Abstract This paper uses multiple linear regression model to study the correlation between the ideological and political courses and the construction of university academic style, explores the calculation process of multiple linear regression, studies the impact analysis of linear regression model and the diagnosis of abnormal points, and analyzes the underfitting and overfitting respectively. The linear regression analysis model was used to study the differences in the academic style level of college students of different grades and genders, the correlation analysis of various dimensions of academic style and ideological and political level was carried out, and the linear fit of ideological and political curriculum education and academic style was analyzed by MATLAB to infer the significance level of ideological and political education and academic style. The results show that the correlation coefficient between ideology and politics and the dimension of learning purpose is 0.053, P=0.003<0.05. The correlation coefficient between ideology and politics and learning attitude was 0.239, P=0.008<0.05. The correlation coefficient between ideology and politics and learning effect dimension was 0.682, P=0.018<0.05. The data presented shows that ideology and politics have a significant impact on the construction of academic style.

Abstract In this paper, the forward neural network multi-feature fusion algorithm is used to extract the emotional features of music culture on artificial intelligence technology, considering the diversity and intermittency of the emotional features of the study, which needs to be parameterized. In the forward neural network architecture, the activation value obtained by using the nonlinear activation function is used, and the results obtained are passed to the next layer of data to realize layer-by-layer forward computation, which leads to the back-propagation activation function. The music culture emotion classification model is constructed based on the propagation mode of the forward neural network to determine the emotion recognition process. The research object is selected, the research process is determined, and in order to ensure the true validity of the research, it is necessary to test the reliability and validity of the research design scheme and to develop an empirical analysis of the comparison between popular music and traditional music culture. The results show that on the model, especially in the recognition of sacred, sad, passionate emotion type of music classification accuracy reached more than 88.2%. This paper’s model can improve the classification accuracy of music emotion to a certain extent. In the ontological knowledge analysis of popular music and traditional music culture, all three editions of textbooks show that general knowledge of music is predominant and has a large proportion, appreciation knowledge and extended knowledge are also considerable, and music knowledge is the least and has a small proportion. This study demonstrates the synergistic development of traditional culture and modern popular music, which is of great significance to the development of music education in colleges and universities.

Abstract This paper first analyzes the characteristics and principles of the layout planning of emergency resources, explores the problems of emergency resource layout and distribution planning, and mentions the multi-constraint conditions of layout planning. Then, by describing the layout planning problem of emergency resources under multi-constraints and the related variable symbols, we constructed a two-layer layout planning model of emergency resources under multi-constraints, and after analyzing the particle swarm algorithm, we designed the layout planning model solving process based on particle swarm optimization. Finally, by constructing an emergency resource layout case, the centrality of the emergency resource layout network is explored, and the shortest distance and the best site selection of each emergency resource point corresponding to the demand point are divided. The results show that the structural degree centrality is between [0,0.78], the mileage degree centrality is between [0,1], the flow degree centrality is between [0.1,1], the structural median is between [0,0.32], the mileage median is between [0,2], and the structural proximity centrality and the mileage proximity centrality scores are both within the range of [0,1]. The shortest distribution distance of A, B, C, D, and E is selected to be only 393886m, and the error with the actual is around 0.009, which is able to carry out the layout planning effectively.

Abstract The use of information technology in the teaching of English majors in colleges and universities enriches the teaching means, especially the data mining technology that optimizes the digital teaching method. In this paper, starting from English writing, based on the functional requirements of writing training, we constructed a writing training process and utilized the NMF method to mine and decompose the English news text topics. In conjunction with the writing training, the data mining technology centered on the Rete algorithm was used to carry out automatic diagnosis of English composition on the basis of natural language processing. On the basis of mining and analyzing the English news text, the effect of English writing scoring was compared, and its enhancement effect on English composition was verified through controlled tests. The average writing score of the experimental group was 19.62, of which the full score was 25. The mean writing score of the control group is 16.38, which is 3.24 points lower than that of the experimental group. Significance Sig.=0.0004<0.05, P=0.025<0.05, there is a significant difference in the English proficiency of the two groups of students. Data mining technology enhances the language proficiency of students in English writing.

Abstract In this paper, on the basis of the Unity3D engine, image feature points are coarsely extracted, and a quadtree-based division algorithm is applied to filter the optimal FAST corner points. The fast 3D reconstruction technique is constructed through the construction method of nonlinear scale space similar to scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT), which is layer incremented according to the scale level logarithmic layer. The reconstructed 3D virtual teaching laboratory tool is obtained by importing the matched feature points into the model after the diffusion is completed. Finally, the teaching process and teacher-student behavioral data analysis were conducted for TCM and acupuncture students using the medical aromatherapy experimental course “Clinical Experiment of Aromatherapy for Primary Dysmenorrhea” as the teaching objective. The results showed that the maximum value of iFIAS of the experimental group was 100, and the mean value was 79.35, while the maximum value of technical iFIAS of the control group was only 51.32, and the mean value was 21.34, which was a significant difference between the two. It shows that the teaching method improves classroom learning interest and effect. The purpose of this paper is to provide relevant opinions and references for the future development direction of the combination of aromatherapy teaching and 3D virtual reality.

Abstract In this paper, a music teaching aid is constructed based on the automatic analysis technique of music elements. The auxiliary tool uses constant Q transform and note onset detection technology to process and recognize students’ input audio. The logical operation of music longitudinal structure and spectral structure and the logical conversion of beat and rhythmic time nodes are used to realize the integration of popular music and traditional music teaching informationization. Using two corpora of 22 kHz, the effect of teaching the fusion of musical elements of auxiliary tools was analyzed with the regular transformation of curves in the sound intensity envelope. The results showed that the peaks of the overlap between elements of popular music and traditional music appeared at 56.8 FPs, 148.9 FPs, and 343.7 FPs, respectively, corresponding to the peaks of 48.3 Hz, 59.4 Hz, and 51.6 Hz, respectively. The integration of traditional music culture into popular music teaching was successfully realized. This study effectively examined an effective method and strategy for integrating teaching, which has a positive impact on the promotion and development of traditional music culture.

Abstract This paper first analyzes the status quo of regional economic law coordinated development and draws out the mechanism and characteristics of regional economic law legal imbalance under the perspective of game theory. Then, on the basis of the proximal strategy optimization algorithm, the generative adversarial network is introduced, and according to the auxiliary role of the subjective metric constituted by the generator in the generative adversarial network as the dominance function to provide the real metric, the GAN-PPO algorithm based on the generative adversarial network is constructed to improve the GAN-PPO algorithm. Finally, after evaluating the performance of the improved PPO algorithm, the mechanism and degree of imbalance in regional economic law laws are studied using the GAN-PPO algorithm. The results show that the GAN-PPO algorithm reaches the peak gain at 1,250,000 steps, the peak value of the average reward obtained is 885, and the speed of convergence is improved by 0.42 in the sensitive environment, which realizes the acceleration of the algorithm. In the regional economic law imbalance, the degree of regional economic imbalance is between [0.1,0.48], the degree of industrial imbalance is between [0.08,0.43], the degree of capacity imbalance is between [0.10,0.45], and the degree of information imbalance is between [0.05,0.38], and the regional economic law legal imbalance is obvious, and it needs to be reasonably regulated.

Abstract This paper centers on the logistics and supply chain management of e-commerce enterprises, studies the development mode of e-commerce logistics as well as the logistics process, and constructs a collaborative innovation model of e-commerce logistics integration based on supply chain management. Through the synergistic composite system in the role of management activities, the harmonious coexistence between the various components of the subsystem order parameter in order to achieve the overall effect of the system. The dynamic evolution process of consumers, e-commerce platforms and logistics enterprises is simulated and analyzed, and the optimal decision-making under the integrated collaborative innovation mode is studied. The results show that under the platform warehousing + distribution integration synergy (SP) mode, the double marginal effect is 0.865, and both e-commerce platform and logistics enterprises reach a steady state at 0.723. The purpose of this paper is to propose innovative supply chain management and logistics warehousing solutions that can achieve cross-border e-commerce logistics integration based on supply chain management.

Abstract Government-enterprise interaction is related to the synergistic development of the government and enterprises, and it is also the wind vane of regional economic development. This paper starts with the problems of the government-enterprise interaction mechanism, analyzes the causes of these problems, and constructs a model for government-enterprise interaction based on them. In order to verify the effectiveness of the government-enterprise interaction model, an evaluation index system is constructed to evaluate it, and the entropy weight method and TOPSIS method are utilized to calculate the weights and rank the comprehensive score. Based on the constructed government-enterprise interaction model, this paper utilizes examples to conduct government-enterprise interaction correlation analysis. The results show that the highest mean value of the first-level index in 2010-2020 after solving by entropy weighting method is 0.2829, and the weight of the government purchasing service in 2017-2020 is 0.2059. Among the 10 sample enterprises, the relative posting progress is the highest at 0.5662, and the highest composite score for the level of government-enterprise interaction is 0.52171 points. Under the background of informationization, it is necessary to further strengthen the government’s “delegating-regulation-service” reform, fully do a good job of macro-control in order to guide enterprises to better carry out government-enterprise interaction, innovate the mode of government-enterprise interaction, and fundamentally improve the interactive behavior of the government and enterprises.

Abstract Based on the technology of big data, this paper utilizes the IKH algorithm to study the optimal selection of education of ideologic and politic strategies, and constructs the education of ideologic and politic strategy selection model according to the IKH-PP algorithm according to the positive and negative incentive strategies of education of ideologic and politic and the improved krill swarm algorithm. Starting from the ideological and political teaching objectives, the evaluation system is determined, and the objective function of the education of ideologic and politic strategy selection model of the IKH-PP algorithm is derived by using projection-seeking analysis. Combining the research dimensions and research hypotheses, we complete the design of the ideological and political research in institution of higher education that integrates Marxist ideology, and use statistical analysis to conduct empirical analysis of education of ideologic and politic in institution of higher education. The results depict that on the model, compared with KH-PP, the precision of education of ideologic and politic strategy selection is improved by 3.96% and 4.1%, and IKH-PP can effectively improve the precision of education of ideologic and politic strategy selection. On the analysis of teaching examples, the Sig. Values of all 11 independent variables are less than 0.01, indicating that all 11 common factors show a significant positive correlation with the ideologic and behavioral choices of making ideologic and politic of identifying with the integration of Marxism in the value conflict. This study makes the theory of education of ideologic and politic in institution of higher education richer and better and is of great significance to the development of ideological and political and Marxist ideology integration teaching.
