In this paper, range bars and the ergodic theory are combined to investigate early price movements for the USD/CNY currency pair in China from 2015 till 2019. The main findings suggested that early price trend detection may be accomplished within two standard deviations of the mean. During the duration of trading that was restricted to a narrow range, the sample revealed that at least 68 percent of the frequency mean result indicated that range bars solved price trend creation. This paper is subjected to additional analysis in order to acquire a correlation coefficient sample of at least 0.8. This sample revealed that ergodic theory prevented overpriced hedge trends. The goal of this paper is to improve the detection of price trends at an earlier stage than the methodology of trend tracking. Because of this, the authorities need to seriously consider putting early price trend detection models into place in order to boost the liquidity of the local currency.

The COVID-19 pandemic and technology have redefined the channels through which business and financial transactions can be carried out. The objective of the study is to assess the connectivity between COVID-19 and electronic banking (E-Banking) during the periods of COVID-19 lockdown and the restriction of movement in Nigeria. Ex post facto research design and secondary data were used in the study. The study adopted descriptive analysis as its data analysis method. It was found that online transfer channels were mostly used throughout the periods of COVID-19 and the restriction of movement in Nigeria, and the volume of transactions for all the components of E-Banking (automated teller machines, point of sale transfer, online transfer, and USSD transfer) were low in the month of April compared to other months in the periods of study. The study concluded that COVID-19 increased the online transfer channel of E-Banking in Nigeria during COVID-19 lockdown and the restriction of movement in the year 2020. The study recommended that financial transactions via E-Banking be encouraged in Nigeria, in as much as COVID-19 still persists there. Also, there should be a reduction in the service charges as charged by the banks, telecommunications firms, and the Federal Government on the use of E-Banking for fund transfers in order to encourage more Nigerians to adopt E-Banking.

On a global scale, numerous research studies have been embarked upon to show the level of relationship between transport facilities and residential rental values. This study dwelt on the various aspects of rail infrastructure and how it impacts on residential rental values. To accomplish the aim, questionnaires were distributed to head of households and practicing Estate Surveyors and Valuers in Kubwa, Nigeria. Physical observation also aided the researcher in data gathering. Data were interpreted using tables and percentage while Karl Pearson product moment correlation with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences was employed for data analysis. From the correlation analysis the result revealed that the value of r (Pearson correlation) is 0.751 which indicates strong relationship. The p-value (.001) was less than 0.05 significant level. It was confirmed that the rail transport infrastructure has significant impact on residential rental values in Kubwa, Abuja. This translates to growth in rental values. The study recommended government initiatives on the rail system which directly increases the quantity of optimum rail lines of high-frequency metro lines resulting to a substantial increase in real estate values. This study has provided firsthand information and guide for property investors, estate surveyors, built environment professionals as well as government agencies on the importance of rail infrastructure and the various ways it can positively or negatively affect rental values.

Business model innovation has provided a new space for the dynamic development of networks driven by the evolution of digital technology as a modern approach to the realisation of business sustainability (BS). Specifically, in modern business, technology supports the new digital economy, which places increasing demands on human intelligence. However, BS should be seen in the context of efforts to build competitive advantage by using an ethical approach to support innovative solutions that have a positive impact on society. The achievement is not only the result of careful analysis but also 'responsibility'. Consequently, in the digital era, professionalism is not only in terms of knowledge or skills related to technology adoption; professional ethical standards determine BS. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the extent to which EO (EO), through its components, formulates BS in the digital era through the role of professionalism in human resource as a mediator. A literature review method was applied in this study to provide a new model for the issue discussed. This study implies that EO encourages businessmen to become successful entrepreneurs in establishing BS in the digital era, mediated by the professionalism of human resource. Finally, this study provides a new approach to business problems as a strategy for anticipating the current dynamic environment. Besides, this study presents literature on the concepts of EO and BS for preparing professional human resource in the business sector to face the high competition in the digital era.

Bangladesh's Central Bank regulates international trade and monetary policy. To maintain a balanced trade, the bank promotes exporters and controls imports. The bank monitors the foreign exchange market and implements policies to help the country's economic growth and development. Bangladesh's export payments and receipts by key commodities, geographic region, and service delivery approach is studied. The banking sector has grown exponentially, resulting in new banks, modernised banks, and new services to meet people's requirements. Over 50 local and foreign banks compete for service delivery, interest rates and customer base. Export receipts of services and import payments of services the number of observations in the two variables, and our hypothesised mean difference to the degrees of freedom. Thus, the null hypothesis is accepted and the two-tail p-value increases. The significance of the difference between groups is unaffected by a negative t-value. Imports Major Commodities research F-value is good, but P-value is (0.00), which is highly significant. The null hypothesis is rejected. The study focusing on export receipt and import payments is essential as it deals with the financial aspect of international trade. Export receipts essentially refer to the payments received by a nation for the goods and services it exports to other countries while import payments refer to the goods and services brought in from other countries. Telepressure in the workplace, represented as an employee's concern and urge to reply fast to work-related communications through the use of information and communication technologies, which may be concerned about poorer employee work-life balance and the employee’s inferior well-being. This study aims to identify the relationship between telepressure and work-life balance. This study further tested the moderating role of marital status between telepressure and work-life balance. Data for the present study was collected from 558 volunteers from Malaysia by getting responses through online surveys. The employing simple technique was convenience. Data was analysed through PROCESS macro using SPSS. Results showed the significant influence of telepressure on work-life balance. Results further confirmed that employees' marital status moderates this relationship of telepressure on work-life balance. Results also found that the telepressure is seen high among married people but low among single people. Present study’s model is supported by the Role Conflict Theory. Which covers the conflicts arises between work and personal life of employees as a result of extra demand of work. This is a unique combination that is important in the post-COVID context, and it was less explored previously. While no study has been found covering "telepressure->marital status->work-life balance" in context of Malaysia previously.

Researchers have been studying turnover intention for nearly a century. Recently, most generation Y workforce in Malaysia's Information Technology (IT) industry reportedly developed a norm of switching jobs constantly due to being increasingly exposed to a lot of work-related stressors. This study aims to investigate the relationship between job stress and turnover intention among generation Y employees in the Perak IT industry. The quantitative approach was used by distributing online questionnaires through the Facebook platform to collect data from a sample of 123 employees drawn from IT companies in Perak, Malaysia. The result revealed that the majority of the respondents are recorded with a high level of job stress and a moderate level of turnover intention. It was found that job stress was significantly positively correlated with turnover intention. Further analysis also demonstrated that the dimensions of job stress such as work overload and work ambiguity were significant influences on turnover intention. Overall, there was a statistically significant positive relationship between job stress and turnover intention among the employees. The findings of this study demonstrated important implications for IT organisations, employees, and Human Resource (HR) practitioners by allowing them to understand the devastating effects of job stress and equip themselves with strategies to reduce turnover rates.

Concern has been expressed by people living in all parts of Malaysia regarding the high number of traffic accidents. This study demonstrates that a mix of human qualities may be responsible for the increase in the accident rate experienced by motorcyclists while they are travelling on public roadways. There is a possibility that human factors, such as riding anger, riding attitude, and a lack of mindfulness, are the most common causes of motorcycle accidents. Research on the frequency of traffic accidents in Malaysia is still in its preliminary stages. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the association between riding anger, riding attitude, mindful driving, and the likelihood of being involved in a road accident. This investigation makes use of a quantitative methodology by means of a questionnaire that is disseminated to customers who are shopping at licenced Yamaha dealers in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. The findings of structural equation modelling indicate that factors such as riding anger, riding attitude, and mindfulness have a significant impact on the likelihood of being involved in a road accident. The explanation of the current study, which includes both theoretical and practical relevance, as well as suggestions for reducing the number of accidents involving people who use roads, is presented here.

Halal business and Islamic finance adhere to the same fundamental principles and core beliefs. However, there is a divergence between these two industries, particularly in Malaysia, where the utilisation and adoption rate of Islamic financial facilities is still relatively low. This disconnect is particularly prevalent in Malaysia. In order for a company to run in a manner that is really halal, not only must it concentrate on halal production, but it must also finance the firm using shariah-compliant financing; this is something that has not yet been entirely accomplished. As a result, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of the survey instrument in determining the influence of relative advantage, complexity, compatibility, top management support, owner-manager expertise, competitive pressure, and customer pressure on the desire to adopt Islamic finance facilities. Specifically, the aim of this study is to review the usefulness of the survey instrument in determining these factors. At the Halal Fiesta (Halfest), a survey was carried out with 30 halal-certified companies utilising a straightforward random sampling approach. This survey served as a preliminary assessment. The findings of the study provide evidence that there is a need for additional improvement and suggest that the survey instrument is appropriate for a more in-depth study that involves a bigger and more representative sample within the halal business.
