The aim of the article was to substantiate the transformations of the conceptual foundations of sustainable development of territories during the period of post-war ecological restoration of states. The main methodological tools were the methods of modelling, experiment, and morphological analysis. The research showed that countries faced a globally important task in the ecological restoration of territories in the post-war period. The destruction of the environment and its pollution caused by military actions sharply reduce the positive indicators of the state of the environment. It was proved that sustainable development goals act as effective vectors for improving the state of the environment in the period of post-war ecological recovery. The implementation of ecologically significant actions during the post-war ecological recovery in Bosnia and Herzegovina shows that this process is complex and difficult. The problems of contradictory decisions, corruption, and lack of transparency should be considered. The environmental strategy of BiH ESAP 2030+ of Bosnia and Herzegovina, developed by the SDG, can be an example of the corresponding legislative regulation in Ukraine. The UNDP’s project Sustainability of Protected Areas (SPA) implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the context of popularizing ecotourism is also worth noting. A similar project can be implemented in Ukraine in the context of sustainable development of the country during the period of post-war ecological restoration. The main long-term problem in the territory of Ukraine is the demining of regions, which will also determine the terms of implementation of recovery procedures.

The aim of the study was to obtain potential indigenous rhizobacteria as growth promoters and adaptive to saline soils. The isolate was isolated from the saline soil rhizosphere on the coast in the North Konawe district. The study was conducted at the Agronomy Unit Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University from April to September 2022. The study was arranged based on a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 19 test isolates. The isolates were tested for their effectiveness in increasing the viability and vigor of tomato seeds. The test was carried out using a seed biopriming technique, then the seeds were germinated using a standard germination procedure. The observed variables included maximum growth potential, seed germination, vigor index, seed uniformity, relative growth rate and T50. The results showed that seed treatment using rhizobacteria isolated from saline soil significantly increased tomato seeds' viability and vigor, as seen in the variables of maximum growth potential, germination, vigor index, relative growth rate and reduced T50. From this study, 6 isolates were selected which have the potential to stimulate the growth of tomato seeds, namely KNU2, KNU3, KNU8, KNU13, KNU15 and KNU17. Further research is needed to test the effectiveness of this isolate in increasing the growth and yield of tomato plants under salinity stress conditions in the field.

Sustainable development comprehends the balance between human activities and the environment. Today, more than ever, the need to act with respect for the environment and the urgency in recognizing that we belong to the planet, and not the other way around, have accelerated and generalized the demand for information about environmental sustainability, economic and social concerns, and the discussion about which Humanity should adopt paths to save the species. The United Nations 2030 Agenda recognizes access to information as a critical goal in the Sustainable Development Goal of promoting peaceful and inclusive societies, access to justice for all, and building effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels. In a global and inclusive society, people's access to information and the need to protect fundamental freedoms is necessarily the founding principle of the path to achieving global sustainability. The understanding of the world and society has always been founded on the study of the past, the knowledge of history, traditions, and memory. Only knowledge of memory allows us to know where we come from and to determine where we are going. Memory, which is nothing more than informational heritage, a generator agent of value and distinctive identity, is essential to create, distinguishing, and enriching socioeconomic activities based on the realities of the environment and local cultures towards socioeconomic and environmental sustainability and inclusion. In this paper, we intend to highlight the crucial role of information professionals in sustainable development, as they play unique and privileged roles in the preservation of people's identity and culture, as well as in the collection, research, processing, protection, promotion, enhancement, and transmission of information, which guarantee the viability of Humanity's cultural heritage and access to information as one of the goals of sustainable development.

This article provides information on the types of plant bugs, their damage, and measures to combat them in cotton agrobiocenoses of Uzbekistan. As a result of the conducted research, 15 species of bugs, of which Eurystylus bellevoyei (Reuter, 1879) species were identified for the first time in the cotton fields of Uzbekistan. In special experiments in the cages, it was determined that when 100-150 bugs correspond to 100 cotton plants during the vegetation stage of the cotton plant, cotton yield decreases to 32.3-36.4% owing to the effect of alfalfa bug (Adelphocoris lineolatus) and 8.6-13.5% owing to the plant bug (Lygus. protensis). If cotton is infected with a cotton shredder bug (Creontiades pallidus) in the early period (June), the yield of cotton decreases from 61.6% to 88.9%, if there are 30 to 150 plant bugs per 100 cotton plants. If it is infected later (July-August), the yield of cotton decreases from 38.0 to 50.2%. If fine fiber cotton is damaged by bugs (100-150 specimens per 100 cotton plants) during the vegetation stage, the cotton yield will decrease by 55.5-65.3% compared to the control variant. The most effective drugs against plant bugs are: Safegor, 40% (98.3%), Ribo Super, 25% (93.4%), Transform, 50% (92.5%), and Mosetam 20 (82.8-81.9%). Arvilmek 1.8 (active substance- abamectin), Lead, 5% (substance-pymetrozine), Imido Star, 20% (imidacloprid) were found to have unsatisfactory (below 70.0%) results against cotton bugs.

The landscape genes are born from the genetic concept of biology and can play an active role in the internal mechanism and external expression of the spatial characteristics of traditional settlements. The landscape genes are the key elements to distinguish the characteristics of each type, and the emphasis on the causes of the evolution of material forms and spatial and temporal conditions can, to a certain extent, effectively help to study the regular characteristics of the traditional village landscape. Based on landscape genes, this paper studies the spatial characteristics of traditional villages and their inheritance and protection mechanisms, to construct a traditional village landscape genetic system and verify its scientificity by taking Huizhou traditional villages as an example. In order to provide some reference for the study of spatial characteristics of traditional villages and the inheritance and protection of traditional villages.

Maximizing zakat is one of the endeavors of the Indonesian government in alleviating poverty. However, the manual procedures used in the zakat management system are a hindrance because it takes too long to process data collection and distribute received zakat funds. The purpose of this research is to develop a zakat-recording application that is automatically and continuously synchronized across all user interfaces. Therefore, it can aid in ensuring that the worthiest or Mustahik are properly receiving zakat from the Muzakki (zakat payers) and that all transactions are legitimate. The research procedure used was the development of the Extreme Programming (XP) approach. The number of research subjects involved was 255 people, consisting of zakat ambassadors, group managers, area managers, local committees (called Panzisda), regional committees (called Panziswil), and institutional committees. With the assistance of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), an evaluation of the newly developed system was performed. The findings of the evaluation of the system development demonstrate that users have provided satisfactory evaluations on several characteristics, including attractiveness (1.72), accuracy (1.75), efficiency (1.55), dependence (1.50), stimulation (1.72), and novelty (1.03). All of the data indicates positive evaluation results, which means that the developed application can be utilized to facilitate the process of zakat data recording and verification.

Public transport is considered important to reduce air pollution. For this reason, it is very important to have efficient public transport lines. The purpose is to analyze 15 public transport lines in Albania by using the DEA model. The analysis is based on information about citizens' perceptions of five attributes (frequency, cleanliness, possibility to find a seat, punctuality, and ticket price) of public transport lines. The information is provided by conducting a survey of 120 users of public transport lines. The results indicate that it's important to improve some attributes to increase the use of public transport.

The purposes of this research were to study the relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance, and the relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance which was moderated by sustainability disclosure. The accounting firm's performance was measured by return on assets (ROA), and the market firm's performance was measured by Tobin's Q. Sustainability data were collected according to GRI Standards. The intellectual capital was measured by value-added intellectual capital (VAIC). The sample included 185 firms from three industries; agriculture and food, technology, and service industry listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand from 2018 to 2020. The results showed that intellectual capital had a positive relationship with accounting performance and market performance. When the moderating role of sustainability disclosure was examined, it was found that sustainability disclosure positively moderated the relationship of value-added intellectual capital (VAICTM) on market performance (Tobin’s Q) at a significance level of .05. The results showed that intellectual capital influenced firm performance and enhanced firm efficiency, particularly when firms paid attention to sustainability disclosure.
