Accessory breast tissue results from failure of the embryologic mammary ridge, also known as the milk line, to involute. Because of the low incidence of these cases in the population and the lack of a fixed location for the tumor to occur. Case Presentation: Here we present a female patient, 51 years old, who was born with a swelling on the side of the arm in the right axilla that grew with age. Three years ago, a lump the size of an egg was found protruding from the body and gradually ulcerating. Conclusion: Ultrasound assisted examination revealed that the patient had right axillary lymph node enlargement and Pathological diagnosis of accessory breast cancer. The early stage of accessory breast cancer mostly presents only as a painless mass. Therefore, when an abnormality is detected in the early stage, it should be checked out promptly to avoid deterioration.

Chronic renal failure (CRF) is a clinical syndrome characterized by chronic progressive renal parenchymal damage caused by various reasons, resulting in obvious atrophy of the kidney and inability to maintain basic functions. Metabolite retention, imbalance of water, electrolyte and acid-base balance, and systemic involvement of various systems are the main manifestations in clinic. Due to its complicated metabolic disorder, once it develops to the stage of renal failure or even the end stage of uremia, it is often more difficult to treat other renal diseases. Therefore, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of chronic renal failure are of great significance to improve the therapeutic effect of patients. In this project, 150 subjects were divided into chronic renal failure group (75 cases) and healthy group (75 cases). By analyzing the data of renal function indexes (blood creatinine, urea nitrogen, uric acid) of patients with chronic renal failure and healthy control group, the clinical significance of blood creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid level detection for chronic renal failure was discussed, and the importance of blood creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid monitoring for chronic renal failure was explained, providing scientific basis for timely prevention or delay of chronic renal failure. Biochemical tests were carried out on 150 serum samples from the combined healthy group of chronic renal failure. the values of uric acid, urea nitrogen and serum creatinine detected by the two groups were counted and treated with statistical methods. the results showed that the values of urea nitrogen, uric acid and serum creatinine in the chronic renal failure group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group, and the same indexes in the two groups were compared, P<0.05. statistics showed that the difference of the same data between the two groups was significant. Serum uric acid, urea nitrogen and creatinine are easy to detect and the test results are relatively accurate. The results can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of patients with chronic renal failure and have clinical significance for diagnosis of patients with chronic renal failure.

The intervention effects of psychological disorders combined with vocal fold closure disorders can be achieved through the transformation of respiratory patterns and the establishment of self-vocalization techniques. However, current research lacks sufficient consideration in sample preprocessing and integrated learning, leading to classifier misguidance, poor classification accuracy, and instability. Through the use of psychiatric scales, assessments, and diagnoses by professional physicians in psychiatric hospitals, it is frequently observed that patients with vocal fold closure disorders also exhibit tendencies or diagnoses of depression, anxiety disorders, and other mental disorders. This issue is often overlooked by voice doctors, voice trainers, and speech trainers, neglecting the coexistence of psychological disorders in individuals with vocal production disorders. Over the past six years, based on the collection and analysis of American Journal of Speech® voice biomarkers, as well as practical experience in voice training and voice rehabilitation systems, it has been discovered that the adoption of correct and effective self- vocalization techniques can effectively intervene in the psychological disorders of patients with voice production disorders. This intervention helps patients recover their psychological state related to voice production in a relatively short period of time, promotes the rehabilitation of their own psychological disorders, and maximizes the restoration of appropriate vocal fold movements. By simultaneously intervening in respiratory techniques and vocal correction for patients with psychological disorders, a synergistic effect is achieved, resulting in dual benefits from a single effort. Currently, renowned teams such as Harvard University and the University of Oxford are conducting research focusing solely on the respiratory transformation of psychological disorders, which has been published in top academic journals. Practices such as meditation and breathing exercises are also widespread in Silicon Valley, USA. However, through nearly a century of scientific research and practical application, the AJS® system has found that the intervention effects achieved through respiratory transformation, the establishment of self-vocalization techniques, and individual-specific vowel sound training exceed the impact of any psychological counseling or meditation training. Furthermore, it significantly accelerates the voice rehabilitation of patients with vocal fold closure disorders, far surpassing the effects of training solely focused on vocal correction. This research path and achievement differ from the research conducted by the Institute of Architectural Acoustics at Tsinghua University and a tertiary hospital in China, which is based on the Jindrak hypothesis proposed by Jindrak K.F. and Jindrak H. in 1988, studying the intervention of human vocalization and cranial resonance on brain nerves: "The vibration caused by voca

Histone deacetylases (HDACs) family play an important role in the regulation of cell expression. Histone deacetylase (HDAC) 6 is a special member of the family of histone deacetylases proteins. The specific molecular structure of histone deacetylase 6 determines that HDAC6 can specifically deacetylate non-histone proteins and their substrates, and regulate cell growth, metastasis and apoptosis. However, numerous studies have shown that HDAC6 does have a significant impact on certain diseases, such as cancer, central nervous system diseases, etc. Some studies have even found that HDAC6 may extend life span. This paper mainly talks about the structure and function of HDAC6 from several aspects, including the molecular structure of histone deacetylase 6, the effect of HDAC6 inhibitor, the effect of histone deacetylase 6 on Drosophila longevity and the effect of HDAC6 on nervous diseases. Hoping the introduction of this paper can let people understand HDAC6 so that more researchers can pay attention to HDAC6 and do some studies about it, and then lead to more and better research results.

With the development of sequencing technologies, genomics, and the advent of the era of big data, bioinformatics has become more and more important. One very important research area is the regulation of gene expression, which has become one of the hot research fields in bioinformatics. Transcription factors are important transcriptional regulators. In the process of gene expression, A key step is binding of transcription factors in gene expression by combining with a specific DNA sequence to regulate gene expression and inhibit or enhance its role. The difference between these specific DNA sequences is important for understanding gene regulation. With the rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology, ChIP-seq, which combines chromatin immunoprecipitation technology and next-generation sequencing, provides massive data for transcription factor binding site across the genome. HiChIP, as a protein-centric chromatin conformation analysis method, is concerned because of its sensitive and efficient characteristics. In this project, we are working on the early demobilization of embryonic stem cells, in which ZIC3, Otx2, etc. play an important regulatory role. We are starting from analyzing HiChIP data on ZIC3 but mainly on calling peaks on HiChIP data, and ground tools to analysis HiChIP data. To integrate the chromatin binding properties of transcription factors with other chromatin markers. This report is based on the work done on HiChIP data during the early differentiation of stem cells, and has compared the methods required to reach the peak of this data. In addition, this project verified the output by using ground truth from histone mark ChIP-seq data (H3K27ac) and did the motif analysis from some of the output peaks.

Objective To analyze the current status and disease progression of breast cancer patients in a hospital in Liuzhou, to explore their influencing factors, and to provide reference for breast cancer treatment and prognosis. Methods Patients with primary breast cancer diagnosed in the clinical pathway of a hospital in Liuzhou 2022 were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into different subgroups by collecting various clinical indicators, comparing and analyzing the differences in lipid and pathological characteristics, and further analyzing the relationship between the observed indicators and disease progression through correlation analysis and logistic regression. Results The 226 breast cancer patients included were aged between 24 and 78 years, with a median age of 50 years, 124 (54.9%) were menopausal and 102 (45.1%) were not. The percentage of patients with body mass index (BMI), blood glucose, and blood pressure at normal levels before treatment were 55.31%, 90.71%, and 71.24%, respectively. Four lipid indices were found: TC: 5.33 ± 1.03 mmol/L, TG: 1.17 (0.73, 1.69) mmol/L, HDL-C: 1.46 ± 0.34 mmol/L, LDL-C: 2.30 (1.60, 3.50) mmol/L. Pathological stage II (46.0%), histology II (75.6%), tumor T2 stage (55.3%), armpit lymph node negative status (62.8%), Luminal B (37.6%), and no disease progression (83.1%) had the highest percentage. The results of the multifaceted analysis showed that molecular typing and pathological staging were risk factors for disease progression in breast cancer patients (OR 3.165, 19.053, Ρ < 0.05, respectively); lipid indexes could not be considered as independent risk factors for disease progression yet (Ρ > 0.05). Conclusion There is no exact correlation between lipid indices and pathological features and disease progression, molecular typing and pathological staging may be relevant risk factors influencing the progression of the disease, and this study provides a basis for personalized treatment and prognosis of breast cancer patients.

The loss of single or multiple teeth in the maxillary posterior region usually leads to alveolar bone resorption, atrophy, and maxillary sinus cavity gasification, resulting in insufficient vertical bone height of the maxillary posterior alveolar bone, which brings great difficulties to tooth implantation. Maxillary sinus floor lifting is an important method to solve the posterior maxillary bone mass deficiency, which can be divided into internal lifting and external lifting. In order to avoid the occurrence of complications such as maxillary sinus mucosa perforation and facilitate the selection of surgical methods, it is particularly important to accurately understand the anatomical characteristics of maxillary sinus before surgery. Maxillary sinus cyst is the most common benign disease of maxillary sinus. It has always been considered as an absolute contraindication for maxillary sinus floor elevation bone grafting, which seriously restricts the possibility of maxillary sinus bone increment. This article reviews the research progress of maxillary sinus cyst and maxillary posterior dental implantation at home and abroad.
