ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA FISIOLOGI PADA PROSES PRODUKSI PEMBUATAN RUMAH BONEKA DENGAN PEKERJA PENYANDANG DISABILITAS 对带有残疾工人的玩偶住房生产过程的生理负荷分析

PT RB merupakan perusahaan UMKM yang memproduksi rumah boneka berbahan dasar kayu. Posisi kerja seluruh operator dilakukan dengan kondisi jongkok, duduk di lantai dan duduk di kursi roda tanpa meja. Semua akivitas operator tersebut mengakibatkan kelelahan dengan tingkat denyut jantung yang tinggi. Kegiatan produksi di PT RB dilakukan sekitar 8 jam/hari. Operator yang mengalami kelelahan secara fisiologi (fisik) dapat menyebabkan penurunan pada produksi, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran beban kerja secara fisiologi dan analisis terhadap proses produksi perusahaan. Adapun data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data pengukuran metabolisme tubuh untuk menilai beban kerja. Adapun data Primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari: 10 denyut nadi pada pekerja produksi rumah boneka kepada 8 operator dengan 6 stasiun kerja. Konsumsi energi terbesar dialami oleh operator pada stasiun kerja pengamplasan (41Kkal/jam). Sedangkan nilai yang paling rendah terdapat di stasiun kerja pembuatan pola (2 Kkal/jam). Pekerjaan ini tergolong kedalam beban kerja ringan dikarenakan lebih kecil dari 100-200Kkal/jam.Kata Kunci:Beban Kerja Fisiologi, Rumah Boneka, Disabilitas
PT RB是一家制造木制娃娃屋的UMKM公司。所有操作员的工作姿势都是蹲着,坐在地板上,坐在没有桌子的轮椅上。经营者所有的行动都导致了高心率的疲劳。在PT RB里,每天大约有8个小时的生产活动。物理疲劳的经营者可能会导致生产下降,因此有必要对公司生产过程进行生理学测量和分析。研究中使用的初级数据包括代谢数据,以评估工作负荷。至于本研究中使用的主要数据,则来自娃娃制造工人的10次脉搏,以及6个工作站的8名操作员。最大的能源消耗发生在装配站的操作员(41Kkal/ hour)。而最低值是模式生成工作站(每小时2公里)。这项工作是轻的,因为它的重量小于每小时100-200公里。关键词:生理负荷、玩偶屋、残疾

There are many ways and approaches that can implement by manufacturing companies, one of which is implemented by PT Yanmar Diesel Indonesia, which produces diesel engines that are applied to agricultural, marine and heavy equipment industries. At this time the company has not measured the level of productivity of the products produced so that the company cannot implement appropriate and efficient resource planning. Therefore to measure productivity and efficiency of Yanmar's diesel engine this study will use quantitative productivity measurements. The variables that will be analyzed in productivity measurement are inputs (purchase) in this case component purchasing, and output (sales) in this case in the form of sales of Yanmar diesel engines. All measurements are carried out within a certain period of time which includes labor costs, maintenance and energy. Sales and purchases are one of the dominant factors to determine the level of productivity and efficiency of a product other than the other supporting factors, labors and capital. After calculating using partial productivity in short term productivity, the average level of productivity is obtained, which is around 5.

Cloud Computing is one of the latest web-based information technology that provides services that are able to provide sources of information and services. Now with the development of mobile technology that supports and with the industrial revolution has supported mobile computing everywhere with cloud computing technology. The development of the cloud is very fast and there are many cloud facilities scattered today. This study analyzes Cloud Computing in a comparison of Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, and Google Drive so that users can distinguish and compare cloud computing and their respective uses. The results provide or describe the differences so that the use of the three cloud computing can be maximized. As a consideration towards the industrial revolution 4.0 all cloud-based activities and supporting the internet of things. Nowadays, many popular and popular cloud computing is used, spread almost in every handset used by the community, knowing the detailed functions are expected to provide convenience in the support of the industrial revolution in the new phase at this time.
