The aim of this research is to empirically test and analyze the influence of each variable relationship, both directly and indirectly. The first relationship is the influence of leadership and organizational commitment on job satisfaction, the second is the influence of leadership and organizational commitment on performance, and the third indirect relationship is the influence of leadership and organizational commitment through job satisfaction on performance. This research design uses a survey method with cross-section data collection through questionnaires. The sample was determined using simple random sampling with a total of 165 employees at PT. Indonesian Ship Industry (Persero) Makassar. The data analysis method used in hypothesis testing is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS. The research results provide evidence that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

This research aims to study the degradation of advocates' immunity rights in Indonesia with special emphasis on Article 27 Paragraph (3) and Paragraph (4). This research is normative juridical in nature by using secondary data such as laws and regulations, court decisions, and other references to see the requirements of immunity rights, types of degradation caused by the Information and Transactions Electronic (ITE) Law, and factors that hinder and support immunity rights. The results of this research analysis are: First of all, the terms of advocates' immunity rights, which include the presence or absence of criminal and civil legal actions. If advocates carry out their work in an ethical manner, they will be protected, but ethical violations will be submitted to the Advocates Organization Code Council. Second, the cause of the reduction of advocates' immunity rights caused by Article 27 Paragraph (3) dan Paragraph (4) of the ITE Law identified that the effect of criminal and civil penalties can reduce the immunity rights of advocates in performing their professional duties. Third, the elements that hinder and support advocates' immunity rights are the functions of investigators, public prosecutors, judges, and public opinion.

This study's issue is how to apply Friedman's theory of justice to a lawsuit involving joint property in the form of song royalties, which is based on the Virgoun and Inara Rusli case. This study's goal is to analyze and assess how Friedman's theory of justice applies to a case that has never happened before in Indonesia (based on Court Ruling No. 1662/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB). In order to conduct this research, the normative method is employed. The literature review includes primary legal materials such as the Civil Code, Law No. 16 of 2019 Marriage Law Jo. Law No. 1 of 1974, Constitutional Court’s Ruling No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015, Copyright Law No. 28 of 2014, Virgoun and Inara Rusli Case Study (based on Court Ruling No. 1662/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB). The theory of Lawrence M. Friedman states that because law is static, interference with its substance and structure happens. The external social sphere is the factor that offers input. Aspects of justice for the parties should be taken into consideration when dividing jointly acquired property. Whether or not intellectual property rights can be included in jointly acquired property does not depend on whose name the copyright is registered under. The first and most crucial thing to know is whether or not the property was acquired during a marriage.

This research can present an in-depth understanding of how companies and financial institutions deal with market complexity, improve financial performance, and innovate in the face of challenges and opportunities that arise in the current economic context. Using quantitative research methods with statistical regression models as analysis so that it can be used to evaluate the quantitative relationship between LDR, oil prices, and ROE, with the number of respondents of all bank issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and submitting complete financial statements. There is a positive and significant influence between the Bank's LDR variable and ROE, both a significant and positive influence between the Oil Price variable and ROE, simultaneously also have a positive and significant effect. This result, although positive, does not mean that there needs to be improvement in management in an effort to improve results for the company.

The aim of this research is to understand cultural interactions in Pertamina's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. This research uses an interpretive perspective and netnography as research methodology. Data collection uses a passive approach through multiple online platforms, namely Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using coding, noting and abstracting. The research results show that Pertamina's CSR program generates various responses and interactions among the community. First, the view 'without money you are nothing". Second, accounting treatment. Third, scarcity. Fourth, the concept of trade monopoly. Fifth, be careful (tabayun). Sixth, having bad prejudice (suudzon). Seventh, swearing. Lastly, positive comments in the form of: appreciation, support and hope. By involving the community in the decision process and design of CSR programs, this research can contribute to the empowerment of society as a whole. The implication is to create a more balanced relationship between companies and society, where society feels they have a stake in positive change.
