ANALISIS SENTIMEN DI MEDIA SOSIAL TWITTER DENGAN STUDI KASUS KARTU PRAKERJA 社交媒体 twitter 上的情感分析与职前卡案例研究

Kartu Prakerja is one of the government's flagship programs in providing training to the workforce. In its implementation there is a lot of information scattered, especially on social media Twitter both in the pros and cons of Kartu Prakerja program. Based on information in the form of tweets that have not been analyzed in depth, it is necessary to analyze sentiment on the Kartu Prakerja in order to obtain appropriate information based on the opinions of netizen   s on Twitter. This study discusses sentiment analysis of tweet data with the keyword “Kartu Prakerja” which uses data as many as 6658 tweet data taken in the period May 27 - August 5, 2021. This research uses the Naive Bayes Classification method which has several stages, namely data retrieval, data preprocessing, manual labeling, data training and testing. The solution offered in this study is to create an analysis model that can be used to perform sentiment analysis about Kartu Prakerja on Twitter. Based on the results of this study obtained that the calculation of accuracy obtained a value of 86% for training data and 87% for data testing. This study concluded that the Kartu Prakerja has a positive sentiment by Twitter netizens based on the results of Classification that discusses many positive sentiments such as the benefits, effectiveness and addition of the Kartu Prakerja budget.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Peringatan Dini Bencana Banjir Di Kabupaten Madiun Berbasis Website Dan SMS Gateway Menggunakan Mikrokontroller Arduino 使用 Arduino 微控制器设计基于网站和短信网关的马迪恩地区洪水灾害预警系统

Madiun Regency is one of the districts on the island of Java, precisely in the province of East Java. Based on research from the Center for Volcanology and Geological Disaster Mitigation (PVMBG), Madiun City has several potential disasters, one of which is flooding with a high category. This is because Madiun Regency has two streams, namely Kali Sono and Kali Piring which head up on the slopes of Mount Wilis, Madiun Regency. Both times it ended in the Jerohan River in the Balerejo District, Madiun Regency which is a tributary of the Bengawan Madiun River. When heavy rains fell, parts of Madiun City were immediately inundated by flood waters. To anticipate floods, this research proposes a prototype design of a flood disaster early warning system using multiple sensors based on the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) in Madiun Regency. Which in the design uses the waterfall and Arduino methods. The prototype built is able to provide early warning information. The data that has been taken can be displayed on the web which functions as a monitoring system, so that officers can carry out supervision more easily and take action when the situation is dangerous. With the prototype and the system made, it is expected to be able to minimize losses caused by floods.

Along with the development of technology and information, human needs are increasing. Especially now that the parking system has experienced rapid development with a level of security for vehicles. One of the important things is the parking problem, the parking problem where the parking lot is large enough but still not supported by an adequate system. The use of a manual parking system has now begun to shift now with an automatic parking system that is integrated with the database as part of the parking system. Barcode card is a code in the form of a line of black or rectangular lines. Each line of the rectangle has a different width. So in this study the barcode card is used as an ID for parking users or parking customers who replace the manual parking system. The parking system data collection starts with Barcode Card user parking which is invincible with the parking user database via Barcode Scan. In a parking system using a Barcode Card, parking users can see the hours of entry and exit of parking congestion. by simply scanning or pasting the Barcode Card on the HC-SR04 sensor. This parking system will work based on existing data on the RFID tag and RFID reader. The data from the RFID tag will read the RFID reader and be processed in the Raspberry pi and servo motor to open and close the bar, then the buzzer will sound after which the ultrasonic sensor closes and opens the bar when the motor passes the sensor. With the parking system using this Barcode Card can provide security, comfort in the parking area is more guaranteed, and the parking area is managed in an orderly manner.

ANALISIS KOMPARATIF UX DESIGN PADA PLATFORM EDUKASI ONLINE 在线教育平台的用户体验设计比较分析

User experience is the result of what the user feels and thinks when using a product or service, and makes the user experience subjective, therefore the user experience (user experience) can be tested in conjunction with other tests to get an objective assessment of the user when can be done directly with the product. This study will discuss the user experience using the User Experience Questionnaire and Focus Group Discussion methods. The process to be carried out is by using the Brainly and Quora applications obtained from the UEQ and FGD test questionnaires through interviews and data interviews from questionnaires. Based on the results of this study, the results of the analysis and comparisons with UEQ and FGD were obtained. The first test objectively used direct testing to respondents using the UEQ questionnaire which has 6 scales, namely: attractiveness, efficiency, perspective, dependability, stimulation and novelty, which are given to 11 respondents. Second, subjective testing using Focus Group Discussion for perceptions and more detailed user problems with interviews. From the second test conducted, it can be denied that the Brainly application is superior to Quora.

Posyandu is the activity base in the field of health for the community, with the Posyandu is expected to community conscious will Healt sice early, because of the activities of Posyandu many involving various parties, especially on helath early is a todder. This Posyandu is regulated and supervised by the Puskesmas in order to maximize activities in the field of Healt between RT and RW. In the case of these many activities are still relying on the recording is manually and a lot of data that is not structured. There is also a wighing activity for toddlers who still use the manual method, namely checking the Card Towards Health (KMS) book. The study is intended to create a system supporting decision that can be used by Kader Posyandu in doing the reporting activities of the weighing toddlers and provides a place virtual namely the facility to upload data that is used to store the data Softcopy which can be downloaded back. This system also provides alternative features for determining nutrition and stunting. The result of the study of this form of system support decisions thet help Kader Posyandu in doing the repoting activities of the weighing toddlers and announcements weighing toddlers. The Nutrition Decision Support System and Stunting Determination at the Posyandu Mutiara was designed using the Naïve Bayes Classification method and was made using the PYTHON programming language by utilizing the Flask Framework, Bootstrap Framework, and MySQL as a database.

Therefore, the researcher designed and built an Application for Monitoring Data Availability of Web-Based Questions on the Tanya Site Answer on the Brainly site which aims to make it easier for Brainly Freelancers to meet their target for working on questions. This application is built using the Python programming language by utilizing the Flask framework. The results of this study state that the process contained in the application has been running smoothly as evidenced by the results of black box testing. User testing is done with Brainly Freelancers opening the application and viewing the availability of unanswered questions on the Brainly URL with a table view.

A museum is an institution intended for the general public. One of them is the Sudirman Museum, which is located at Magelang City, Central Java. This museum contains relics of General Sudirman that were used during his war. Each museum has different rules in terms of the interaction between visitors and objects on display in the museum. Sudirman Museum is one of the museums that do not allow not to touch objects directly and display information incomplete on each item in the collection. This study aims to overcome the limitations of interaction between museum visitors and objects on display in the museum. This study develops a mobile application based on an operating system based on Augmented Reality that can add to the attraction of the Sudirman museum for visitors so that it is expected to attract visitors to the museum. The results of this research are in the form of an Android application that simulates the contents of the museum and its information through a 2D display on a cellphone screen. In this way, visitors are expected to experience the experience of being in the museum through Augmented Reality. This Augmented Reality-based Android application is designed using the waterfall method and is made using the Unity3D, Vuforia SDK, and Blender applications

One important element in maintaining and improving the quality of healthcare services is the availability of adequate medication. Drugs are a crucial component used in the provision of healthcare services, and the expenses associated with them constitute a significant portion of overall healthcare costs. The implementation of data mining can aid in analyzing drug usage to obtain information that can be utilized for planning and controlling drug inventory, with one of the methods being the utilization of the K-Means algorithm. The K-Means algorithm is the most popular and widely used clustering method in data mining. This research aims to facilitate pharmacy personnel in identifying groups of drug types with similar characteristics and compositions. As a result, the categorization of a large number of drugs can be performed more efficiently and accurately. Moreover, with the grouping of drugs based on similar characteristics and compositions, pharmacy personnel can easily monitor the availability of specific medications and take appropriate actions in managing drug supplies at the hospital.

The Unjani Yogyakarta campus, specifically the Informatics Study Program, currently relies on manual methods such as calling students individually or using journal book signatures for attendance. This approach has drawbacks, including flexible attendance time, time-consuming procedures, and potential disruptions to student focus during lectures. To address these issues, the author conducted research to develop a student attendance information system for the campus. The system utilizes a client-server architecture and incorporates NFC technology on Android smartphones and RFID cards. The research aims to establish fixed attendance times and enable digital attendance through Android devices. It also facilitates monitoring of lecture activities for program administrators by integrating mobile and web applications. The system, developed using JAVA for mobile clients and PHP with CodeIgniter and Bootstrap for the web server, was built using the Research and Development method. The resulting student attendance application streamlines the attendance process for program administrators and lecturers. However, it should be noted that the system relies heavily on an internet connection and can serve as an alternative for online classroom attendance.

Elderly is a natural process that undergoes organ changes that ultimately affect the state of the function and ability of the body as a whole. Degenerative diseases that occur in the elderly accompany the aging process in a person. This study aims to diagnose degenerative diseases in the elderly with an expert system.The Expert System which was built to diagnose degenerative in the elderly using the CF method aims to trace the symptoms displayed in the form of questions in order to diagnose diseases with web-based software.Expert system software can recognize degenerative diseases in the elderly experienced by users after answering some of the questions displayed by the application.The expert system designed can diagnose degenerative causes in the elderly because in this expert system knowledge is given in the form of symptoms that are used as input to the user.
