As demand for sustainable products rises across industries, eco-labels effectively communicate a product's sustainability credentials to environmentally aware consumers. This paper aims to highlight the significance of these certifications, particularly OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, in enhancing company compliance with international standards and appealing to environmentally conscious consumers. A comprehensive analysis was conducted, utilizing various sources, including industry reports, case studies, and online data. The findings emphasize the role of certification in ensuring product safety from harmful substances, promoting transparency in the supply chain, and supporting sustainable practices.

This scientific research aims to analyse in depth the process of training and professional development of staff in the Republic of Moldova, a complex field regulated by the provisions of the Labour Code of the Republic of Moldova. Professional training, including both the process by which an employee obtains a certified qualification and continuous professional training, which contributes to the enrichment of existing professional knowledge, are considered essential aspects in the activity of organizations, considering the demands imposed by the competitive economy. Employers have the responsibility to facilitate technical and professional training of employees, aligned with the specific requirements of workplaces, and plans for continuous professional training are developed within organizations. Within this paper, the main indicators characterizing the process of training and professional development of staff in the Republic of Moldova are analysed. In order to highlight the similarities or differences between these indicators, they are examined by comparing them with data from 2019 and by analysing their evolution between various fields of activity. From a methodological point of view, the research is based on the use of statistical and comparative methods for evaluating the process of staff training in the Republic of Moldova, based on information provided by the National Bureau of Statistics.

It highlights the convergence of wellness and medical tourism offerings within the sector and the possibilities for expansion in European and Romanian contexts. Personal achievement, market potential, and societal contributions are significant driving forces for women engaging in this field. The necessity for deliberate support and the establishment of policies sensitive to gender issues to create a welcoming and varied space for women in health tourism is acknowledged.

In the process of university internationalization, the teacher exchange is inevitable and of great significance. This paper reveals the importance of teacher mobility from the perspective of some representatives of higher education institutions who participated in a qualitative research study. Answers were collected from 30 respondents from 14 countries, who are teachers with experience and practice. The results reveal that teacher exchange is among the top five strategies of universities in their international activity. Finally, some conclusions are drawn regarding the successful experience and activities for teacher exchange proposed.

The aim of the study is to represent the author’s methodology for assessing the excellence of agriculture, which would be implanted into a single efficiency formula, which involves conceptualization of the assessment of fertility reproduction processes. The authors started from the hypothesis that post-industrial agriculture will be more and more regulated according to the criteria of ecological, not market perfection. The industry will not focus on market efficiency, but the market will adapt to environmental requirements. At the same time, ecological perfection will be determined by the dynamics of soil fertility. The methodology (logic of cognition) was built on the specified hypothesis, according to which the efficiency of modern agriculture should be evaluated by the carbon balance in the production process. Methodologically, this means evaluating the dynamics and overall balance of organic matter (humus) in agriculture.

The profit of organizations can be increased by approaching the financing for private actors through the Regional Operational Program (ROP). Different projects were funded and implemented in the Brașov County, regarding the field of health and/or medical industry. This analysis was carried out according to the effective systematization of the services and innovative products obtained, to achieve the objectives, the indicators and results provided for in the projects. Following the implementation, a number of 5 projects from the Brașov County were chosen, as examples of good practice in this specific field. The analysis carried out includes the results obtained and efficiency solutions, using the PRO-EPF Tools, a specific reference framework created for the assessment of sustainability, formulating and placing in a matrix of a series of indicators.

The study focuses on evaluating the level of customer satisfaction of the Kaufland retailer using the SERVQUAL method. Through a comprehensive analysis, various aspects of the quality of services provided by Kaufland will be examined, including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible aspects of the shopping experience. Respondents were surveyed through a specially designed questionnaire to assess their perceptions and expectations regarding service quality. The conclusions obtained will provide insight into how Kaufland satisfies its customers and will offer valuable suggestions for improving the shopping experience and customer loyalty within their chain of stores.

The following article aims to explore and bring closer the concepts of public policy, governance and innovation, and the emergence of Cuban SMEs and their current situation. For this, a bibliographic review and field research was carried out where the results indicate that this field of study is oriented to the relationship between the adoption of open innovation and company performance. Theoretical and empirical methods were used, including techniques and tools from administrative sciences and other related specialties. This study focused on the results of Cuban SMEs, from their creation; despite not being relevant at a global level, due to the short initiation time, they do contribute greatly to the country's productivity.
