Microbial metabolic engineering is a new bioengineering technology, which can improve the yield of compounds, optimize energy utilization and solve various problems faced by human beings by changing the genetic information, metabolic pathway and metabolic flux of microorganisms. Protein is the main undertaker of life activities, and its metabolic process involves complex biochemical reactions and cell regulation mechanisms. Protein metabolism plays an important role and application in microbial metabolic engineering. The purpose of this paper is to explore the metabolic effects of protein for microbial metabolic engineering, so as to deeply understand the metabolic characteristics and regulation mechanism of microorganisms. Microbial metabolic engineering has important applications in improving the yield of compounds, optimizing energy utilization, environmental treatment and medicine. At present, rural revitalization has risen to the level of national strategy, in which rural cultural revitalization is the soul of rural revitalization. As the essence of rural culture in Huizhou, the use and inheritance of Huizhou etiquette culture is particularly important. The core connotation of Huizhou etiquette culture can be summarized as "respecting etiquette, emphasizing etiquette", which has the functions of education, standardization, maintenance and regulation. Combined with the characteristics of today's society and era, the application and inheritance of Huizhou etiquette and culture should be based on the full study of the basis of adherence to some abandonment; in the inheritance of the basis of innovation; innovative use of the way to optimize the traditional way; make full use of the Internet, to open up new forms. The use and inheritance of Huizhou ritual culture is conducive to solving the "Three Rural Issues", building a beautiful countryside in Huizhou, promoting the coordinated development of the countryside, realizing the prosperity of the countryside, affluence, and achieving the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. The expansion of CAG trinucleotide repeats has been considered to be highly related to the polyglutamine disorders which effect the neuron and muscle system of organism. This study aims to investigate how knocking down HSP90 or RPL36 would affect the polyglutamine toxicity. Based on the previous experiment, the Caenorhabditis elegans that expresses polyQ proteins would show protein misfolding and aggregation. We use C. elegans as model and record the phenotype of worms, frequency of thrashing and number of aggregations under IHA microscope before and after close the target genes by RNA interference. The results of this experiment indicate that HSP90 deficiency increases polyglutamine toxicity in muscle cells, presumably by preventing polyglutamine protein aggregation. Otherwise, rpl36 knockdown suppresses polyglutamine toxicity in muscle cells, perhaps by stimulating the aggregation of polyglutamine proteins. With the aggravation of environmental problems in livestock and poultry raising and the improvement of consumers' health awareness level, people keep looking for food products that can partially or completely replace animal-based meat products. Plant-based meat products are meat imitation products with similar texture, taste and flavor as traditional animal meat products, which are obtained by spinning, extruding and other key processing technologies using suitable plant proteins as raw materials. In this paper, we introduce the characteristics of common processing materials and types of plant-based meat products, elaborate on the nutritional and safety aspects of today's plant-based meat products, and discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the domestic plant-based meat products market. It aims to provide theoretical reference for the research and development of plant-based meat products in China.

Objective: To report a case of cervical lymph node metastatic cancer in order to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods: To analyze the clinical features, clinical manifestations and risk factors of a case of cervical lymph node metastasis after operation of gingival squamous cell carcinoma. Results: Clinical features: The patient had a long clinical course and was diagnosed as "right cervical lymph node metastatic carcinoma", which was consistent with squamous cell carcinoma combined with morphology and history. Tissue: The tumor cells grew into nests and infiltrated, and the cell atypia was obvious, with keratinized beads and pathological mitosis. Immunohistochemistry: P63 (+), P40 (+), CK5/6 (+), P16 (-), Ki-67 hot spot index 40%. Conclusion: Cervical lymph is the aggregation area of the whole-body lymph; the whole-body lymph fluid can be drained through this. Pathology combined with immunohistochemical examination is the gold standard of diagnosis. The main treatment is surgical resection, combined with radiotherapy if necessary, and close follow-up after surgery.
