Abstract Based on subject knowledge mapping, this paper dynamically collects learning data, portrays learners’ learning situations, and accurately regulates the learning process. Personalized learning path recommendations and learning communities are constructed through learner profiling and learning services. Secondly, structural equation modeling was used to hypothesize the three-level elements of the E-GPPE-C model. Finally, 103 college students in smart teaching classes were taken as research subjects, and the utility of the smart teaching model was analyzed separately through the steps of precondition validation and cross-lag model with random intercepts. The results show that the smart teaching model has β =0.286 for deep learning strategy, β =0.211 for the smart classroom, and β =0.20 for classroom participation, and they accurately indicate that smart teaching has a positive facilitating mechanism on the learning ability of college students. This study also provides a useful reference for the practice of smart teaching in various disciplines in colleges and universities.

Abstract With the goal of improving the ability of higher education management and student cultivation, this paper applies face recognition technology to higher education management and student cultivation and proposes a new model of digital management and cultivation. By analyzing the recognition process of the face recognition algorithm in face detection and combining the data to describe the deformability of the face, a neural network-based face recognition algorithm is constructed. After inputting the face image data, it passes through several convolutional layers, a linear rectification layer and a pooling layer and finally connects to the fully connected layer so as to achieve the effect of face recognition. The results show that the face recognition technology training state accuracy rate in the 0~3000th generation rises sharply, which can be seen in the neural network in 3500 generations around the rise has gradually leveled off in 5000 generations to reach convergence. Strengthening digital management thinking can improve the management effect to a certain extent and improve the management content so as to achieve the specific management effect.

Abstract In this paper, according to the TOF method in the principle of Kinect V2.0 depth measurement, the Kinect data stream can be obtained, which can realize the real-time acquisition of the user’s yoga movement data. On the basis of the extraction of joint motion features, the position of each joint point in the model under the model coordinate system is calculated sequentially using the action redirection algorithm. For the intermittent problem of keyframes in the yoga action screen of the joints, it is necessary to optimize the analysis of yoga action recognition through the action keyframe interpolation method. Starting from the demand for sports yoga teaching, we determine the design scheme of a computer-aided yoga teaching system, realize the design of a computer-aided yoga teaching system based on the system development platform and programming program, and test the performance of the computer-aided yoga teaching system by using simulation analysis. The results show that the yoga movement redirection algorithm, when matching the data information of the same movement, the distance value is 1 to 2 orders of magnitude smaller compared to the matching distance between different yoga movement sequences, and the use of the joint angle value can find out the joints where the trainer’s movement is not up to the standard, and the yoga trainer can reasonably adjust the movement based on the similarity and the joint angle value given by the system to achieve the purpose of yoga training.

Abstract Internet information technology has brought challenges to the integration of college and university Civics in student education and management work, and at the same time, it also provides an opportunity for the integration of information technology. In this paper, on the basis of two kinds of nodes of basic Petri nets, the library and change, we constructed the workflow of identification Petri nets oriented to the education and management of students in the Civic Government of colleges and universities. The workflow engine is designed as the center of gravity of the reference model, consisting of six basic elements of student management. In the information fusion workflow, a multi-source information fusion method based on CNN and LSTM is proposed to further integrate Civics into student education management. The response time of the student management action flow is shorter than the retrieval time based on the original mechanism, and the average response time is reduced by 57.4 ms when the workflow reaches 5000. The fusion of Civic Politics and education management in the context of three-whole-parenting optimizes the management work method.

Abstract This paper utilizes the data mining decision tree ID3 algorithm to improve the traditional ID3 algorithm, exclude the influence of other factors, and realize the decision tree ID3 algorithm by using the data mining decision tree ID3 algorithm in the database of college students’ mental health assessment in the application of mental health assessment in colleges and universities as an example. Among them, the number of nodes, the number of rules, the classification accuracy and the time of constructing the decision tree of the algorithm are compared to verify the improvement effect of the ID3 algorithm. The target dataset consists of psychological assessment data of students, which includes their basic situation and nine-dimensional psychological symptoms. Analyze the recorded data of students’ mental health status, extract the information on personality, parental relationship, economic income, and psychological abnormality, set the decision tree analysis variables, assign the value of students’ health status, and derive the specific factors affecting students’ mental health by using the decision tree If-Then classification rules. The validation results show that the generated decision tree ID3 model cross-validation estimate is 0.261, the standard error is 0.016, and its obtained standard error is less than 0.018, which indicates that the model fits better.

Abstract In this paper, based on digital means and technical philosophy, the histogram algorithm in the Light GBM model is used to calculate the floating point values of the raw data for the analysis of vocational education service for rural revitalization so that each of its features is converted into a histogram. In order to prevent the feature training overfitting problem of the Light GBM model, the LightGBM model is optimized by the iterative tree MPA algorithm, and the prediction model of returning to poverty risk based on IMPA-LightGBM is constructed. Starting from the current situation of vocational education service for rural revitalization, we put forward research hypotheses to realize the research design of vocational education accurate poverty alleviation service for rural revitalization and carry out an example analysis of vocational education service for rural revitalization combined with digital technology. The results show that in terms of model performance, the WAPE values of the return-to-poor risk values obtained from the prediction of the IMPA-LightGBM model are all lower than 5.5%, so the prediction effect is relatively satisfactory, and the return-to-poor risk values of poverty-eradicating households can be effectively predicted. On the practice road analysis, the standard deviation (SD) of the rural revitalization development index in China as a whole decreased from 0.63 to 0.52, which means that the differences in rural revitalization among provinces are decreasing. This study explores the synergistic development of the community of interest between vocational education and rural revitalization through the cultivation of new vocational farmers.

Abstract In this paper, firstly, we propose to use time series analysis to observe the development and change process of social events, using the DF test and ADF test to eliminate the random autocorrelation in order to exclude the interference of white noise series. Secondly, the instantaneous frequency of non-smooth data is defined by analyzing the signal, and the constraints are modified from global constraints to local constraints. The Fourier-transformed eigenmode function is used to satisfy the four necessary conditions of completeness, orthogonality, localization, and adaptability. Finally, the development trend of ethnic folk dances and the change in communication dynamics are analyzed. The results show that the change of language on the spreading attitude of folk dance is 4.381, the change of custom on the spreading attitude is 5.943, the change of culture on the spreading attitude is 10.866, and the change of culture on the spreading attitude of folk dance is the largest, which shows that the development of folk dance away from the development of folk dance is not separated from the support of culture. The study will have a positive impact on passing on the distinctive art of ethnic folk dance and enriching Chinese traditional culture and art.

Abstract In this paper, the transformer target detection algorithm is established by combining deep learning technology, and the Deep algorithm is added on the basis of SORT to optimize and improve SORT and overcome the problems of SORT. After the DeepSORT model is constructed, YOLOv5 is introduced into the model, and finally, the YOLOv5-DeepSORT model for sports element detection and tracking is constructed and completed. The ATT-BERT sports culture element entity recognition model is constructed from four levels: the BERT layer, the BiLSTM layer, the attention layer, and the CRF layer, which results in an application framework for the integration of traditional sports culture into teaching. The influence factors of sports culture perception and sports teaching, as well as the integration of traditional ethnic sports culture into sports teaching in Z, were empirically examined. The study shows that the correlation coefficient between the two is around 0.465, and there is a positive and strong correlation between the two. The correlation coefficients of the dimensions for physical education students and non-physical education students were 0.513, 0.483, 0.485, and 0.462, respectively. The most common teaching methods used by teachers in physical education classrooms integrating traditional sports culture were explanation, demonstration, and complete decomposition, with ratios of 0.78 and 0.7, respectively. The integration of sports culture into physical education has resulted in good results. The outcome was satisfactory.

Abstract In this paper, the kinetic model under the influence of each factor is given by investigating the effects of distribution effect, external diffusion effect and internal diffusion effect on the immobilized pectinase reaction system. The magnetic chitosan microspheres were prepared by the reversed-phase suspension cross-linking method, and the effects of the type and amount of cross-linking agent and the ratio of chitosan to magnetic core incorporation on the performance of the magnetic spheres were investigated. Then, the immobilized pectinase was prepared by using cross-linked chitosan magnetic microspheres as a carrier, and an orthogonal test was used to determine the conditions of immobilized enzyme preparation and to study the enzymatic properties and operational stability of immobilized pectinase. The results showed that the transmittance of the magnetic microspheres of this test increased from 32% to 90.79% in 10 min in a magnetic field, but in a gravity field, the transmittance increased from 32.12% to 46.44% in 50 min. The experimentally prepared microspheres exhibit good magnetic responsiveness. The optimum temperature of immobilized pectinase was 50°C, and the remaining enzyme activity was still 61.24% after 6 repetitions. The magnetic chitosan microspheres were prepared by the reversed-phase suspension cross-linking method, and the effects of the type and amount of cross-linking agent and the ratio of chitosan to magnetic core incorporation on the performance of the magnetic spheres were investigated. Then, the immobilized pectinase was prepared by using cross-linked chitosan magnetic microspheres as a carrier, and an orthogonal test was used to determine the conditions of immobilized enzyme preparation and to study the enzymatic properties and operational stability of immobilized pectinase. The results showed that the transmittance of the magnetic microspheres of this test increased from 32% to 90.79% in 10 min in a magnetic field, but in a gravity field, the transmittance increased from 32.12% to 46.44% in 50 min. The experimentally prepared microspheres exhibit good magnetic responsiveness. The optimum temperature of immobilized pectinase was 50°C, and the remaining enzyme activity was still 61.24% after 6 repetitions. The immobilized pectinase made by crosslinking glutaraldehyde with chitosan magnetic microspheres has a high recovery of enzyme activity and good operational stability, as indicated by this.","PeriodicalId":52342,"journal":{"name":"Applied Mathematics and Nonlinear Sciences","volume":"138 22","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":3.1,"publicationDate":"2023-12-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138598841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
