Although many studies on entrepreneurship learning have been conducted, no ethnopreneurship-loaded entrepreneurial learning module uses virtual reality media. This research aims to develop an entrepreneurship learning module with Virtual Reality-assisted Ethnopreneurship. This study adopted the research development of the Borg and Gall model using four stages (data collection, planning, product draft development, and field trials). The data was collected through instruments that included a literature review, an expert validity test, and a questionnaire followed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that developing entrepreneurship learning modules containing Ethnopreneurship assisted by Virtual Reality was effectively used in learning to increase entrepreneurial intentions. Research implications and recommendations are also discussed for future research.

The 2007-8 financial crisis and the 2016 technology disruption have motivated investors to be more aware of the financial performance of the banks in Indonesia. This study attempts to examine the strength of market risk post the financial crisis and financial technology disruption. To our knowledge, this is the first study to examine the advancement of market risk in the Indonesian banking industry following the crisis and disruption. Literature has shown that the role of market risk in other countries accentuates after the crisis. Using panel data from forty-nine banks listed in the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2009 – 2020 period, this study concentrates on the role of Market Risk Indicators (MRIs) in financial performance. The findings suggest that MRIs alter the profitability indicators. The effect of MRIs becomes more robust as moving further away from 2007. Additionally, there is no evidence that NIM has become a tool to manage risk.

Antifouling management for aquaculture cage nets has developed over the years to reduce the costs of cleaning the nets and minimize the damages caused to the nets by the encrustation of benthic organisms. There have been various approaches to this end such as using toxic paints (TBT-SPC, etc.) and nanomaterial coatings, mechanical cleaning using brushes, and constructing the net using copper alloys instead of nylon (or other) material, etc. We designed and constructed experimental fish farm nets substituting Dyneema® fibers with uncoated copper wire 0.15-0.2 mm in diameter by 5%, 10%, 20%, and 40% and deployed them in a commercial operating fish farm for almost 7 months. We examined their antifouling performance based on the percentage of mesh openness remaining by the end of the experimental period. The results showed that the antifouling performance increased with copper substitution level and peaked at a level of 29.79% and maximum mesh openness at 46.5%.

The purpose of this study is to test the effects of the relationship between work–family conflict and family–work conflict on work–life balance and of the relationship between work–family conflict and family–work competition and work–life balance on demographics. Participants of this study were 112 employees of government-owned banks in Indonesia. The data were primary data collected using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Pearson product-moment correlation. The study results found that work–family conflict and family–work conflict are negative and significant on work-life balance. Matches based on deadlines, stress levels, and behavior negatively impact work-life balance. Work-life balance was strongly associated with temporal conflict. The differences between work-family conflict and family–work conflict were insignificant when considering gender, but there was a significant difference when considering age. The conflict between work and family substantially impacted educational attainment and length of employment, but the opposite battle (family work) was insignificant.

The purpose of this study was to investigate global warming awareness among Applied science Private University students. A total of 365 students were tested using a questionnaire covering four aspects of global warming including causes, effects, evidence, and solutions. The study included students of science and humanities faculties in all academic years of both sexes, and a significant dependency ratio (p < 0.05) was recorded. The results showed that female students had greater knowledge of the global warming effect than male students, that academically superior students with excellent grades had more knowledge of the four aspects covered by the questionnaire than their lower-level peers, and that students from science colleges were more familiar than humanities students with the causes. and solutions related to global warming. In addition, students who received environmental development courses at the university were more knowledgeable than the rest of the students about the effect, cause, and evidence of global warming, which indicates a direct positive effect of university education.

This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This study looks at the impact of tourism, foreign direct investment, and institutions on economic growth in ASEAN. The scope of this research is 10 ASEAN member countries from 2003-2021. This study uses five independent variables: international tourism receipts, Feign Direct Investment (FDI), the rule of law, government effectiveness, and regulatory quality. The dependent variable is GDP as a proxy for economic growth. The data used is secondary data sourced from the World Bank. The analytical method used is the panel data regression analysis method. Based on the results of this study, it was found that international tourism receipts, foreign direct investment, the rule of law, government effectiveness, and regulatory quality together affected GDP as a proxy for economic growth in ASEAN countries in 2003-2021. Partially, international tourism receipts, the rule of law, and government effectiveness positively and significantly affect economic gr. In contrast, FDI and regulatory quality have yet to influence economic growth in ASEAN countries from 2003-2021.

The logistics system serves all areas of life it has a direct impact on ensuring national security. Except for the number of specific risks that logistics naturally faces, it is one of the first to feel the negative consequences of global crisis phenomena. A large-scale military invasion was the most significant test for the logistics system of Ukraine. So, the article aimed to evaluate the financial indicators of logistics companies to determine their ability to adapt to the restrictions imposed by military operations. The research involved the following methods: analysis of coefficients, taxonomic analysis, and matrix analysis. The study found that the studied companies have insufficient adaptation potential in the field of finance. It was determined that the low values of the adaptation potential are associated with the insufficient level of liquidity, financial stability, business activity, and profitability of the studied logistics companies. The main problems are caused by insufficient working capital to cover the current debt, low level of financial stability and independence, diversion of funds, and low profitability.

The purpose of this study is to summarize and critically analyze research on the role of entrepreneurship education on students' interest in entrepreneurship in higher education. Specifically, our article focuses on the view of goals, patterns of placement, and theoretical basis used in entrepreneurship education research and entrepreneurial interest. This publication showcases 15 articles published on Scopus within the last three years providing a systematic review with PRISMA guidelines (preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses). Our study shows that most of the related research analyzes the influence of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial interest whereas, only a small proportion of research developed an entrepreneurship education model for entrepreneurial interest but has yet to reach the practical stage. As a result, authors suggest that it is necessary to conduct research on entrepreneurship education based on a sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem, namely the development of a comprehensive entrepreneurship learning model that enhances the collaboration of theoretical learning and direct practical learning thus, achieving a future continuity of programs fostering student interest in becoming an entrepreneur.
