Film "Ice Cold: Murder, Coffee, and Jessica Wongso" Between Commercialization or New Direction 电影《冰冷:谋杀、咖啡和杰西卡-翁索》 在商业化与新方向之间徘徊

Film Ice Cold : Murder, Coffee, and Jessica Wongso akhir-akhir ini menjadi isu yang kontroversial di tengah masyrakat. Satu sisi menilai terdapat kejanggalan yang luar biasa yang harus di ungkap dalam kasus pembunuhan Wayang Mirna Salihin dengan kopi sianida hingga fil ini daat dijadikan petunjuk. Pada sisi lain, sebagaian masyrakat menilai film ini berpihak, menggiring opini publik, dan sebagai alat komersialisasi oleh pihak Netfflix. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dua perspektif yang kontroversial di atas. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitiatf dengan pendekata deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari kutipan fil, sinopsis, buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan website yang kredibel. Data-data yang diukumpulkan dinalaissi dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, seleksi data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan 1.) The film Ice Cold: Murder, Coffee, and Jessica Wongso can indirectly strengthen Jessica Wongso's side in filing for extraordinary legal action/judicial review which will then be constructed by constructing an argument as if the application for reconsideration this time is based on public unrest and complaints. 2.) This study aim to analyze the effect of packaging, product variation and brand image on purchasing decisions for 250ml Indomilk packaged liquid milk at Alfamart  Pondok  Indah  2.  This study uses primary data with data collection methods through  a  questionnaire  distributed  to  96  respondent.  Data  analysis technique uses inferential with multiple linear regression and using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23.0 program. From the result of multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that the packaging variable (X1), the product variation variable (X2), and the brand image variable (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable purchasing decisions of 250 ml Indomilk packaged liquid milk at Alfamart Pondok Indah 2.

PT CMS is a company that operates in the service sector, namely, 3kg LPG gas cylinder retester or BPT (Cylinder Maintenance Workshop). The management system integrated at PT CMS includes the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System. The purpose of this research is to understand how the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards affects the performance of the PT CMS company. The research method used in this article is a descriptive qualitative approach, where data is collected through interviews with the parties concerned. The data obtained is primary data resulting from the researcher's interviews with sources. The research results show that ISO standards have been implemented well, as shown by the results of the external audit report with a score of 94.12, where this score is included in the fair and positive category. The impact of the integration of the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 at PT CMS is, ensuring the company's quality and environment, increasing the trust of the service provider (Pertamina), increasing the tube maintenance quota, can improve the company's quality without damaging the surrounding environment.

In general, this research was conducted to find out clearly the intended meaning of a series of traditional Panggih processions at weddings that use Javanese customs and traditions. This research, which is based on issues related to the harmony of religious and cultural values ​​towards a tradition, chooses to focus the discussion on the legal perspective of urf in Islamic rules. The researcher aims to find out how the Islamic religion views the panggih procession at traditional Javanese weddings when it is linked to cultural aspects and norms that apply in society. This research focuses on collecting and interpreting qualitative data obtained from clients who use wedding organizer services, namely CV Aksara Multikreasi. In compiling it, the author used a collection of data from direct observations of CV Aksara Multikreasi clients who were involved and who carried out Javanese traditional wedding processions to then be analyzed inductively. Based on this, the research results show that the meaning contained in the panggih procession in the form of balangan gantal, ngidak tigan, and wijikan in traditional Javanese ceremonies is in line with the breath and rules of Islam from the perspective of urf law. Therefore, with this research, it is hoped that it will be able to become a source of information for the community regarding the law of implementing traditions or customs that are customary in certain communities from a religious perspective, so that in the development of science and technology there will be no conflict of arguments regarding the validity of religious and cultural values.

This research is a quantitative descriptive analysis research. The source of this research data was given to 100 respondents aged 15-55 years and had shopped at the Gelael supermarket at least once. In taking the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique. The data sources of this study used data analysis techniques, namely, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 to test the regression coefficients. From the research subjects of 100 respondents, most of the research subjects were dominated by the female gender (62%) while the work was dominated by students (59%) and the income was dominated by 0 – 2,000,000. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between price (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.385 and has a large influence of 3.85%. For the Product variable (X2) on the Purchase Decision (Y) of 0.217 and has an influence of 2.17%. For the service quality variable (X3), it is 0.300 and has an effect of 3.00%. Partially or simultaneously have a strong influence among the three variables, the most significant is the variable Price (X1) of 0.000. The results of this study expect satisfaction to increase the price (X1) which can support the purchase decision.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of viral marketing and internet celebrity endorsement on impulsive buying behavior through online trust in the context of the Erigo brand. The study utilizes primary data and adopts a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. The study's population includes all consumers who have purchased Erigo products in the city of Bengkulu, totaling 130 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) version 4.0 is employed as the research method. The research findings indicate that viral marketing and internet celebrity endorsement have a positive and significant impact on online trust. However, it was observed that the effect of viral marketing on impulsive buying behavior is not statistically significant, and internet celebrity endorsement has a non-significant negative influence on impulsive buying behavior. Furthermore, the study reveals that online trust has a positive and significant impact on impulsive buying behavior. Additionally, the research results demonstrate that both viral marketing and internet celebrity endorsement significantly influence impulsive buying behavior through the mediator of online trust.

This study aims to analyze the contribution of PT Intidaya Agrowisata (INAGRO) to employment opportunities for residents around PT Intidaya Agroconservali as a mechanism for economic growth in Bogor Regency in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. This research was conducted by interviewing six workers at INAGRO. The data used includes previous research, current data from relevant sources, books, and various reports related to the topic studied. The interpretive-phenomenological method is the data analysis used in this research. The results of the research state that PT Intidaya Agrowisata (INAGRO) contributes effectively to creating employment opportunities for the villagers around INAGRO which can be useful as a mechanism for economic growth in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. INAGRO provides productive work opportunities for village communities. Every village from the 4 sub-districts around INAGRO, is invited to work at INAGRO in accordance with INAGRO's needs, INAGRO can contribute as a mechanism for economic growth in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (Goal 8), that INAGRO with its context as a tourist spot and place of work for residents is supported by opportunities very productive work.

The rapid development in the cosmetics industry in Indonesia has triggered competition between companies. The marketing strategy using celebrity endorsements is one of the strategies often used by cosmetic companies. Supported by the Korean wave phenomenon in Indonesia, several local cosmetic industry companies have started using celebrity endorsements with South Korean celebrities. This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity trust on advertising credibility, brand credibility, and brand equity in local cosmetic companies that endorse celebrities with South Korean celebrities. The data in this study were obtained through online questionnaires distributed through social media. Data were obtained from 222 respondents then analysed using the  PLS-SEM method. The research analysis results show that celebrity trust is positively and significantly related to advertising and brand credibility. Advertising credibility and brand credibility are positively and significantly related to brand equity.

Today, Malay is not an ethnic community as understood by many people. Malays are like a nation or group of allied ethnic groups that adhere to the same religion and the same language. Customs and traditions are relatively the same because they are based on the same religious and cultural principles. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to examine how the development of Malay Islam in the archipelago in the 18th century. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods where researchers will describe and describe the culture of the development of Islam in the archipelago through the history that has been communicated. Tracing the history of the development of Islam in the Malay Archipelago, it emerged due to many factors, starting with trade in the 8th and 9th centuries until finally the 17th century, trade took place accompanied by the development of Islam which was also rife. However, in the 18th century, Islam developed rapidly and began to emphasize sharia. So, it greatly impacts the development of tariqat and experiences a renewal of Sufi tariqat, which grows into a religious organization. Not only that, in the 18th century the role of the clergy was significant in the spread of Islam after the return of the clergy learned from the lands of Mecca and Medina. Establishing Islamic educational institutions throughout the archipelago and providing new religious ideas in carrying out worship. Therefore, in this century, Islam began to form intellectual networks or scholars throughout the archipelago. Islam and the Malay language then emerged as an integrative force for the different ethnic groups in the archipelago.
