanhualin Street in Wuhan as an example to integrate local culture into the architecture and environment, and create a Wuhan street with local characteristics.

In the process of enterprise operation, working capital is related to the supply, production and sales of enterprises. Working capital is the capital that an enterprise needs to use in its normal operation. A good turnover of working capital can drive the turnover of fixed capital, which is not only conducive to the improvement of the profit level of enterprises, but also conducive to the goal of maximizing profits. Therefore, the management of working capital is very important for enterprises. With the continuous development of China's socialist market economy and fierce market competition, China's electronic industry stands out. China's electronics industry not only has a huge domestic market, but also China is a global manufacturing power of electronic products. Due to the rise of China's manufacturing industry, the transformation of global electronic industry from vertical structure to horizontal structure, and the increasingly detailed division of value chain, China has become one of the main production bases of global electronic manufacturing, which has also promoted the rapid growth of China's electronic manufacturing industry. Following this, the electronic manufacturing industry is also facing more severe challenges. Because the management of working capital is related to the profit level of enterprises and directly affects the survival and development of enterprises, it is increasingly urgent for the electronic industry to pursue efficient capital management.

The article discusses the application prospects and potential of high-efficiency agricultural irrigation technologies in plateau regions. It provides an overview of the current state of agriculture and irrigation in plateau areas, highlighting the challenges they face, including limited water resources, extreme climatic conditions, and diverse topography. Drip irrigation technology, known for its precise water delivery and reduced water wastage, has seen successful application in the cultivation of rice and fruits in plateau regions. Spray irrigation technology evenly disperses water to meet the water requirements of different crops, improving water resource utilization on the land. The use of remote sensing technology, such as satellite imagery and ground sensors, aids farmers in real-time monitoring of soil moisture, weather conditions, and crop health, thereby optimizing irrigation strategies. Smart irrigation systems, incorporating automated control and sensor technology, dynamically adjust irrigation volume to meet crop needs. Despite the significant potential of these technologies in plateau regions, the article also addresses the challenges and obstacles associated with their implementation.

The imbalance in the research also highlights the problems in the development of Qingyang sachet embroidery. Based on the idea of grounded theory, this article constructs a model of the core categories of Qingyang sachet research. It believes that the four categories of culture, art, industry, and inheritance and development are organically unified in the inheritance and development of Qingyang sachet embroidery, and further reveals that the industry The research status quo dominated by inheritance and development research has caused the development of Qingyang sachets to ignore the study of artistic ontology.

Small and medium-sized enterprises often face the risk of uncertain output. We considered a supply chain system composed of a single risk-neutral retailer and a single risk-averse manufacturer. When manufacturer is faced with capital constraints in the production of green products, they can solve it by external financing to third-party financial institutions or internal financing to retailer. At the same time, the retailer can determine the expected order quantity according to the market demand, the wholesale price and the green technology input level of the manufacturer. Based on these, we construct three game models: no financing model, external financing model and internal financing model, and study the financing strategy of manufacturer and the ordering strategy of retailer. The results show that the manufacturer's profit is the largest when producing green products. At this time, both internal financing and external financing are optimal financing decisions for the manufacturer. However, the retailer 's optimal ordering strategy is when only green products are sold and the manufacturer conducts internal financing.
