The objective of this research is to identify the best business practices, actions and laws of Circular Economy at national and international level in manufacturing companies, which serve as a reference to adopt them to SMEs at the local level. It is a qualitative and descriptive research by documentary analysis to collect data in books, scientific journals, newsletters and newspapers, on environmental management in detection and evaluation of waste and residues generated in the production chain. The main countries that have implemented Circular Economy were analyzed, finding as a result laws and regulations that are a guide, due to the good practices implemented by some companies. In Mexico, large companies have initiated relevant actions and practices; these findings provide information that could be useful for awareness-raising and technical assistance actions for the development of capacities of SMEs in Tijuana, Baja California towards their transition to the Circular Economy.

Online learning is a new educational model that has left much to be desired in the use of the student body of the academic unit of Ahuacatlán (UAAH). The investigation has a quantitative approach with a non-experimental and descriptive design, whose objective is to analyze the level of learning in the academic achievement of UAAH students, who have experimented with the use of digital platforms in their training process. online. The research question is answered through a Likert scale questionnaire with 11 items, applied among 90 business administration students. The answer show that students are more comfortable with classroom classes than virtual classes, that their failure rate does not increase and that the teacher training was not correct. It can be concluded that significant knowledge in students is generated more in person.

Tourism is one of the most important economic activities for the development of any country, which is why different benefits are granted to this sector. The objective of this research is to know the VAT benefits for hotel services that exist in Mexico and other countries. It is a qualitative investigation, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and exploratory design. There are a series of benefits in the different countries that seek to promote and stimulate international tourism; these are granted through tax incentives, such as exemption from paying taxes for the tourist for the services received, to the refund of the same at the time of leaving the visited country. Taking into account how important this activity is due to the economic development it generates, the jobs it creates and the inflow of foreign currency, it is vital to grant it benefits.

In Mexico, Agricultural Family Microenterprises (AFME) are called Rural Economic Units (UER) and according to the National Agricultural Survey in 2019 there were 4,650,783. Microenterprises generate 45.6% of employment and contribute 14.6% to the economic value of the Country. Like large companies, they are vulnerable to the generational succession process. This article highlights the importance of generational succession through a case study located in Mexico City. Through grounded theory, the information was integrated into stages: family and company diagnosis, origin of ownership, succession perspectives and analysis of the contingency plan. The lessons learned in the case study invite reflection on the importance of planning the generational succession process in the AFME´s for the preservation of conservation land in Mexico City.

Due to their effectiveness in food preservation, Tetra Pak®is widely used around the world. Unfortunately, only a small part of these is recycled, making it a highly polluting material. The objective of this work lies on using waste Tetra Pak® beverage containers as reinforcement in polymeric concrete manufactured with 20% polyester resin and 80% marble. Three sizes of Tetra Pak® particles were used, small (1x0.5 mm); medium (3x3 mm) and large (5x5 mm), which replaced 1% of marble´s concentration. Concretes were evaluated in both compression and flexural tests. Results show improvements in the elastic modulus, in the flexural resistance and in the strain at yield point, 39%, 5% and 5%, respectively. This work shows a novel and successful alternative for reusing Tetra Pak® packages aiming to reduce its environmental impact.

This article presents the results of the bibliographic search that supports the comparison of different methodologies to evaluate public policies. The case of the Sembrando Vida Program is reported, whose constructions of different referential frameworks are scattered due to the generalization of the results, in addition to a methodological proposal based on evaluations that integrate the epistemological horizons that are watershed in the development of theoretical frameworks. The methodology used is based on the characteristics of a review and reflection article based on different texts that express the problem, such as documentary sources expressed in articles from indexed journals, specialized books on public policy evaluations, academic essays and by experts. in the area of public policies and some public opinion texts such as newspapers and websites with a recognized track record. Based on a compression theory compared to traditional positivist theories.

The response to the environmental crisis is a revolution that, in addition to insisting on the transformations of the economic and political structure, must address the social and cultural relations that sustain it. One of the alternatives to face the crisis in conventional agriculture is agroecology. However, this agroecology must be thought of under a pedagogical and educational support that transcends technological and substitution practices; This must be done from a transformation of perceptions and social relationships with nature. In that sense, this article aims to determine the need for agroecological transitions with educational methodologies, taking into account the research carried out in peasant organizations in the states of Morelos and Guerrero, through participatory methodological approaches. Discovering that micro practices in the ecosystem can lead to resolving social conflicts.

Throughout the history of mankind, cultures have been built androcentric, under a tendency where man is the symbol of the paradigm of the human and of truth. Historically, these perspectives based on the male point of view have dominated the interpretation of reality. It is necessary to clarify that biological differences already predetermine the inequalities presented by men and women because sex represents the first language code with which a person will be treated throughout his or her life and, therefore, the sexual division of labor. This article aims to explore some reflections on the structural inequalities generated by the capitalist system from the sex-gender system. The materials are the analysis procedures to include the gender approach and the content and thematic analysis exposed under a descriptive study methodology of qualitative cut.
