The significant increase in the hybrid work scheme trend post-Covid-19 pandemic has become a major concern for many companies, including PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara. Challenges arise when not all companies have proper management in responding to this work arrangement trend. Therefore, this research aims to assist PT Bhineka Rahsa Nusantara, a startup company in the FMCG industry in Indonesia, in analyzing, evaluating, and redesigning the hybrid work policy. The research method used is qualitative research, which will delve deeper into the components of the hybrid work scheme such as working hours, work flexibility, work environment, and information technology. This research is continued through 4 stages of designing the hybrid work scheme, namely mapping, layering, profiling, and transforming, which ultimately formulated into a policy strategy. Data collection techniques include interviews with internal and external company stakeholders, participatory observation, and documentation studies from primary and secondary sources. The results of this research present analysis, evaluation, and proposals for redesigning the hybrid work scheme based on the perspectives of policy makers, policy managers, and policy recipients that have been adjusted to various applicable regulations. The resulting scheme design consists of policy proposals and documented steps.

This research aims to determine the influence of service innovation and quality on customers' decisions to save at PT BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative approach. The population taken was all PT BPRS customers, with a total sample of 100 customers taken using the accidental sampling method. The data collection method uses questionnaires by distributing questionnaires, interviews and direct observation. Data analysis in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 29.00. The results of this research partially show that the service innovation variable has a significant effect on customers' decisions to save at PT BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan. The quality variable has a significant effect on customers' decisions to save at PT BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan. Simultaneously, the variables of service innovation and quality have a significant influence on customers' decisions to save at PT BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan.

This study aims to determine the influence of : (1) Capital, (2) Human Resources, (3) Partnership on the financial performance of MSMEs in Banjarsari District, Surakarta City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. This study used probability sampling method, which is a simple random sampling technique. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who were MSME actors in Banjarsari District who were randomly invited. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires that had been taken directly with Likert scale. The results of this study in T and F tests show that the variables of capital, human resources and partnerships affect the financial performance of MSMEs. The results of the R2 coefficient test have an Ajusted R Square value of 44.6% and the remaining 55.4% is influenced by variables outside this study.

Islamic investment has become an attractive choice for Indonesian society looking to grow their funds while adhering to Islamic law. BSI Kencong, part of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), offers the Cilem investment product designed to meet these needs. This research aims to identify the factors influencing public interest in investing in Cilem at BSI Kencong. The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing literature review and customer testimonial analysis. Data was gathered from various sources, including official BSI publications, Islamic investment literature, and customer reviews. The findings reveal several key factors driving public interest in Cilem investments. Firstly, the competitive profit potential is a major attraction, supported by expertise in investment management and diversification across safe Sharia-compliant instruments. Secondly, the security and trust provided by BSI Kencong, overseen by the Financial Services Authority and the National Sharia Board of MUI, instill confidence in customers. Thirdly, adherence to Islamic principles is crucial, evidenced by Sharia certification from the National Sharia Board of MUI. Additionally, ease of access and transactions play a significant role. BSI Kencong offers various channels including branches, the BSI Mobile app, website, and agents, enhancing customer convenience. Friendly and professional service from BSI Kencong staff adds to customer comfort and satisfaction. Active promotion and education efforts by BSI Kencong increase public awareness and understanding of Cilem products. Positive testimonials from investors demonstrate real benefits, encouraging prospective customers to participate. Lastly, the desire to support the growth of Islamic economy in Indonesia further strengthens public interest in Cilem investments. In conclusion, the combination of factors such as profit potential, security and trust, Sharia compliance, ease of access, professional service, promotion and education, positive testimonials, and support for Islamic economy collectively create a compelling attraction for the public to invest in Cilem products through BSI Kencong.

This study aims to analyze the role of social capital in the implementation of the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH) among businesses in Lon Malang Beach. Social capital represents the characteristics of social organizations, such as networks, norms, and social trust, which facilitate coordination and mutually beneficial cooperation. SJPH is a quality management system that ensures the produced goods meet halal standards. This research employs a qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that businesses in Lon Malang Beach are in the process of implementing halal product assurance after attending socialization sessions organized by the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). They have started using materials uncontaminated by non-halal substances. If using animals as raw materials, the slaughtering process must adhere to Islamic Sharia law. Additionally, 19 individuals have obtained a Business Identification Number (NIB) as a requirement for applying for halal certification. The implementation of SJPH is influenced by strong social capital between business operators and BUMDes, which provides assistance and guidance in the halal certification process. This robust social capital is reflected in the norms, trust, networks, and reciprocal relationships that are mutually beneficial between the businesses and BUMDes. Although they do not yet possess halal certificates, the Madurese community has a high awareness of halal practices, as these have been taught from a young age by figures such as Bhuppa,' Bhâbhu', Ghuru, and Rato (Father, Mother, Government Leader). However, the ability to obtain halal certification is still low due to the limited knowledge about the certification registration process.

Students utilize technology to invest which can make it easier for them to access and learn about financial understanding. However, if access to investment is not balanced with an understanding of investment products and their mechanisms in the hope of getting large returns, it will become an opportunity for perpetrators of investment fraud. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of financial literacy and risk perception among students in Surabaya on preventing illegal investment. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were students who invested and were registered in 14 university investment galleries in Surabaya so that the sample obtained was 100 respondents and used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection is by using a questionnaire with Google Form. The results of the research show that financial literacy influences the prevention of illegal investment, risk perception influences the prevention of illegal investment and financial literacy and risk perception simultaneously influence the prevention of illegal investment.

In principle, the main goal of every company is to achieve optimal profits for its owners. To be able to compete effectively with other companies, companies need to improve their operational performance more efficiently and effectively. Bakmie Sultan Karawang, a developing MSME business, still does not have accurate information regarding the profits generated from minimum sales of their noodles. This research aims to explore the role of Break Even Point (BEP) analysis in planning and increasing company profits. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach by applying BEP and Margin of Safety analysis techniques. The results of the break even point analysis show that the total business BEP reached Rp. 94,267,790.38, with details for each product Bakmie Komplit, Bakmie Bakso, Bakmie Pangsit, Bakmie Manis, and Bakmie Regular. Msargin of Safety (MOS) reached 93.03%, equivalent to Rp. 1,258,132,209.62, gives an idea of how much of a decline in sales can be handled without incurring a loss or breaking even. The estimated profit target for 2024 is 30%, or Rp. 177,263,404,629, which is a guide for the company in achieving the expected profit. Recommendations are provided so that companies can optimize BEP strategies to maintain sales above the break-even point and reduce potential losses. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide support for companies in designing optimal profit plans through BEP and MOS analysis.

This study aims to examine the difference in how effective and efficient the application is in managing the financial statements of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative, before and after using through the Financial Administration Information System (SiAKU) application. Through the Si AKU application, experts provide comprehensive updates and settings to make it easier for Candirejo city tourists to help record visit packages. Candirejo tourism village is a tourism located in Candirejo Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province. This study used quantitative procedures with data collection strategies through convenience surveys to obtain satisfaction fulfillment scores. This study uses quantitative methods that explain the differences between variables. This study used a sample of 10 respondents from employees of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative through the interview method and the Paired T-Test stage with an alpha of 5%. The results of this test show that there are differences between effectiveness and efficient variables in managing the time of making financial statements at the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative.

Development of Technology Over the past few years, technology has advanced rapidly and will continue to do so indefinitely. In Indonesia today, online shopping has emerged as a trend and option for acquiring a wide range of desired goods. This study aims to determine how free delivery, limits, and online customer surveys influence purchase decisions on the Tiktokshop Commercial center. Comparative causality is used in this study. This study uses a type of quantitative data because the presented data are related to numbers or scoring. Customers who use TikTok Shop are the focus of this study. Subsequently, the plan of this study utilizes a quantitative methodology, utilizes a coincidental examining technique, and afterward utilizes a non-likelihood testing strategy to make a populace and an example. The study reveals that TikTok Shop purchase decisions are influenced simultaneously by free shipping, discounts, and online customer reviews. The connection between free transportation, limits and online client audits is at the same time sure, intending that in the event that the general factors of free delivery, limits and picture are improved, the buy choice will increment.
