Kapitalisasi Pendidikan Serta Dampaknya Bagi Pendidikan Islam 教育资本化及其对伊斯兰教育的影响

This study discusses the capitalization of education and its impact on Islamic education, with a discussion of what is the definition of capitalization of education, Islam's view of capitalization of education, and the impact of capitalization of education on Islamic education. Education is an effort to educate humans to become a complete human being. Education is a forum to provide assistance to students to become more mature. Islamic education is a conscious guidance or leader by educators towards the physical and spiritual development of students towards the formation of their main personality (insan kamil).  Capitalism in education means the capitalization of education, which is the process of capitalizing on education. Where the principles of the market economy, such as competition, profitability, and privatization, have a significant effect on the education system. In this context, education is seen as a market where a commercial approach is applied to manage, finance, and provide educational services.

The study of this paper discusses the ethical political policy of the Dutch colonial government towards the existence of Islamic educational institutions in the archipelago, the discussion of the research of this paper to find out how the history of the existence of Islamic educational institutions in the archipelago, the ethical politics of the Dutch colonial government, and the influence of ethical political policies on Islamic educational institutions. Islamic education in Indonesia has emerged and developed in various forms of various institutions, such as Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, surau, and musholah. In its development, Islamic education in Indonesia is characterized by the emergence of various educational institutions gradually, ranging from very simple ones, to stages that are considered modern and complete. The goal is not only to enrich the treasures of science with Islamic nuances, but also as a reference and comparison material for Islamic education managers in the following periods. This is in line with the principle generally adopted by the Indonesian Islamic community, which is to maintain the good traditions of the past and take new good traditions again. In this way, the efforts to develop Islamic educational institutions will not be radically rooted in their culture. Perilaku Konsumtif Dalam Kajian Psikologi Tasawuf Robert Frager 罗伯特-弗雷格《苏菲心理学》研究中的消耗行为

Currently, we live with various conveniences, especially when shopping. These conveniences produce many benefits, but there are also some negative impacts, one of which is consumptive behavior. Consumptive behavior is the action of someone who uses or buys something, either goods or services excessively. Usually prioritizing the urge of desire rather than need. This urge of desire is what in the perspective of Sufism psychology according to Frager is something that needs to be minimized, the reason researchers chose Frager's concept of Sufism psychology is because consumer behavior is closely related to nafs, and Frager is a Sufism psychology figure who is most detailed in describing the concept compared to other figures such as Al Ghazali. This study aims to see how consumer behavior is studied in the theory of Sufism psychology according to Robert Frager and how psychospiritualism is applied in minimizing consumptive behavior. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a form of library research. According to Frager's study of Sufism psychology, consumptive behavior can be categorized into tyrannical nafs and lawwamah nafs, but consumptive behavior can be reduced when it is in the category of inspired nafs. Meanwhile, consumptive behavior will completely disappear if it is at the level of peaceful nafs, pleased nafs, approved nafs, and pure nafs. The psychospiritual applications that can be applied include: fasting, seclusion, serving brothers, and remembering death.

Perayaan Hari Besar Muhammadiyah dan Nadhlatul Ulama 庆祝 Muhammadiyah 和 Nadhlatul Ulama 节日

This study analyzes the differences in views between Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in celebrating Islamic holidays, with a focus on determining the beginning of the month of Qomariyah, celebrating the Prophet's birthday and tahlilan events in Indonesia. Muhammadiyah adopts a modernist approach with a focus on contextual understanding of religion, while NU maintains a traditional approach that emphasizes aspects of local culture and tradition. This study describes the values ​​of religious moderation that are highlighted within Nahdlatul Ulama. Since its founding, Hadratussyaikh K.H. Hashim Asy'ari initiated the concept of moderate Islam in Indonesia which was then continued by the next generation of NU, including K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting document analysis and literature study. The results of the research explain the differences in celebration practices and how each understands how to celebrate Islamic holidays.

Gaya Pengambilan Keputusan Kepala Sekolah di SMA Negeri 3 Panyabungan Panyabungan Negeri 第三中学(SMA Negeri 3 Panyabungan)校长的决策风格

This research aims to identify and analyze the decision-making style of the principal at SMA Negeri 3 Panyabungan. The research method used is qualitative and based on a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. This type of research is carried out using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show: 1) that the principal's decision making style adheres to a rational style, 2) the principal involves related staff, teachers and several representatives of students, 3) obstacles in decision making are often caused by differences of opinion, 4) The solution to facing problem obstacles is to conduct consensus deliberation and take the majority vote. In addition, school principals also show flexibility in adapting their decision-making style according to specific situations and needs, such as when dealing with critical situations or complex problems.

Qawaid Fiqhiyyah Tentang Zihar 关于齐哈尔的 Qawaid Fiqhiyyah

This research aims to examine the concept of Zihar in the Islamic context, which refers to the action of a husband who utters words that resemble his wife with something that is haram for him, such as a mother or sister, without being accompanied by a legal divorce. The practice of Zihar is seen as a reprehensible act and contrary to the principles of justice and equality in husband-wife relationships in Islam. This research uses qualitative research methods which aim to describe data through a series of sentences. The method chosen is the descriptive method, which relies on data sources in the form of words, images and information from books, journals and other scientific works. The research results show that in the Qur'an, Allah confirms the prohibition against Zihar and determines kafarat (ransom) as a consequence of this action. Zihar speech should be avoided by husbands under all circumstances, emphasizing the importance of respect, justice and equality in the husband-wife relationship. Zihar is considered an illegal form of divorce in Islam, and although it does not directly result in divorce, makes the wife unlawful for the husband without a legal divorce process. The importance of good and understanding communication between husband and wife is also highlighted to prevent actions that are detrimental to either party. In addition, the consequences of Zihar in Islamic law and its impact in maintaining harmony and justice in husband-wife relationships are explained in detail. This research also confirms that Zihar is not an accepted practice in Islamic teachings, and that this act can have serious consequences in the husband-wife relationship. In a modern context, understanding the laws of Zihar can help Muslims maintain a just and harmonious marriage relationship in accordance with religious teachings.

The practice of Zihar is seen as a reprehensible act and contrary to the principles of justice and equality in husband-wife relationships in Islam. This research uses qualitative research methods which aim to describe data through a series of sentences. The method chosen is the descriptive method, which relies on data sources in the form of words, images and information from books, journals and other scientific works. The research results show that in the Qur'an, Allah confirms the prohibition against Zihar and determines kafarat (ransom) as a consequence of this action. Zihar speech should be avoided by husbands under all circumstances, emphasizing the importance of respect, justice and equality in the husband-wife relationship. Zihar is considered an illegal form of divorce in Islam, and although it does not directly result in divorce, makes the wife unlawful for the husband without a legal divorce process. The importance of good and understanding communication between husband and wife is also highlighted to prevent actions that are detrimental to either party. In addition, the consequences of Zihar in Islamic law and its impact in maintaining harmony and justice in husband-wife relationships are explained in detail. This research also confirms that Zihar is not an accepted practice in Islamic teachings, and that this act can have serious consequences in the husband-wife relationship. This research discusses the role of information technology in implementing the Islamic Education curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Sangata Utara. In researchusing qualitative methods,this method uses the results of uinterviews and direct observation questions and answers with informants,principals and PAI teachers to find out the role of information technology in implementing the PAI curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Sangata Utara secondly,what are the information technologies in implementing the curriculum is a student learning design in information technology learning,the use of learning resources such as educational videos,interactive simulations and other online resources to enrich the learning experience with a deep understanding of Islamic concepts. Information technology in implementation at SMAN 1 Sangata Utara has applied learning using technology, for example the technology used is the use of PowerPoint and the use of the Canva application. The role of information technology in implementing the Pai program includes information technology as a tool to support the implementation of Islamic religious education.

The purpose of this study is to understand the extent to which fasting material is taught in class VIII junior high school. This research uses the literature study method, in which data is collected from the fiqh teacher's book and student book in the class. The data obtained were then analysed and presented. The results showed that the material on fasting in the fiqh textbooks of grade VIII students was still lacking in depth and breadth. Therefore, it is expected that teachers can enrich the material taught by considering facts, concepts, principles, and procedures that must be clear, functional, valuable, and easy to understand. This step is taken to ensure that students not only know the development of science and technology but can also balance it with the religious knowledge they learn. It is hoped that the research activities that include the revision and development of fiqh subject matter will yield positive results. The new fiqh materials are expected to be more weighty, effective, and easier to understand by both teachers and students.

This article aims to enable learning to be more advanced and developed so that learning becomes more effective and efficient. In addition, Islamic religious education aims to develop attitudes and characters that are loyal and devoted to Allah SWT and in line with current realities. All educational institutions must be proactive, creative and productive in reading the phenomena that occur today. Therefore, the role of IT is very important here, creating a good design as a foundation for the advancement of information and communication technology, and adding Islamic religious education learning activities with materials and skills and practicing religion includes learning activities and mastery. But we must also be able to use a technical approach with learning methods using the internet programme "Moodle". Furthermore, the researcher will provide information regarding the type of research to be conducted, the time plan for conducting the research, and the class that will be the subject of the research. The results achieved are the process of developing IT-based PAI learning media, starting from the initial identification stage or the implementation of preliminary research to the final revision stage.

Penerapan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis IT di Pesantren Digital Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Kabupaten Pasuruan Muhammadiyah Digital Islamic Boarding School At-Tanwir Pasuruan Regency 中基于信息技术的学习媒体的应用

The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of IT-based learning media in the Muhammadiyah Digital Islamic Boarding School At-Tanwir, this is motivated by the rapid development of the digital era, and we are all required to play an active role in it so as not to be left behind. With a qualitative research approach and case study research type, researchers want to know in depth about the application of IT-based learning media in this 2-year-old pesantren. The results showed that the application of IT-based learning media was applied to some lessons, because there were some lessons that were practical and memorised. There are also several obstacles ranging from facilities, readiness of students and educators in this learning media.
