A RETROSPECTION ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA FROM COLONIAL TIMES TO 1991 AD 从殖民时代到 1991 年印度经济发展的回顾

This study undertakes a comprehensive retrospection of India's economic development from colonial times up to 1991, which marks the commencement of significant economic reforms. During the colonial era, India's economy was characterised by deindustrialization, exploitation of resources, and a focus on agricultural production for export, leading to economic stagnation and impoverishment. Post-independence, India's economic trajectory was shaped by adopting Nehruvian socialism, characterized by state-led industrialization, strategic Five-Year Plans, and significant agrarian reforms aimed at reducing inequality and promoting self-reliance.The Industrial Policy Resolution of 1956, often referred to as India's 'Economic Constitution, 'laid the groundwork for a mixed economy, emphasizing the development of heavy industries, expansion of the public sector, and cooperative sector growth. However, despite these efforts, the economy faced challenges such as inefficiency, slow growth, and resource misallocation. The economic landscape underwent a paradigm shift with the introduction of the New Industrial Policy of 1991, which marked a transition from a planned economy to a market-oriented one. This policy ushered in an era of liberalization, privatization, and globalization, aiming to correct structural distortions, enhance productivity, and integrate India into the global economy. Key reforms included the abolition of industrial licensing, encouragement of foreign direct investment, and deregulation of public enterprises, fundamentally transforming India's economic environment.This retrospection highlights the evolution of India's economic policies and their impacts, underscoring the interplay between state intervention and market mechanisms in shaping the nation's development. The study provides a critical analysis of policy shifts, their socioeconomic implications, and the foundational changes that set the stage for India's subsequent economic growth.

HEALING PROTOCOLS AND TOXICOLOGY TESTS FOR SEQUELAE OF COVID‑19 INJECTABLES covid-19注射剂后遗症的治疗方案和毒理学测试

In this article, first, healing protocols for successful detoxification, and second, toxicology tests for diagnosing sequelae of the COVID-19 experimental jabs, long COVID syndrome, and infectious shedding of harmful components from COVID-19 jabs-injected individuals or environments (such as chemtrail or mRNA-jabbed foods) are presented. The healing protocols consist of three categories: first, a cocktail of medications; second, behavioral changes; and third, healthy foods. The toxicology tests include microscopic examinations of graphene oxides (hydrogel), microchips, microrobots, inflammatory cells, and the morphology of red blood cells in samples primarily from blood, but also from urine, foot baths, sitz baths, skin extracts, and experimental injection vials to evaluate any human illnesses and monitor the effects of healing protocols.

Economic growth during the COVID-19 pandemic has become the primary focus in establishing the sustainability and resilience of a country's economy. Economic disparities have also become more evident during this time. Nations with advanced technology can adapt more quickly, while others struggle to catch up.Economic growth serves as a reflection of resilience and adaptation amid sudden changes. Innovation, collaboration, and resilience are key factors in navigating challenges and building a strong economic foundation for the future.This research will utilize the Real GDP Growth variable to understand how a country's economy has grown during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study will categorize the researched countries based on their classification as either developed or developing nations. The period under examination spans from 2020 to 2022, employing descriptive statistical methods. The data utilized in this study is sourced from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as a measurement of Real GDP Growth. The objective of this research is to ascertain the real GDP growth in developed and developing countries during the COVID-19 period within the specified timeframe.

EVALUATION OF E-LEARNING OUTCOMES OF MATHEMATICS STUDENTS USING THE COURSE COMPLETION METHOD 使用课程完成法评估数学学生的网络学习成果

The current development of internet technology has changed the direction of the learning system at both elementary and tertiary levels by means of online, blended learning, and e-learning. This research aims to determine and analyze the learning outcomes of students using course completion during lectures using the eLearning method. The research subjects are Bina Darma University students. Data collection was carried out in this research through observation and taking primary data from the e-learning system. The instruments in this research include the independent variable (X), which is report completion, and the dependent variable (Y), which is elearning learning outcomes. The resulting research results are: 1. There is a positive influence from the activity task variable on the student learning outcome variable, which is known to be active in carrying out the tasks in e-learning. 2. There is a positive influence from the material variable on the student learning outcome variable, which is known to be active in opening the material. provided in e-learning. Multiple linear regression tests result from the course completion variable on student learning outcomes. It can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the learning outcomes of variable Y from variable X. Students can also share information or opinions on various matters relating to the subject matter or assignments given by the lecturer. Apart from that, lecturers can place learning materials and assignments that students must complete in certain places in e-learning for students to access.

MAXIMIZING AGRICULTURAL WATER EFFICIENCY: INTEGRATING IOT AND SUPERVISED LEARNING FOR SMART IRRIGATION OPTIMIZATION 最大限度地提高农业用水效率:整合物联网和监督学习以优化智能灌溉

Optimum utilization of clean water around the globe is essential in order to avoid scarcity. In agriculture, due to the lack of intelligent irrigation systems, consumes more amount of fresh water. Smart irrigation using IoT technologies can solve the problem by achieving effective utilization of water. By examining ground parameters such soil temperature, air moisture, soil moisture, humidity, and weather data (precipitation) from the website, this research project forecasts the irrigation schedule. When designing intelligent irrigation, soil moisture is a key consideration. It is suggested that a hybrid machine learning algorithm be used to estimate the soil moisture for the next days using field, environmental, and weather data in order to accomplish smart irrigation. The field data are gathered by sensors and are transmitted via wifi to the server and the web-based interface is developed to visualize the current field data, weather data, and schedule of the next irrigation. The system is fully autonomous which starts and stops the irrigation based on the result of the algorithm. This work depicts the architecture of the system and describes the information processing of the results for a month. The accuracy of the propsed algorithm is good and has a minimum error rate of predicted soil moisture.

INTELLIGENT MONITORING OF PAPAYA TREES USING IOT-BASED SENSORS 利用基于物联网的传感器对木瓜树进行智能监测

The boom of IoT Technology emphasizes its significance in various applications like Smart Farming and Manufacturing. In India Agriculture is an important sector since it is a major contributor to the Nation's economy. In India, there are certain factors as hurdles to growing well in agriculture. The aim of this work is to employ smart farming of Papaya Trees using IoT. This smart system monitors the growth of the Papaya tree as well as the weather conditions like moisture, humidity, and temperature through sensors. The main component of this proposed system is to control the watering of crops using mobile application with a help of smartphone. This paper also discusses the design and development of the system which uses sensors in the crop field and the data administration using smartphone and web technology. This will reduce human intervention and increase the productivity of the crop.

A descriptive study entitled to identify the prevalence of minor ailments and treatment seeking behavior among the mother of under five children in the selected immunization clinic of Kolkata, West Bengal. Objective of the study was to find out the occurrence of selected minor ailments of under five children and treatment seeking behavior among mother. The investigator adopted descriptive survey research approach with descriptive survey research design. She selected 100 mothers of under five children by convenient sampling technique. Data were collected with valid and reliable semi-structure interview schedule. The findings of the study revealed that Occurrence of the minor ailments within the study population was 96%, suffering were ranging from one to five problems found in the same children. The most common minor ailments of under five children are common cold & cough (87%), (43%) diarrhea, (36%) minor injury, (29%) skin rash & minor injury, conjunctivitis (18%), constipation (12%), dental caries (11%), oral thrush (9%). For these minor ailments related problems most of the mothers in case of common cold & cough, conjunctivitis, diarrhea, skin rash were seeking treatment from doctor advice as they thought they can discuss freely. In case of worm infestation, constipation and minor injury majority mothers taken sought treatment used the different home remedies. Maximum mothers for dental caries did not seek treatment as they thought no need of any treatment for their children. In this study there is significant association between treatment seeking behavior of diarrhea with age of the child and educational status of the mother. This study can be implicated in different field of nursing such as nursing education, practice, research and administration. This study may be replicated with the large randomization sample in another setting, or comparative study can be done between urban and rural areas.

This article investigates a novel approach to converting container seaports into digital transformations on old port platforms to maximize land area for production. This model is not only suitable for Vietnam but is also applicable to numerous container seaports worldwide, ranging from small to large, including those considered smart. According to VCCI (2022), digital technology can unlock the potential of seaports. Despite the information provided by VCCI indicating that the port system in Vietnam extends across the country, it has not received adequate investment in IT applications. Royal Haskoning DHV, a leading global technical consulting group in the fields of industry, seaports, maritime, and technical infrastructure, aims to steer Vietnam's seaports, including container seaports, towards a greener and smarter direction. The first step in this transformation is supply chain integration. According to their perspective, improvements in transport links promise to enhance efficiency and reduce congestion in the port area. Scheduled timings for trucks, setting timelines for loading and unloading goods, and the digitization of processes enable managers to interact with the supply chain in real-time. Valdés Figueroa & Pérez (2020) suggests that the future of logistics digitization involves a shift from individual developments to logistics intelligence, in the article titled “Digital transformation in Latin American and Caribbean logistics”. In terms of technology, planning layers, industry guidelines, and the foundation of programs, plans, and projects must be appropriately anchored at higher political levels. This alignment will enable the synchronization of industry rules and regulations with the logistics landscape, promoting the digitization of processes to reduce inefficiencies, cost overruns, and negative externalities. This, in turn, enhances productivity and competitiveness, fostering economic growth and social inclusion among populations both now and in the future.The study introduces a new idea for efficiently incorporating digital technology into the reform of container seaports, making them smarter and stimulating production. This, in turn, contributes to the economic growth of the region and the country as a whole.

In this present study Energy Performance Index (EPI) of the traditional rural and modern urban houses located in and around Mandi – Sundernagar town at Himachal Pradesh, India, having composite climate, are assessed based on the household energy consumption data for the year 2021 and 2022. The EPI plays pivotal role as an indicator to assess the energy efficiency of different kind of buildings by setting up a practical holistic benchmark for building designers and other professionals to reduce and optimize the operating energy footprint of the building. Further, the effect and correlation of various influencing factors on the annual household energy consumption and EPI are also analyzed through regression analysis to develop models for the prediction of future trend of household energy consumption pattern. The calculated average EPI value of modern houses is found as 39.24 KWH/m²/year (range: 29.43 – 50.53 KWH/m²/year). In contrast, average EPI value of traditional houses is calculated as 7.89 KWH/m²/year (range: 6.34 – 10.36 KWH/m²/year). The study shows that the mean total annual energy consumption of modern houses is 5.4 times higher than that of the traditional houses; the mean EPI of modern houses is 5 times higher than that of the traditional houses; and the mean EPI/person of modern houses is 5 times higher than that of the traditional houses in the study area. Linear regression analysis has shown that total annual household energy consumption and EPI can be well predicted by the factors – floor area, annual average household income, and total number of different appliances.

In the times of globalization where diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront of organizational agenda to sustain business, expand and grow, cultivating an organizational culture that embraces inclusivity is imperative. Inclusivity now denotes not only a progressive culture, but also contributes significantly to the innovation, creativity, and sustenance of the business. In present research an attempt has been made to find out how employee engagement and gender diversity can create inclusive organizational culture. The study identified employee engagement and gender diversity as independent variables and inclusive organization as dependent variable. The workplaces seek employees who work together and collaborate for smooth functioning of the organization. For this they need to ensure that inclusiveness at all levels is taken care of in the organization. To make sure that employees stay loyal, motivated, and work hard, companies need to make them feel belonged and valued. The sense of belongingness in the organization is crucial to create an inclusive organizational culture. There are diverse set of people in the organization and when they are working with loyalty and commitment for the organization’s benefit, they create a culture wherein everybody feels included. There are many factors that lead to an inclusive organizational culture. The present research aims to find out the factors responsible for creating an inclusive organizational culture and how do employee engagement and gender diversity influence organizational culture.
