Abstract The current traditional means of teaching adopt the indoctrination teaching mode. Students passively accept information, learning enthusiasm is not high, and the traditional teaching mode needs to be reconstructed urgently. This paper constructs a blended teaching mode for civil litigation based on the WeChat public platform and provides the implementation process for the blended teaching mode. In order to enable students to obtain civil litigation-related resources more in line with the learning characteristics of the WeChat platform, a multi-objective learning path optimization algorithm is proposed, and the discrete binary particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize and solve the multi-objective learning path. The teaching experiment method is utilized to select the research object and method to study the teaching effect of the blended teaching mode and then obtain the students’ satisfaction with the blended teaching mode. The results show that through the BPSO algorithm, after the number of iterations reaches 150 times, its fitness value is around 10-5, the average running time of the 20 test functions is around 500ms, and the mean value of students’ satisfaction with the blended teaching mode is 9.31 points. The blended teaching mode of civil litigation in the context of the rule of law can help students better establish the thinking of the rule of law and promote the improvement of students’ learning ability, and multi-objective optimization can help students better obtain the optimal learning path.

Abstract This paper first integrates the green concept into jewelry design from three aspects of jewelry materials, modeling and production process, and demonstrates the jewelry 3D printing technology in line with the green concept in the context of information technology and analyzes its technical process. Then, based on the PCA method and the point cloud data of space lattice, the three-dimensional normal estimation of jewelry is carried out, the three-dimensional reconstruction and cavity repair of jewelry is carried out through the triangular mesh model, and the complete output of the jewelry model in STL format is carried out, and the STL fast slicing is carried out. Finally, the effects of 3D modeling, slicing efficiency, and jewelry design are analyzed through numerical simulation experiments. The results show that the standard deviation of the error in the x-direction σ =0.16um, expectation μ =−0.007um, the standard deviation of the error in the y-direction σ =0.08um, expectation μ =0.003um, and the standard deviation of the error in the z-direction σ =0.28um, expectation μ =−0.001um, with a variation range of (−0.028, 0.028), in the three-dimensional modeling of jewelry. Compared with the traditional slicing algorithm, this paper’s slicing efficiency of jewelry is improved by (0.26, 0.45), when the production quantity is more than 500 pieces, in terms of the cost of the traditional production method is more advantageous.

Abstract This paper first analyzes the emotional features of English and American literary works by combining semiotics of interactivity, language class emotional context and thinking operation model. Then, a B-Feature-BP text emotion feature construction model is constructed on the basis of the BRET model combined with the BP neural network, and the emotion features of English and American literary works are constructed by combining semiotics and the thought operation model. Then, based on the multi-task learning method in deep learning, a multi-task MT-GSU model is proposed to classify and recognize the emotional features of constructed text. Finally, the performance of constructing, classifying and recognizing the emotional features of English and American literary works in this paper is analyzed so as to analyze the emotional features of English and American literary works. The results show that the performance of the constructed emotional features is all greater than 0.8, and the emotional features of the characters, the environment, and the whole of the English and American literary works are above 0.87, and the classification time is between [0.338,0.721]s. The intensity of tendency of the characteristics of the emotions of the works of English and American literature is [0.68,0.78], the intensity of stability is [0.6,0.74], the intensity of profundity is [0.71,0.79], and the intensity of efficacy is [0.72,0.82]. This study has a positive impact on the appreciation and translation of English and American literary works.

Abstract This paper researches the teaching reform of the integration of sports and civic politics in the new era, and the addition of sports elements in civic politics education can achieve the mutual integration of the two. A personalized Civic and Political teaching model is constructed by combining the attention mechanism based on a recurrent neural network. Based on the personalized teaching model, a model of students’ academic ability in Civics and Politics is established. The EERNN model predicts the next Civics and Politics test scores and assists teachers in proactively intervening. The path of sports Civics integration is proposed from three aspects: increasing the implementation of sports Civics education, improving the awareness of Civics education of physical education teachers, and supervising the integration of students’ sports Civics thinking. Set up an experiment that compares the cognition of students in the experimental and control classes on health indicators and Civics elements. Analyze the student’s learning behaviors and the results after using the personalized recommendation Civics teaching model. The results of the experiment show that the students’ Civics elements of the seven dimensions improved after the experiment, respectively, by 3.05, 2.17, 3.79, 2.16, 2.67, 3.24, and 2.77. The Civics scores of the students in the experimental class increased from 113.89 to 123.48. The personalized learning model effectively enhanced the effectiveness of students’ civics learning.

Abstract With the goal of exploring the efficiency of the rule of law in rural revitalization, this paper analyzes the governance outcomes of the rule of law in rural revitalization from three aspects: the value of the times, the basic framework, and the mechanism of realization. The process of rural rule of law institutional change can be constructed by analyzing the mechanism characteristics of institutional change. The super-efficient SBM model is constructed based on the DEA method, and the modernization of rural governance capacity is solved by combining the governance theory, so as to achieve the effect of measuring the efficiency of rural revitalization of the rule of law. Improve the accuracy of efficiency measurement by adding the Malmquist index. The efficiency test model for rural revitalization rule of law is constructed to test the effects of rural rule of law. The results show that the epochal value of the rule of law in rural revitalization is mainly reflected in the scientific, digital and normative aspects, and the digital value embodied in the highest proportion of 0.8137, followed by normative, the value embodied in the degree of 0.7908. The content of ecological revitalization rapidly increases from 4 to 70 after the 5th cycle, and the degree of influence peaks in the 12th cycle. The research in this paper provides a new governance direction for the rule of law in rural revitalization, which can further improve the rule of law system in rural areas.

Abstract In this paper, we first used the expected utility function to explore the benefits of urban park landscape construction on residents’ health. In order to reduce the estimation bias caused by omitted variables, the structural equation model with multiple mediators was used to test the multiple health behavior paths of the built environment of urban parks affecting residents’ health. Secondly, landscape ecology was used to reveal the changing law of landscape space patterns in urban parks, and different pattern indices were selected to quantitatively describe the changes in landscape space patterns in parks. Finally, three different types of parks, A, B and C, were selected as case studies to investigate the differences in the health benefits of different types of urban park landscape space for residents. The results showed that the utility model adjusted R2 = 0.2745 and the standardized coefficient beta=0.089, i.e., for every 1 gradient increase in the landscape pattern index of urban park landscapes, the health benefits of residents increased by 0.089 gradients. This study is of great significance for enhancing the health of residents and achieving the strategic goal of ‘Healthy China’.

Abstract In the process of modernization and development, intelligent technology empowers rural tourism, which in turn enables the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. In this paper, a rural tourism recommendation model combined with artificial intelligence technology is constructed, which effectively improves the accuracy and personalization level of tourist attraction recommendation by mining and analyzing tourism data and extracting tourism characteristic factors. Secondly, the random forest classification algorithm is used to establish a random forest preference attraction prediction model, and several recommendation algorithms are combined to design a personalized rural tourism recommendation model to improve the accuracy of tourists’ tourism recommendations. Finally, the countryside around a city is being investigated to explore the modern development of rural tourism and help revitalize rural areas. The results show that the number of people received by rural tourism in City A and the number of tourists received by the province in 2022 is 972 million and 1,424 million more than that of 2014, and the total income from rural tourism in City A and the total income from tourism in the province in 2022 is 724.8 billion and 1,202.02 billion yuan more than that of 2014, and it can be seen that the high level of tourism income maintains a positive correlation with the number of tourists received. It shows that rural tourism improves the overall economic level of the countryside, accelerates the process of social progress in rural areas, and strongly contributes to the modernization and development of rural revitalization.

Abstract The metering accuracy of the voltage transformer is related to the normal operation of the power system, and the metering results can be optimized through the prediction of the error state. In this paper, according to the generation mechanism of the measurement error of the transformer, the maximum information coefficient is used to extract the error characteristic quantity, and the measurement perturbation model is constructed by combining the ambient temperature and the secondary load factor. Due to the specificity of the ambient temperature, a BP neural network is also used to compensate for the temperature of the perturbation model, which prepares for the improved BP neural network based on a genetic algorithm to recognize the error data. Finally, the simulated operation of the three-phase voltage transformer and the measured data of the wiring substation were utilized for validation, respectively. With the help of three-phase CVT simulation, the error change of A-phase simulated CVT amplitude information at the 4001st sampling point is 0.0962%, and the error change of phase information is -4.572′.GA-BP neural network also has high sensitivity to the difficult-to-detect asymptotic error and is able to realize the error calibration of voltage transformer.

Due to the specificity of the ambient temperature, a BP neural network is also used to compensate for the temperature of the perturbation model, which prepares for the improved BP neural network based on a genetic algorithm to recognize the error data. Finally, the simulated operation of the three-phase voltage transformer and the measured data of the wiring substation were utilized for validation, respectively. Abstract In this paper, firstly, on the basis of the traditional hand weaving technique in Lingnan area, modern digital technology is used to integrate it systematically, so as to construct the three-dimensional weaving technique. Secondly, the structural properties of the three-dimensional woven fabrics are investigated through the two-step and four-step weaving methods in terms of the movement trajectories of the three-dimensional woven fabrics within the cross-section. Finally, the basic properties of bamboo weaving materials were analyzed in order to facilitate the force simulation analysis of the obtained morphological model samples of parametric Lingnan region bamboo weaving craft products using the structural simulation analysis software SIM-SOLID. The results show that in the structural force study of bamboo weaving craft products, the equivalent viscous damping coefficient is calculated by taking the first hysteresis loop of each stage of the loading cycle, and its maximum deformation is 0.428 mm, which is 0.003 mm smaller than that of the model with unfixed joints, which indicates that the performance of the Lingnan region weaving technique is optimized obviously by adopting the three-dimensional weaving technique. This paper provides theoretical references for the digital integration of traditional hand-woven techniques and the enhancement of structural properties of woven materials in the Lingnan region.

Abstract In the process of China’s modernization, the organic articulation of the digital economy provides key support. This paper explores the articulation network paradigm of both and proposes a method for building cognitive mapping on a complex network. For the digital modernization industry, the vector representation encoding is completed by using the multi-granularity representation of this paper, and an N-gram encoder realizes the industry entity recognition. A basic idea of relationship template annotation is developed for recognizing entities, and the relationship extraction framework includes three parts: representation learning of templates, quality assessment of templates, and relationship classification model based on template quality. The regression results of the three major economic regions, namely, the eastern region, the central region and the western region, show that the level of digital economy development in the region has a more significant positive effect on the structure of manufacturing output value. The largest regression coefficient is 3.3044 for the eastern region, while the central, western and northeastern regions are 1.85567, 2.45457, and -0.13798, respectively. Through the study of cognitive mapping, the study provides an effective paradigm for Chinese-style modernization.
