The aim of this study was to identify changes in the pattern of movement during performance of the overhead squat, as well as possible differences between the sexes, during a protocol of an extreme conditioning program. The subjects were eleven men (28.6 ± 4.5 years, 85.1 ± 8.4 kg, 1.80 ± 0.07 m, and 13.8 ± 7.7 months of practice) and eleven women (30.5 ± 4.8 years, 68.2 ± 10.36 kg, 1.70 ± 0.05 m, and 20.3 ± 17.01 months of practice), all of whom were extreme conditioning program practitioners. The protocol chosen for the training was the “Nautical Nancy”, which consisted of 5 rounds of 15 overhead squats and 400 meters of rowing. During the exercise, an analysis was performed in which the shoulder, knee, and hip flexion angles were analyzed in the first and last rounds. For men, there were increases of the shoulder and hip flexion angles, while the women showed increase of the shoulder flexion angle and decrease of the knee flexion angle. Changes in technique occurred due to the attempt at self-preservation on the part of the practitioners, when exposed to the protocol, which could lead to increased risk of injury. The objective of the study was to analyze the type of motivation, from the point of view of self-determination, in individuals who sought to practice physical activity in a certain period of their lives and its relationship with sociodemographic and clinical characteristics. This is a retrospective cohort study, with an interval of 12 years. The survey was carried out in 2019 in two moments. Initially, secondary data were collected from 40 individuals enrolled in a gym between 2007 and 2009, then these same individuals were collected primary data. Sociodemographic, clinical and motivational profile variables of the participants were investigated. Of the 40 individuals who participated in the second moment, 35% did not continue to practice physical activity in the last 12 months (Gno), while 65% (Gyes) continued. The results appreciated that Gyes, when compared to Gno, are more autonomously motivated (p < 0.01). The mean external regulation score, however, differs between groups, being higher for the Gno group (p < 0.01, for obese individuals (p < 0.01); in relation to the presence of diabetes (p<0.01) and in relation to the presence of the three diseases (hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia) together (p=0.01). Thus, it is concluded that physically active individuals for prolonged periods are more self-determined for the practice of physical exercises. En la actualidad existe una gran confusión conceptual entre los planteamientos que tienen el juego como referencia, especialmente entre el aprendizaje basado en juegos (ABJ) y la gamificación. Estos surgen con el objetivo de poner el foco del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el alumnado, partiendo de aquello que le es significativo. Dentro del ABJ encontramos los serious games, que son juegos creados con un objetivo educativo en lugar de centrarse únicamente en la diversión, trabajando diferentes contenidos de manera atractiva. En el presente trabajo se describe el serious game analógico Gami-co, implementado en dos cursos de formación de profesorado con el objetivo de conocer los pilares básicos a la hora de gamificar. Tras ello, se presentan las percepciones y valoraciones que los participantes compartieron sobre el propio proceso formativo y el serious game. Se llevaron a cabo diferentes fases en la implementación del mismo, destacando la fase de juego y la fase posterior de reflexión y explicación teórico-práctica, en la que se establecieron las diferencias entre el ABJ y la gamificación, partiendo de la experiencia vivida. Las valoraciones que los participantes compartieron durante la fase de juego y de reflexión denotan el potencial del serious game en la formación del profesorado en activo. Los ejercicios pliométricos, generan cambios en la potencia muscular, lo que resulta acertado para incrementar la distancia que alcanza el cuerpo del nadador antes de entrar al agua. En concordancia el estudio se centró en identificar el valor empírico de un sistema de ejercicios pliométricos para el desarrollo de la potencia muscular del nadador en la ejecución de la técnica de salida. Se asume una investigación correlacional y explicativa o causal, interviniendo 15 nadadores del Club Náutico de Quito, con edad promedio de ±16 años. La propuesta, fue validada mediante un pre-experimento en el periodo de febrero a mayo del 2022 (12 semanas): diagnóstico/ intervención/ evaluación, fases precedidas por una hipótesis de investigación. Se utilizó el test SQUAT JUMP y ABALAKOV, para medir la potencia muscular. Se filmó la ejecución de la técnica de salida utilizando un protocolo de intervención, cuyos resultados se analizaron en el software Kinovea (8.24), evaluando la distancia alcanzada por el cuerpo del nadador antes de entrar al agua. Las variables se correlacionaron en ambos momentos de tiempo utilizando el Coeficiente de Correlación de Pearson, confirmándose una relación lineal positiva perfecta en el pre-test (,962) y en el post-test ,931) verificándose H1 y rechazándose H0. Para la contrastación del pre y post-test se empleó la T-Student, arrojando cambios significativos (p=,000). Se concluye que el sistema de ejercicios pliométrico desarrolla la potencia muscular del nadador en la ejecución de la técnica de salida, incrementándose la distancia que alcanza el cuerpo antes de entrar al agua, comprobándose Hi. Abstract: From international and national agreements, considering the legislation in Chile, Inclusive Education requires having an in-depth understanding of theoretical, normative and legislative constructs so that the teacher can transform and innovate in the school Physical Education class. For this reason, the research question of this review is: How should the appropriation of Educational Inclusion take form for students with Special Educational Needs and living with disabilities when realized by Physical Education teachers? The keywords "Inclusion", "Educational inclusion", "Special educational needs", and "People with disabilities" were used in the Library of National Congress and the Ministry of Education (Chile). Furthermore, decrees and laws were found regulating the teaching profession in school contexts. Finally, school Physical Education teachers must work collaboratively with education professionals if they do not know how to interpret the current regulations that guide their duties. Vital points were evidenced considering the Physical Education initial training, ministerial documents and laws that would allow educational inclusion in the Physical Education and Health class. However, an appropriation of the agreements, regulations and legislation by the Physical Education teacher is even more required.

Furthermore, decrees and laws were found regulating the teaching profession in school contexts. La investigación es una necesidad primordial en la formación de estudiantes, por lo que la vinculación de créditos en el currículo y el aporte de los docentes, son un factor crucial para proyectar acciones que fomenten la investigación innovación y creación artística y cultural, por lo cual se buscó caracterizar la formación investigativa en pregrado desde parámetros relacionados con la investigación de los programas acreditados en áreas afines a la Educación Física en Colombia. Metodología. Enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo y correlacional, visualizado desde los diferentes portales universitarios, la malla curricular y créditos destinados a la formación investigativa, con relación a los docentes se utilizó como herramienta el currículo vitae publicado en el portal de Minciencias de Colombia, el índice H de Google académico y los Ranking internacionales de 2020 para las universidades, los datos se analizaron de acuerdo al tipo de variable con estadísticos descriptivos y de dispersión, con valor p <0,05 se considera estadísticamente significativo. Resultados. Se encontró un promedio de 3,75±1,84 créditos de 98 cursos dedicados a la formación en investigación en pregrado; respecto a la formación posgradual de los docentes, se centra en maestría y doctorado; evidenciando una asociación fuerte positiva (R=0,89) entre la formación docente con la categorización de investigadores y el posicionamiento de las universidades. Conclusión. El perfil de los docentes y su formación permiten fortalecer los procesos investigativos de los estudiantes como también se convierte en una necesidad la difusión de la producción científica en Educación Física para los procesos de calidad académica. Las estrategias de simulación permiten a los participantes experimentar las realidades corporales de las personas con discapacidad, lo que puede fomentar el desarrollo de actitudes positivas que propicien la inclusión. Los programas de sensibilización hacia la discapacidad han incluido generalmente actividades de simulación de la discapacidad física o sensorial, pero en escasas ocasiones se han introducido actividades de simulación de la discapacidad intelectual por ser estas menos evidentes. Este trabajo presenta un cuento motor compuesto por desafíos físicos cooperativos, diseñado para sensibilizar al profesorado hacia la necesidad de atención a la discapacidad intelectual en Educación Física a través de la simulación indirecta de la misma. Asimismo, se evaluaron las conductas cooperativas al ser aplicado en un grupo de maestros en formación a través del diario de seguimiento para Retos Físicos Cooperativos de carácter emocional. La puesta en práctica con docentes en formación mostró que el cuento motor tenía el potencial para generar conductas colaboración y apoyo, aunque se había dificultado la comprensión de las instrucciones de los desafíos que lo componían. En conclusión, la Galaxia Diversa podría ser una herramienta pedagógica útil para sensibilizar hacia la discapacidad intelectual, a través de la simulación indirecta, si se utiliza como pretexto crítico para visibilizar la desigualdad en la que se encuentran cuando no se atienden sus necesidades educativas específicas. La obesidad infantil se está convirtiendo en un problema grave de salud, por lo que es necesario el diseño de programas escolares que den solución a esta situación. Así, el objetivo de este trabajo es diseñar una intervención preventiva de la obesidad infantil en escolares de primaria, centrada en la educación nutricional y el aumento de la actividad física (AF), a través del uso de las nuevas tecnologías como elemento motivador. La muestra está formada por 80 estudiantes del tercer ciclo de Educación Primaria, 38 chicos y 42 chicas de edades comprendidas entre 10 y 13 años. Para el desarrollo del programa de fomento de la AF y de la alimentación saludable, los participantes se dividen en dos grupos que llevan a cabo el mismo programa, pero un grupo además utiliza la aplicación móvil (app) «Class Dojo» como refuerzo del mismo. De esta forma esperamos mejorar el conocimiento sobre alimentación saludable y el nivel de AF de los escolares y que esto en el futuro pueda tener un impacto significativo sobre su índice de masa corporal (IMC). Actualmente, están disponibles en el mercado nuevos modelos de calzado deportivo, como el calzado inestable. Sin embargo, todavía existe una falta de evidencia respecto a los cambios que este tipo de calzado puede producir en la biomecánica de la marcha. Así pues, el objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar los efectos agudos del calzado inestable sobre los impactos de aceleración, así como también sobre la variación de temperatura superficial plantar. Seis deportistas (estudiantes físicamente activos, edad 28±8 años, altura 1.73±0.05 m, masa corporal 68.7±6.7 kg, talla de pie 41±1.6 cm) participaron voluntariamente en el estudio. Las características de la pisada se obtuvieron mediante el test Foot Posture Index. La prueba de marcha se llevó a cabo sobre tapiz rodante (10 minutos a 1.44 m/s) bajo dos condiciones de calzado: zapatillas estables y zapatillas inestables. Se analizaron los impactos de aceleración (en tibia y cabeza), y la temperatura superficial plantar (en antepié, mediopié y retropié) en diferentes momentos de la prueba. Los resultados no mostraron diferencias significativas entre ambos tipos de zapatillas en las variables de acelerometría analizadas en ninguno de los momentos de registro. Sin embargo, sí se encontraron diferencias significativas entre ambos calzados (estable=1.40ºC, inestable=3.10ºC, p=0.004) en la variación de temperatura plantar del mediopié en ΔTPost5 (diferencia entre antes del inicio de la prueba y 5 minutos después de finalizarla). En conclusión, las zapatillas inestables parecen no producir ningún beneficio adicional al calzado tradicional para el deportista durante la marcha. However, there is still a lack of evidence regarding the changes that this type of footwear can produce on gait biomechanics. Therefore, the aim of this research was to analyze the acute effects of unstable shoes on acceleration impacts, as well as on plantar surface temperature variation. Six athletes (physically active college students, age 28±8 years, height 1.73±0.05 m, body mass 68.7±6.7 kg, shoe size 41±1.6 cm) voluntarily participated in the study. Gait characteristics were obtained by means of the Foot Posture Index test. The walking test was performed on a treadmill (10 minutes at 1.44 m/s) under two footwear conditions: stable shoes and unstable shoes. Acceleration impacts (tibia and head), and plantar surface temperature (forefoot, midfoot and rearfoot) were analysed at different moments during the test. The results showed no significant differences between the two types of shoes in the accelerometry variables analyzed at any of the recording times. The main objective of this study was to identify the relationship between performance parameters and the probability that a team will win or lose during regular season games. A retrospective observational study of a professional rugby team with thirty players and sixteen regular season games was conducted. Analyzes included the following metrics: open play carries, winline success, gainline failure, good pass, average pass, bad pass, good kick, average kick, bad kick, effective ruck, ruck ineffective, dominant tackle, neutral tackle, passive tackle, assisted tackle, missed tackle, defender in position, good offload, kick fielded, kick fielded unsuccessful, loose ball, interception, turnover made, line break, yellow card , red card, penalty awarded, try scored, injury, player out, player on, successful kick at goal, missed kick at goal, lineout, lineout won, scrum, scrum won, return to play, ruck speed and tackle completion. No single parameter could be directly related to profit or loss. However, four parameters when pooled could be associated with winning during the analyzed season (r = 0.897, r2 = 0.805, adjusted r = 0.635, p < 0.05): win-line success (p < 0.002), effective ruck (p<0.009), dominant tackle (p<0.018) and assisted tackle (p<0.029).
