Framework for a retrospective analysis of operating room schedule execution 手术室计划执行的回顾性分析框架

The execution of an operating room schedule is constantly disrupted, which can decrease the initially targeted performance. Online operational management, which oversees daily activity, can reduce the deviations caused by disruptions between the initial schedule and the performed schedule. To support this process and encourage continuous improvement, we suggest a framework for analysing schedule execution in retrospect . The objectives are twofold: (1) to identify deviations and determine their root causes, and (2) to assess the relevance of the decisions made to reduce these deviations. This approach relies on a logbook to gather qualitative data on disruptions, and a dashboard to objectify the situation with computed indicators. We present an example of a schedule execution analysis in an anonymised French General Hospital.

General analytics limitations with coronavirus healthcare big data 冠状病毒医疗保健大数据的一般分析限制

Search engines and the SPSS Python R extension were used to analyse COVID-19 healthcare big data information stored on the internet to identify significant limitations of statistical techniques. The sample was a manageable subset of dynamic information from the internet time-stamped to midnight of 14 April, 2020 with a filter set for coronavirus confirmed cases or deaths in Wuhan Hubei province in China, New York State in USA and New South Wales, Australia. There were surprising results, indicating using general analytics that the healthcare big data were not reliable. Interesting relationships were detected when linking Australian foreign property ownership to the cities experiencing the largest coronavirus related fatalities.
