The aim of this study is to evaluate the noteworthy impact that tourist experiences and unauthorised charges have on the inclination to return to the tourism region of Cipanas. The sample consists of 100 respondents, which were collected using purposive sampling technique. The type of research conducted is quantitative, where the researcher distributed interval-scaled questionnaires to visitors and the data was subjected to analysis through the application of multiple linear regression using SPSS. as a research tool. Based on the discussion and analysis, the regression model in this study is Y = 4,443 + 0,041X1 + 0,05X2, where the regression model has a positive value, indicating that the influence of tourist experience and illegal fees on the intention to revisit is positive. Based on the partial test results, it can be inferred that the tourist experience has a notable and affirmative impact on the willingness to revisi, as seen from the results of the tourist experience variable with T-count (3.680) > T-table (1.661) and sig value < (0.05). However, the illegal fees variable has T-count (0.190) < T-table (1.661) and sig value > (0.05), which means that the illegal fees variable has no significant impact on the willingness to revisi. The simultaneous testing results indicate that both variables have a significant impact on the willingness to revisit, as seen from the F-count value (7.599) > F-table (3.090) and sig value (0.001) < (0.05). The analysis of determination shows that the contribution of tourist experience and illegal fees on the intention to revisit is 0.118 or 11.8%, which means that visitor satisfaction does not depend on tourist experience and illegal fees alone. he remaining 88.2% can be attributed to other factors that were not examined in this study, such as tourism attractions, ease of access, accomodation, and others. Keywords: tourist experience, illegal fees, revisit intention.

Kuta is a region located in Badung Regency, which has the highest number of workers in the tourism industry in Bali. Despite this, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant economic impact on both workers and tourism operators in Kuta. This is evidenced by reduced working hours, layoffs, closures of tourism-related businesses, and slowdown in the economy in Kuta. The objective of this study is to explore how tourism industry players in Kuta have conducted their activities before, during, and after the pandemic. The study adopts a qualitative research methodology, utilizing in-depth interviews with tourism actors and workers in Kuta from various backgrounds, such as hotel owners, surfing instructors, hotel staff, guest house and laundry owners, travel agents and tour guides, online motorcycle drivers, motorbike rental owners, and souvenir traders. The findings of the study reveal that every business actor and worker in the tourism sector has their own approach to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: tourism resilience, covid-19 pandemic, tourism workers, Kuta Bali.

Advances in technology affect consumer communication to influence other consumers through electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM). Compared to commercial advertising, e-WOM is considered as a more credible source of information to influence purchasing decisions, especially in the tourism sector, which is an intangible sector. This study aims to provide a comprehensive description of the influence of eWOM and the tourism industry. To achieve this goal, a systematic literature review was conducted on 30 previous studies indexed by Scopus. From the results of this study, the definition of e-WOM is defined as positive or negative reviews from consumers regarding their experience consuming products or services published via the internet. Quantity, quality, trust, and credibility are e-WOM factors that affect a person's intention to visit a tourist destination. Meanwhile, the impact of e-WOM which consists of cognitive, affective, and normative also influences one's intention to visit. Satisfaction, comfort, and experience are the motivation for consumers to spread e-WOM. Keywords: e-WOM; tourism; systematic literature review.

Tourism is considered one of the great opportunities in development. However, it needs to be remembered that tourism will invite large capital to enter, which can produce other consequences. Community-based tourism is one model that is expected to accommodate local interests and involvement. Indonesia is promoting this activity in the form of Desa Wisata and several other forms. Based on this debate, a study was conducted that identified community-based tourism activities in Pasir Angling Village, West Java. It was found that tourism activities carried out by the community are a form of community-based tourism. In this study, it was concluded that the fulfillment of most of the indicators indicated that there were community-based tourism activities. This research implies that the activities carried out are indeed potentially very good with a note that this activity is a development activity, not the main one. In addition, the distribution of resources owned by the community can be used as new potential as a form of income diversification. Another important thing is that capital and financial results are not very important with the togetherness built by the whole community. This research was taken from the perspective of the researcher as a tourist. Thus, it has not measured the actual impact of the implementation of community-based tourism activities in Pasir Angling Village. Future research is very open to be carried out. Keywords: community based tourism; sustainability; Indonesia.

Humans are ancient creatures who live in the modern era; human evolution is closely related to the evolution of the natural surroundings. The concept of human connection to nature tradition of going into the forest is known almost throughout Asia by various names; in Japan, the ancient tradition of forest walks to reduce tension and mental fatigue is called Shinrin-yoku, translated in English as Forest Bathing. In ancient Bali, there was a tradition of spending one of the four stage of live (catur asrama) dealing with the forest, known as Vanaprastha. Bali have a great potential to develop eco-tourism and has no shortage of wellness retreats. This qualitative exploratory study, attempts to synthesize the concepts of forest bathing, ecotourism, wellness, and vanaprastha, as an initial proposal to mini theory development, with a typical qualitative approach adopting the five-phased cycle of data compilation, disassembling, reassembling, interpreting and concluding. Utilizing manual data analysis procedures. This study manages to disassemble concepts of the phenomena, subtract them down into distinctive elements, then reassemble the intersected elements into themes, to be then made into compounds to be interpreted and arranged as a new concept of sustainable nature and forest-based tourism aimed at improving the health of tourists through cultural healing while accelerating the capacity building of the host community on economic sustainability – practices that are geared towardslong-term economic growth, which minimize adverse impacts to social, environmental, and cultural aspects of the community. The latest phenomenon that has arisen from the rapid development of technology in the culinary business is that people can order food directly via smartphones and receive orders delivered by courier services, all of which are combined in one mobile application. According to an Australian research institute, 55 million Indonesians buy food at fast food restaurants and family restaurants. This indicates that many people prefer to order food rather than cook it themselves for practical reasons. This study aims to determine the behavior of fast-food restaurant customers in Batam City after the Covid-19 pandemic by considering 4 variables, namely atmosphere, service quality, food quality and price. A sample of 210 people in this study were residents of Batam City who had visited fast food restaurants. This study uses primary data collected by distributing questionnaires in Google form format. Distribution media include Whatsapp, Line, and Instagram. Tests carried out using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the price and atmosphere variables have a significant effect on behavioral intentions. On the other hand, the variables of food quality and service quality do not show a significant effect. Keywords: atmosphere, quality service, food quality, behavioral intention.
