Matrix, Kota Malang ABSTRACT Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept aims to create an environment that reduces high dependency on private vehicles and increases the use of public transportation such as buses, trains, and other public transportation through good accessibility to the transit point. This concept relates to efforts to designate mixed land use which is centered on transit points or transportation nodes with easy access to non-motorized vehicles, as well as high levels of density around transit points. Tugu street and Kertanegara street are located west of Malang Kota Baru Train Station. Located in Klojen Subdistrict which is the center of activity in Malang City, the two corridors are surrounded by strategic land uses such as SMA Komplek, Balai Kota Malang, Malang City DPRD Building, and several commercial functions. This study aims to identify the principles of TOD Standard 3.0 and the extent of its application to Jalan Tugu and Jalan Kertanegara. The analysis used is a descriptive analysis of the principles of TOD Standard 3.0 and a comparative analysis with a scoring technique. One instrument that can be used to assess the application of the TOD concept is TOD Standard 3.0, published by the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP). There are 8 principles and 25 matrices that have been determined by ITDP to assess the TOD area. The results of the assessment showed that Tugu Street and Kertanegara Street got a total of 51 points. Sektor perumahan di Kota Purwakarta mengalami perkembangan pesat. Kebutuhan akan lahan untukperumahan menjadi tantangan serius ketika kota dihadapkan pada pertumbuhan penduduk yangsemakin pesat. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menggambarkanperkembangan perumahan terkait luasan, lokasi, serta pola persebarannya secara berkala sampai tahun2010. Analisis intensitas pemanfaatan lahan meneliti efisiensi penggunaan lahan masing-masingperumahan melalui pemeriksaaan kepadatan bangunan dan koefisien dasar bangunan (BuildingCoverage). Analisis tetangga terdekat digunakan untuk mengetahui pola perumahan melaluipenghitungan besarnya parameter tetangga terdekat di wilayah penelitian. Analisis ketersediaan dankebutuhan dilaksanakan rumah untuk mengukur tingkat ketersediaan rumah pada tahun 2010. Overlaypeta menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kawasan perumahan selama 23 tahun hingga tahun 2010mengakibatkan konversi lahan meliputi 2,57% atau 118,76 Ha menjadi kaveling terbangun, 2,23% (103,33Ha) menjadi sarana dan prasarana perumahan, serta 0,11% (5,16 Ha) menjadi lahan TPU. Analisis modelekspresi keruangan kota menunjukkan bahwa Kota Purwakarta berkembang dengan pola ‘gurita’ .Analisis menemukan 38 perumahan yang tersebar tidak merata dan berpola ‘acak’ dengan nilai T/indekstetangga terdekat sebesar 1,05. Analisis intensitas pemanfaatan lahan menunjukkan bahwa hanyaterdapat 6 perumahan yang efisien dalam pemanfaatan lahannya. Pengeloaan, Hutan, Mangrove ABSTRACT The mangrove forest in South Manokwari District has potential that can be developed, however, there are allegations against mangrove forests where the management of mangrove forests is weak, which results in mangrove forest destruction. This research was conducted to identify mangrove forest management in South Manokwari District. Sampling in this study uses snowball sampling techniques and random sampling and is processed using SWOT analysis with IFAS and EFAS calculations. Based on the strategy obtained and referring to internal and external factors, the current condition of the mangrove forest is in quadrant III, which indicates that its condition continues to decline. So the steps taken are implementing the Rationalization strategy, namely suppressing internal weaknesses and taking actions that can increase opportunities to maintain the existence of mangrove forests. The strategy applied was to formulate policies on mangrove forest areas; Build cooperation with institutions in creating the development of mangrove forest areas; Making strategic development plans; Building TPS together with the coastal area of South Manokwari District; Build awareness and responsibility of the community in the form of socialization; Building local wisdom; Build and redevelop existing tourism places to support tourism development in

Logika Fuzzy, Overlay ABSTRACT The presence of West Java International Airport in the Kertajati District has contributed a positive impact on infrastructure development in the region. With the construction of various infrastructures, it is expected that it can increase economic growth. It can be achieved if it is supported by economic activities in the vicinity. The purpose of this study was to identify the suitability of areas for economic activity in the Kertajati, Jatitujuh, and Ligung districts and then to analyze the suitability of these areas to the regional Spatial Plan. The parameters used in this research were road networks, settlements, and the location of existing economic activities. The method used in this research was spatial analysis with fuzzy logic modeling in ArcGIS software. This research resulted in three categories of suitability areas: 'Moderate Suitable', ‘Suitable', and 'Very Suitable'. It was found the location of an area that overlaps with a protected area in the form of a water infiltration area covering 0.55 Km 2 . Trotoar di Koridor Jalan R. Suprapto mengalami permasalahan fungsi. Trotoar selayaknya dimanfaatkan untuk berjalan kaki, namun terdapat kegiatan lain seperti parkir sepeda dan kendaraan bermotor, transit dan pembongkaran barang serta beberapa toko menggelar barang dagangannya. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan lebar ruang trotoar menjadi berkurang untuk pejalan kaki yang akan melintas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan penilaian terhadap kualitas keamanan dan kenyamanan trotoar di koridor Jalan R. Suprapto. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui survey dan kuesioner. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu analisis karakteristik dan aktivitas pejalan kaki, analisis kondisi trotoar yang didasarkan pada persepsi pedestrian menggunakan IPA dan analisis kualitas fisik trotoar menggunakan pendekatan PEQI. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kondisi fisik trotoar di Koridor Jalan R. Suprapto sudah cukup baik dalam memberikan pelayanan keamanan untuk segmen barat dan timur, namun belum optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan kenyamanan bagi pejalan kaki. Tempat sampah adalah variabel yang begitu signifikan dan menjadi prioritas penting dalam rangka peningkatan kenyamanan trotoar di segmen barat, sedangkan keberadaan tempat sampah dan bollard juga menjadi variabel yang sangat signifikan dan menjadi prioritas penting dalam rangka peningkatan kenyamanan trotoar di segmen timur. Kualitas trotoar di segmen barat dan segmen timur memiliki kriteria sebagai trotoar yang bisa diterima oleh pedestrian.

Kurangnya ketersediaan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) publik akibat keterbatasan ruang kota di samping kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap kualitas RTH publik merupakan tantangan yang terjadi di Kecamatan Samarinda Seberang. Kualitas RTH publik yang ada perlu ditingkatkan untuk menciptakan kawasan hunian yang aman, nyaman, segar dan asri. Oleh karena itu, arahan peningkatan kualitas RTH publik berdasarkan prioritas persepsi masyarakat di Kecamatan Samarinda Seberang diperlukan untuk menjawab tantangan yang ada. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian dilakukan 3 tahapan analisis. Pertama, identifikasi pengelompokan persepsi terhadap RTH publik dengan menggunakan analisis cluster. Kedua, dilakukan analisis evaluasi kualitas RTH Publik berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat dengan analisis importance performance analysis (IPA). Terakhir, dirumuskan arahan peningkatan kualitas RTH publik berdasarkan faktor penting yang teridentifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Kelompok 1 diperlukan peningkatan RTH publik pada unsur kenyamanan dan kelerestarian RTH publik yang sudah ada. Di sisi lain, kelompok 2 perlu upaya penghijauan kembali dan konservasi pada jalur hijau yang ada. Meskipun demikian, akibat terbatasnya ketersediaan RTH Publik maka wilayah studi memerlukan peningkatan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam penghijauan kawasan perumahan dengan memanfaatkan kecukupan pengetahuan dan perhatian masyarakat terhadap isu ekologis.

Kualitas RTH publik yang ada perlu ditingkatkan untuk menciptakan kawasan hunian yang aman, nyaman, segar dan asri. Oleh karena itu, arahan peningkatan kualitas RTH publik berdasarkan prioritas persepsi masyarakat di Kecamatan Samarinda Seberang diperlukan untuk menjawab tantangan yang ada. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian dilakukan 3 tahapan analisis. Pertama, identifikasi pengelompokan persepsi terhadap RTH publik dengan menggunakan analisis cluster. Kedua, dilakukan analisis evaluasi kualitas RTH Publik berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat dengan analisis importance performance analysis (IPA). Terakhir, dirumuskan arahan peningkatan kualitas RTH publik berdasarkan faktor penting yang teridentifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Kelompok 1 diperlukan peningkatan RTH publik pada unsur kenyamanan dan kelerestarian RTH publik yang sudah ada. Di sisi lain, kelompok 2 perlu upaya penghijauan kembali dan konservasi pada jalur hijau yang ada. Slum settlements are one of the problems faced by almost all cities in Indonesia and even other developing countries. UU No. 1 of 2011(1) defines slum settlements as settlements that are unfit for habitation due to building irregularities, high building density levels, and the quality of buildings and facilities and infrastructure that do not meet the requirements. The problem that can be caused is creating inadequate settlements to support the survival of its inhabitants, resulting in a decrease in the welfare, quality and quality of life of the community (2). The Balikpapan city government issued a SK Walikota Balikpapan No. 188.45-667 / 2014(3) concerning the Determination of the Location of Slum Housing and Slum Settlements in the City of Balikpapan, there are a total of 282.20 Ha of slum areas spread across 6 urban villages in the city of Balikpapan. One of the areas stipulated in the decree is located in the Keluarahan Baru Ulu(4) , where this settlement is located close to the city center of Balikpapan. In addition, these slum settlements are located along the coast of Balikpapan Bay which has the potential to cause environmental degradation and disrupt the function of transportation facilities for crossing goods and people who are in direct contact with this slum area. As an effort to reduce slum in the settlements, it is necessary to know the causes of the appearance of slums from various potentially influential aspects. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that cause slum in the slum area of Baru Ulu Village by using the content analysis method to analyze the causes of slum in the research location. Through research, it was found that there are 13 factors that affect slum in Baru Ulu based on stakeholder opinion.

Karakteristik, Luas Genangan ABSTRACT The study aims to analyze the characteristics of floods that occurred in Mandong District, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The study used a qualitative descriptive design and survey. The object of analysis is flood classification (flash floods, inundation, and tidal flooding), inundation conditions (inundation height), and causes of flooding. Primary data was obtained in the field, while secondary data was obtained from various sources related to flood events in 2013-2018. This study involved 31 informants. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive and spatial analysis (GIS, namely ArcView 3.2). The results of the study showed that the floods that occurred in Mandonga District were classified as inundation floods. The height of the puddle is between 1-2 m, and the average inundation time is 1 day (during it rains). The cause is the accumulation of high rainfall, river, and poor drainage resulting in the generation of waste along the stream, as well as loss of water absorption due to construction activities (buildings). The area affected by flooding in Mandonga District is around 37.45% of the total area. It is spread across all sub-districts, with the largest area in Labibia Village around 29.10% of the total affected area (416.23 ha), followed by Wawombalata Village at around 23.01%, while the smallest is in Anggilowu Village
