This study aims to explore the influence of the mother's dislike on the eldest child in the second-child family, and to understand its influence and the way to establish intimate relationship. By interviewing and analyzing the mothers and eldest children of five groups of second-child families, the study found that the mother's dislike had a significant impact on the behavior and psychological state of the eldest children. The results show that the mother's dislike will lead the eldest children to feel neglected and ignored, thus affecting their study, mood, behavior and career choice. In addition, this study proposes to promote the establishment of intimate relationship between mother and eldest child through positive parent-child interaction, emotional expression and support. This study is of great significance to understand the influence of mother's dislike on the eldest child in the second child family and to establish a healthy parent-child relationship.

Background: Video gaming has become an increasingly popular and globally recognized phenomenon in recent years. While playing, there are multi repetitive movements of the fingers, which may lead to significant hand grip or pinch grip problems. Purposes: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of prolonged use of video games on the grip and pinch strength. Materials and Methods: Forty male students from King Abdulaziz University participated in this study, their age ranged from 18-24 years. They were divided into two groups, prolonged user, and non-user group. The hand grip and pinch strength for all participants were measured by a handheld dynamometer and the level of video game addiction was assessed by Game Addiction Test. Results: There was a significant decrease in hand grip strength of the prolonged user group compared with non-user group, while there was a non-significant difference between both groups in the pinch strength.

Personal identity has recently appeared in the agenda of social sciences and humanities in a variety of ways. There is a huge and expanding body of literature on identity, and "identity studies" has gained significant importance in the social sciences and humanities across the globe. This article aims to trace back the history of theories on Western personal identity from an interdisciplinary angle. Defining identity raises many questions and invites different disciplines ranging from hermeneutics, philosophy, sociology, psychology, psychoanalysis, linguistics, anthropology, and many more. Answering questions about the nature of the self and the relationship between a person and her body led this article to trace back two lines of thought: a dualist view that sees identity in terms of soul and body dichotomy, and a monist view that focuses on the body as a defining element of identity. The enormous philosophical interest in the idea of personal identity is due to concerns with the nature of personal identity throughout time and the relationship, if any, between personal identity and bodily identity.
