The analysis of data on differential gene expression with the isolation of the main signaling pathways in endometrial carcinoma and rare forms of cancer of the uterine body was carried out in the article using of bioinformation technologies and, through subsequent genetic and histological studies, the expression activity of the identified genes was compared with the morphological type of tumor. Real-time PCR was used to assess gene expression in tumor cells. It was found that the expression activity of genes differed depending on the histological type of the uterine body cancer.
