The research aims to analyze the perception of comfort in driving electric motorcycles among TNI military personnel at PT. Len Industri (Persero) to identify factors influencing comfort and measure the impact of PT. Len Industri (Persero) electric motorcycle product quality on interest and satisfaction in the military environment. The study adopts a quantitative method, employing purposive sampling with a total sample of 40 respondents. Data collection involves distributing Likert scale questionnaires to consumers or TNI military personnel using PT Len Industri (Persero) electric motorcycles. The author employs data analysis techniques such as validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, t-test, F- test, and R-test. The data obtained are processed using SPSS 29. Based on the results of the t-test, the calculated r-value is 5.323 > r-table 1.686, and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05 is obtained, indicating that the related variables are influenced by independent variables. Referring to the coefficient of determination test results, an R square value of 86.7% is obtained. Thus, based on the analysis conducted, it is concluded that customer satisfaction is influenced by rider comfort and product quality.

This research analyzes the financial performance of the Koperasi Usaha Warga Pupuk Kujang Cikampek during 2018–2022, focusing on financial ratios such as liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, the study employs annual financial data to identify trends and factors influencing performance. Findings reveal significant fluctuations in the cooperative's financial ratios over the examined period. While liquidity ratios fluctuate, solvency ratios show improvement over time, indicating efficient debt management and asset utilization. However, profitability ratios exhibit a declining trend, emphasizing the need for measures to enhance revenue generation and cost management. Meanwhile, activity ratios depict gradual improvement, indicating enhanced operational efficiency. The implications suggest the importance of careful monitoring, risk management, and strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and financial stability for Koperasi Usaha Warga Pupuk Kujang Cikampek.

The establishment of a business will require an appropriate strategy in developing the business. The smoked fish business CV Putra Kresna in Brondong Village, Lamongan Regency, is one of the well-known businesses in processing smoked fish in Lamongan. This research aims to: (1) analyze the internal and external environmental conditions of the smoked fish business CV. Putra Kresna, (2) analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the smoked fish business at CV Putra Kresna, (3) analyze the business development strategy of the smoked fish business at CV. Putra Kresna. This research is used to obtain descriptive qualitative data. The methods used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The research focus is aimed at the internal and external environmental conditions as well as the appropriate marketing development strategy to be applied to the smoked fish business of Cv Putra Kresna. The research location was carried out at the location of Cv Putra Kresna in Brondong Village, Lamongan Regency. Data analysis was carried out using SWOT matrix analysis, and IE Matrix. After analyzing the results of the internal and external conditions of the smoked fish business marketing of Cv Putra Kresna, the main strength lies in the ease of obtaining raw materials, the main weakness lies in the limited distribution channels to modern markets, the main opportunity lies in the business development of smoked fish and the main threat lies in government regulations related to food product standardization. The formulation of alternative strategies using the SWOT matrix resulted in four alternative marketing developments for the Smoked Fish Business Cv Putra Kresna, namely (1) Utilizing proximity to fish landing sites to obtain fresh raw materials in a short time after fishermen's catches; (2) Developing distribution channels; (3) Increasing product innovation; (4) Ensuring compliance with government regulations regarding food product standardization.

This research aims to analyze the work behavior of employees at the East Telukjambe Sub-district Office, Karawang Regency, based on the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2022. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on seven indicators of employee behavior, namely Service Orientation, Accountability, Competence, Harmony, Loyalty, Adaptability, and Collaboration. Informants in this study consist of the Sub-district Head, staff members, and the community. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with respondents, while secondary data were obtained from related literature and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the East Telukjambe Sub-district Office shows positive performance in all the examined indicators of employee behavior. Measures such as clear service policies, employee training, participatory performance evaluation systems, and promotion of collaboration among employees have been taken to strengthen this performance.

This research aims to determine discrepancies in financial reporting of zakat under PSAK No. 109 compared to the SIMBA application and the implementation of zakat accounting at BAZNAS Kabupaten Jember. The research method used is qualitative, specifically a case study approach. Data were obtained from relevant institutional documents related to the research issue and through interviews with treasurers and amils responsible for BAZNAS fund distribution in Kabupaten Jember. The findings reveal that discrepancies exist in financial information at BAZNAS between the physical financial report recordings and the financial reports in the SIMBA application. These discrepancies are attributed to negligence on the part of BAZNAS staff in accurately inputting data into the SIMBA application and the loss of zakat distribution reports. Consequently, there are inconsistencies between the financial information recorded in the zakat distribution financial statements and the information in the SIMBA application. To address these discrepancies, BAZNAS managers or amils adjust the financial reports of zakat fund distributions in the SIMBA application. However, as of May 2023, the financial reports of zakat distribution in SIMBA and the physical record keeping still do not match. This is due to the lack of re-recording or adjustment journal entries, exacerbated by a reshuffle in the BAZNAS Jember management.

The research was conducted to find answers regarding the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bahtera Adi Jaya during the period 2018-2022, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative associative approach. The study took place at PT Bahtera Adi Jaya with a sample size of 60 employees, determined through a non-probability sampling technique known as saturation sampling. The data used were primary data collected through observation, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that: 1) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Bahtera Adi Jaya employees, with a calculated t-value of 2.036 > the tabulated t-value of 2.002, and a significance value of 0.046 < 0.05. 2) Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bahtera Adi Jaya, with a calculated t-value of 2.280 > the tabulated t-value of 2.002, and a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05. 3) Motivation and work discipline, when considered simultaneously, had a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT Bahtera Adi Jaya employees, with a calculated F-value of 6.837 > the tabulated F-value of 3.16, and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination was 19.3%, indicating that the remaining percentage was influenced by other variables not covered in the study.

ABSTRACT In buying and selling, we know that in addition to the products that are assessed, there are other factors that are very important, especially in the current Digital Era. This is because all access is easily accessible. These factors are Word Of Mouth and Online Review. Where both have an influence on consumers when they want to know the product and buy it, including for Camille Beauty Products. In this study, a quantitative type is used with the location of consumers in the community of Malang City. From the results of the analysis above, the results were obtained that 1) The influence of word of mouth (X1) on consumer buying interest (Y). According to the calculations, the inner model states that word of mouth has no influence on consumer buying interest. This statement can be seen in the test results using a path coefficient of 0.105, and a T-statistic of 1.609, the result is smaller than the T-table, which is 1.96, with a P-value of 0.111, this value is greater than 0.05. This states that word of mouth does not have a significant effect on consumer buying interest in Camille Beauty in the city of Malang. 2) The effect of online reviews (X2) on consumer buying interest (Y). Based on the results of the online review variable test on consumer buying interest in Camille Beauty in Malang City, a parameter coefficient value of 0.100 was obtained, while a P-Value of 0.359 was obtained less than 0.05 and a t-statistical value of 0.921 or less than 1.96. This study aims to determine the effect of the variable SHORT WAITING TIME, INTERPERSONAL CUMMUNICATION, SERVICE QUALITY , Service quality on patient satisfaction at RSUD Kanjuruhan’s Dental Clinic. The model of this research was tested on a population of outpatients who had received treatment using a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample size of 389 people in the period 15 November 2023 – 15 February 2024. Data collection was carried out online via a Google Form questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1 -5. The analysis method uses the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling based on Partial Least Square) technique using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of this study show that: (1) there is a significant positive effect between short waiting time and patient satisfaction at RSUD Kanjuruhan’s Dental Clinic, (2) there is a significant positive effect between interpersonal communication and patient satisfaction at RSUD Kanjuruhan’s Dental Clinic Poly, (3) there is the influence is not positive and not significant effect between environmentand patient satisfaction at RSUD Kanjuruhan’s Dental Clinic, (4) there is a significant positive effect between service quality and patient satisfaction at RSUD Kanjuruhan’s Dental Clinic

The aim of this research is to determine the development of Islamic boarding school-based productive waqf, reviewed using a SWOT analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods in the form of interviews with informants, direct observation at the Albinaa Islamic boarding school, and study of related literature. The research results showed that in terms of strength, the development of Albinaa's productive waqf has been good considering that at the age of three years Bina Enterprise already has various business units such as: Al Binaa Shop, Bina Resto, Bina Tour, Binaa Food Online, "Asshafa" Beverage Products, School Canteen , Manna Bakery, Al Binaa Inn, Al Bina Farm, Binaa Mart and Bina Finance, Barbershop. In terms of weaknesses, Albinaa does not yet have human resources who are experts in the required fields, there are differences in viewpoints from the management due to obstructive policies, support in developing productive waqf is still lacking. In terms of opportunities, Albinaa has a very large number of students, guardians of students, congregations who have great potential to become customers of Albinaa products. In terms of threats, Albinaa's competitiveness is not yet strong against foreign brands that have already entered the market and are already well established.
