Desa Carangrejo, Kecamatan Sampung, Kabupaten Ponorogo has various tourism potential, such as ricefields, plantations, mountains, and ancestral graves that can be used as icon in term of developing itstourism. Bulurejo as one of the hamlets in Desa Carangrejo has its potential as the central of tourismbecause the ancestral grave of the village’s icon is located there. Besides, Dukuh Bulurejo alsocontinuously produces crops which becomes superior, such as banana, turmeric, and ginger. The methodused by Internship student of UM 2018 in purpose of making Desa Carangrejo to be tourism village is byimplementing village development assistance. The development stage is done in two ways: 1)implementing physical readiness, and 2) implementing potential development by providing training andassistance for community’s empowerment, also independence in developing village’s potentials.Implementation of physical readiness stage is done in the form of giving street name, procurement ofstreet sign, direction sign leading to ancestral grave, and preparing thirty-tree (33) permanent bins that arelocated in some agreed points. Implementation of village’s potential development stage is done bycultivating turmeric and ginger, producing natural soap, utilization banana leaves and bark that was foundand planted in many places but not utilized optimally. Training and assistance programs with the aim ofdeveloping village’s potency was done in order to prepare the village to be the tourism village.

Kebonsari village is the only one location in Sidoarjo that empowers duck farms. This potential is alsoaccompanied by the presence of livestock wastes, one of which is a bad odor that needs handling. It canbe handled using probiotics, either orally (for food) or sprayed on the cage. The purposes of this dedicationis to find out the level of understanding of Kebonsari villagers, especially ducks breeders on probiotics andimprove the quality of dairy farms in the village Kebonsari seen from the aspects of cleanliness and health.This is due to the lack of knowledge of duck breeders in the area to reduce the smell of cattle dung. Thesteps taken are to socialize the way of making and demonstration and monitoring and evaluation. It wasfound that 80% of breeders have skill in duck feeding, 80% said the smell of dirt was reduced significantly,and 80% said duck health improved. Based on this it can be concluded that probiotics are used effectivelyto reduce the smell of dirt and maintain the health of livestock.

Community Service Activities aims to provide assistance by utilizing IT in the realization of Cc5 + values for students of SMP St. Yoseph Lahat. The specific target expected from this activity is the increased ability of junior high school students. Yoseph Lahat in designing and creating interactive IT-based presentation materials to prepare the competition OSTARNAS III. The software used is MS Power Point. Methods of implementation undertaken starting from the determination of partners, justification partner issues, procedures undertaken, work plans, and the expec ted output in the mentoring activities. Outcome of the implementation of this activity is expected: 1)students make presentations about interactive Cc5 + values using IT-based technology, 2) students understand the use of technology in making presentation materials about Cc5 + values as a support for the preparation process of the OSTARNAS III contest, and 3) the students mastered the presentation material on Cc5 + values with the best preparation for the competition OSTARNAS III. The results of the questionnaire stated that the OSTARNAS III advisory activities agreed / benefited by 46.67% and strongly agreed / beneficial to Junior High School students. Training of gratitude is expected to grow these factors. Being grateful can lead to positive emotions that may create acceptance the conditions of self and positive social relationships. This training program was conducted for a full day, including induction and release of negative emotions, lesson about gratitude, mutual influence, contemplation, and pouring a sense of gratitude in writing. Training is given to 37 students of class X at SMKN 31 Jakarta. Pre and post test was conducted before and after training, using VAS (Visual Analog Scale) and PANAS (Positive affect-negative affect schedule). The effect of the training was analyzed by counting the change of mean from pre to post test score for each scale. The result showed that there are an increased of positive emotion score means after the training, from 6.92 to 7.41 for VAS and from 3.53 to 3.81 for PANAS score. Then it may concluded that the gratitude training program improve the positive emotion of the students.

This social responsibility (PKM) activity aims to carry out technical training in the preparation of scientific paper and reference management using the Zotero application in writing scientific paper. This activity is applied to the association of Chemistry teachers in Blitar District. The training and mentoring activities consisted of theory and practice with a composition of 30% for theory and 70% for practice, while the m echanism of the workshop activities included preparation, the seminar, and the training phases. Based on the activities carried out, the results show that the implementation of this social responsibilituy activity went well and smoothly, judging from the fact that most participants were quite able to apply Zotero in making excerpts of scientific paper and enthusiastic participants showed high enthusiasm.

Students are actively demanded such as observing, asking questions, collecting data, associating, and communicating mainly in science learning. However, laboratory facilities in South Surabaya Middle School are known incomplete and some do not even have a laboratory, so as the teacher gives the material using the lecture method. One of the science materials is thermodynamics, especially with regard to calorimeter devices, whose application is about Black Principle. The calorimeter equipment on the market is very expensive, so it is necessary to conduct training and assistance on making simple calorimeter tools bywaste material. The training carried out on the Surabaya South Science MGMP teachers included making calorimeters by used materials, testing tools by practical training, and giving questionnaires in the form of responses and suggestions related to training activities. The results obtained from this activity included the knowledge and skills of the teachers in making simple calorimeter tools of waste material, and positive attitudes from the teachers to apply the tool as a medium of learning in the classroom.

Development on batik production processes inovation including dyeing process and pattern design become one of important factors that increase selling and production. Blitar city has unique batik product namely koi fish batik. The product is less popular among others batik from different city, so training on dyeing process with natural dye are essential to do. The objective of the training were to improve skill of dyeing process. The training for batik tulis group partner which Asih Matahari group included introduction of natural dye for batik dyeing and introduction of eco friendly fixation agent for dyeing process and use of padder tools to improve efficiency of dye coating process. The result of the training showed that batik group can use natural dye and do the dyeing with fixation agent Chitosan . Response of the training member showed high enthusiasm and interested toward training..
