International business travels (relocation or frequent travels) demand sacrificing not only from the expatriate but also from his/her escorting spouse. Studies reveal that dissatisfaction amongst the escorting spouse is the third major reason attributing to the failure of international assignments (33%). Our hypothesis claimed that escorting spouses in relocation assignments would sense higher levels of sacrifice, compared to short frequent business travels. Results reveal that spouses sense a feeling of sacrifice, however expatriate spouses, endure a wider-range of difficulties, affecting all spheres of life, due to cultural adaptions, and career loss. Another remarkable finding reveals that expatriates believe their spouses sacrificed more than they did. This unique research, which sampled 70 couples, studied the stance of the escorting spouses and expatriates themselves, in relation to the international assignment. Conclusions may thus assist both expatriates and organisations to handle more effectively the ramifications of the international assignments on the escorting spouse.

The aim of this article is to provide a robust tool of a measurement for entrepreneurship education in the Greek context by helping graduates acquire the necessary entrepreneurial skills. As such, we collected data from business administration students at the University of Macedonia in Greece, and applied the Ajzens theory of planned behaviour. We found that entrepreneurship courses/seminars act positively to the students' decision to become entrepreneurs. What is more, based on their beliefs the optimal duration of entrepreneurship courses will be two curriculum semesters. Regarding the gender distribution, we identified that females have strong intention to become determined entrepreneurs. Their skills will be improved through the creation bachelors and masters degrees in entrepreneurship only. Finally, pre-entrepreneurship education, when the youngs are in the age of adolescence (high school level) will help them to acquire more easily the tacit knowledge and necessary skills for the creation of startups.

This study aims to investigate the effect of service trust on fintech use through value congruence as a mediating variable. Writers use women as a sample because women make more purchasing decisions than men. The research method used is the survey method by sending questionnaires to respondents. This study found that women with high service trust will be more encouraged to use fintech. Quality, effective, and efficient fintech will mediate the effect of service trust on fintech use. Writers also found that women who already believe in fintech will immediately be able to increase the use of fintech without mediating value congruence. However, to increase the use of fintech, this study found that it could be done through value congruence. Thus, value congruence has an essential role in increas- ing the use of fintech. Keywords: value congruence, service trust, fintech use, fintech, woman

This study analyzes the information quality, perceived price, and system quality predictors of Shopee customer satisfaction. Also, in this research, we test gender as a moderator construct. This study used 100 samples. Using Smart PLS version 3, we can find that three latent constructs are significant predictors of Shopee customer satisfaction. However, gender as a moderator cannot have a significant effect. For further research, we suggest the additional construct, such as online review to be tested as a predictor.
