 Abstract — There are current normative and cultural consequences of the BIM diffusion in Europe. The authors of the paper retrace some key phases of the history of BIM, in order to understand the current situation, critically. Some logical aspects could highlight an original understanding of the current situation. It is important, also, a critical approach to the ISO, EN and UNI categorization. The core of the proposal is to understand if and how the Public Administrations can approach the BIM method: to include, formally, BIM words in the tenders documents doesn’t look like a right way. The paper proposes a balanced approach, specific local courses for Public Administrations and a common European strategy.

— The purpose of this study establish the scientific use of Bio-musicology as Complimentary and Alternate Medicine (CAM) in the treatment of Cardio Vascular Disorder (CVD). It explain why we feel cool and calm when we listen specific music. How the music therapies affect us? Is pleasant sound have the power to effect physiology of livings? This study setup a relation between sound and hemato-biochemistry, that can be used to control cardiovascular disorders through neuro-endocrine stimulation up to a limit, but still need more work to be done to say with surety that specific music target specific bio-molecules, which effect the physiology and ultimately behavior of humans. The fast pace of changing our life styles makes adjustment to it difficult. The blood, the blood vessels and the heart together form the cardiovascular system. These blood vessels are of a certain calibre, however they may constrict for a long period of time, thus causing the blood to flow through them under increased tension giving rise to an entity called 'Hypertension' - one of the major manifestations of mental stress and CVD’s. Music therapy is based on the associative and cognitive powers of the mind. Sound creates certain vibrations which are picked up and amplified by the human ear. These waves are then picked up by the sensory nerve going into the middle of the brain and redistributed throughout the neuron network to other parts of the brain to distinguish the pitch, tone, and frequency of that sound. During my study I used the sounds of acoustical environment which is the combination of natural sounds (wind, water, wildlife, vegetation) and cultural and historic sounds (battle re-enactments, tribal ceremonies). In this study conducted over human volunteers, I observed that the music have their impact over the hypertension and CVD’s by altering the levels of biochemical and haematological parameters such as significant decrease of serum total cholesterol, non-significant decrease of triglycerides, non-significant decrease of VLDL and LDL, significant increase of HDL in most cases, significant increase of adrenalin by sound A and B in human, significant decrease of cortisol in most cases. The decreases of LDL, VLDL, TG, Cortisol and increase of HDL and adrenalin are indicative of good health and the sounds which are responsible for such changes will be used to cure the patient of CVD, hypertension. On the basis of my finding, I can conclude that music therapy is helpful to control and treatment of hypertension, arteriosclerosis and other CVD’s and make us stress free healthy life.

-- This paper explores the impact of social media marketing on consumer engagement and response through a case study of luxury brands Louis Vuitton and Yayoi Kusama collaboration. The researcher applied netnography to analyse 72 Instagram posts by the brands and customers, including conversations and interactions related to the collaboration. The results showed that most consumer-generated Instagram posts about the Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama collaboration showed a particular interest in designer-heavy, product-light content. Brand-generated posts mostly featured product launch, brand ambassador, and a call for interaction, whereas user-generated posts mainly covered immersive design inspiration and artist themes. The study revealed that Louis Vuitton’s use of social media for value co-creation for its collaboration with Yayoi Kusama has resulted in active consumer engagement and deeper brand loyalty. However, this finding highlights the necessity of expanding design-related content to maximize consumer engagement in the online community.

 Abstract — In the current times when the world is facing numerous environmental issues, it is crucial to scrutinize accessible and superior alternatives that are sustainable. Hemp is a valuable plant because all the parts can be repurposed commercially. It has been with human civilization for thousands of years. However, the plant is still considered "taboo" in India. Hemp has gained traction lately in the country, but the growth compared to global market has been staggered. We examined the characteristics of the plant that make it so diverse, expanding on themes like history, biology, ecology, legalities, perceptions and the related industrial market. Primary data was collected to get insights into the industry by interviewing Business Owners and Employees from various start-ups in India. A mixed method study was conducted to understand the perceptions and awareness of the general populace about the hemp plant. India's potentially tremendous industrial hemp output has not been optimized because of the laws that hamper growing commercial quality hemp produce. The study addresses gaps and prospects for the industry and aims to impart relevant knowledge about the boons of the plant and a call-out for a change at the systemic level to incorporate the utilization of this magnificent plant.

— A screening procedure was implemented to identify actinomycetes that synthesize antifungal antibiotics. Plants indigenous to Hiroshima Prefecture were used instead of soil to diversify the source of actinomycete isolates, which has conventionally been utilized in previous studies. During the primary screening, putative actinomycetes isolated from plants were separated based on their biochemical traits, acquiring two hundred and eighty-two actinomycete strains. Subsequently, for the secondary screening process, five fungal strains ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae , Schizosaccharomyces pombe , Aspergillus oryzae , Mucor hiemalis , and Rhizopus stolonifer ) were used to evaluate the antifungal activity. The findings revealed that, out of the two hundred and eighty-two strains, five actinomycetes demonstrated antifungal activity against all tested fungi. Lastly, a tertiary screening compared the antifungal effects of five actinomycetes demonstrating activity against all tested fungi. More specifically, a comparison was made regarding the potency of antifungal substances produced by the five strains acquired, using commercially available antifungal agent amphotericin B as an indicator. The results of tertiary screen confirmed that HIT18, among the five actinomycetes, possessed a broad antifungal spectrum.

 Abstract — Acid mine water contains high concentrations of Fe 3+ which can be recovered as Fe(OH) 3 , and processed to pigments. The aim of this study was to compare the performance of pigments, recovered from treatment of iron rich mine water, for their suitability in producing colored concrete, with that of commercially available pigments on the South African market. It was found that: (i) more colour was produced with an increase in pigment concentration, (ii) increased compressive strength with an increase in pigment concentration, (iii) reduction in slump and spread with an increase in pigment concentration (iv). Mine water pigment performed similarly to commercial pigment in the case of concrete compressive strength and spread but poorer in the case of slump.

It was found that: (i) more colour was produced with an increase in pigment concentration, (ii) increased compressive strength with an increase in pigment concentration, (iii) reduction in slump and spread with an increase in pigment concentration (iv). Mine water pigment performed similarly to commercial pigment in the case of concrete compressive strength and spread but poorer in the case of slump.","PeriodicalId":52265,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Computational Technologies","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85517944","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
