Introduction: This paper deals with the renovation process of the President’s Palace in Kazakhstan. Diversity is one of our main features expressing the nationwide experience along with its successes and failures. The spatial quality of some public spaces provided them permanence and "sustainability". The aesthetic values of architectural and urban spaces are often determinant factors for urban environmental quality. In fact, our research strategy combines the study of spatial practice and usage with the analysis of design quality. The rejuvenation of urban spaces is a promising experience contributing socially, economically, and physically to regenerating the local urban environment and leisure activity. Sustainable urban development provides city designers with criteria of social and ecological rationality that are different from those available in the market. Consequently, the concept of sustainability becomes the keystone of the urban development process. Materials and Methods: This paper puts forward a question about the global features of a public park and continues the discussion on keeping a balance between local architecture and the global ‘public park making’ trend the method employed is qualitative interviews, observations, and walking tours with public space users. An amount of data is collected for environmental assessment. Results and Discussion: The renovated park shows the new way public space is oriented. In President's Palace, a new logic of urban publicity was assembled and built into the landscape. we analyzed the social and technical means. New public spaces of this sort promulgate a conception of the public that not only combine with discourses of democratization, citizenship, and self–development and is connected ever more firmly to consumption and commercial. Conclusions: We also do research on the global features of a public park and discuss keeping a balance between local architecture and the global public park-making trend, as well as public facilities and profit, and the role of nature as a universal remedy and tool in reshaping the image of cities.

Introduction: The study aims to determine the main trends in the formation of business centers in Kazakhstan’s two largest cities, Almaty and Nur-Sultan, and to develop the main city planning and architectural recommendations for improving the network of business centers and their maintenance. Materials and Methods: The study’s systemic and complex research methodology allows it to look at business center issues from a variety of perspectives, including economic, socio-political, legislative, urban planning, and innovation. This approach allowed the architecture of business centers to be highlighted as a dynamic, interrelated process that represents the state’s economic power and prestige. Results and Discussion: The identification of trends in the development of business centers as the main type of commercial real estate is intrinsically linked to their natural qualitative growth and structural metamorphoses, transforming future cities into business cities, business parks, business incubators, and eco-towns. Conclusions: The study revealed that a specific feature of the business center is the distinction in its space-planning structure of the recreational and communicative block of premises and rooms into a separate independent functional block, which, both locally and dispersed spatially, carries an ideological and logical practical load and is a functional space for a multi-purpose business building.

Introduction: Nowadays, the concept of “safe city” has become one of the topical issues of scientific research in many areas of human activity. Besides architects, designers, and builders, IT specialists are actively involved in creating a safe urban environment. A safe city very often involves the construction of a complex distribution system, which is capable of integrating heterogeneous elements of the urban environment, such as residential utilities, highways, strategic facilities, into a single managed structure. In the architectural and design activities, methods of designing the safe environment are well known, which facilitate the creation of open spaces, the creation of comfortable redevelopment of urban voids, etc. Thus, it can be argued that many existing problems of urban environmental safety are being successfully addressed. Nevertheless, the current trend of urbanization and the consequent increase in the population of agglomerations, the construction of high-rise buildings, the development of infrastructure, the formation of new areas and entire cities lead to other problems with urban safety or require the review of existing methods. In this regard, it is of great interest to identify categories of topical problems and methods of the study and the implementation of the principles of urban environmental safety. This study is aimed to identify the safety categories, methods of their realization, and the effectiveness of the methodological features of scientific research on a safe urban environment. Materials and Methods: The research method is based on the study of scientific articles in the post-pandemic period. Results and Discussion: The result of the study is the systematization of typological features of scientific research methods and obtained results in the organization of a safe urban environment. Conclusions: These results could form the basis for an action plan aimed at creating a safe urban environment for all categories of people. Such measures should be developed at the regional level to assess the territory’s security.

Introduction: In 1991, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the history of Soviet art should be rewritten. Analysis and historical narration should be carried out by the cultural field of the country, in accordance with the real process – this is the persistent study of the academic circles of Central Asia over the past 30 years of independence. One of the important issues is to find the source of contemporary art in Central Asia and reshape the history of contemporary art in Central Asia. Materials and Methods: The authors outlined the general context of the history of art in Central Asia in the article. In addition, it was considered as part of the history of the art development of the Silk Road, which itself violated the boundaries of the regionalization of cultural identity, as well as necessary to change the knowledge of the history of contemporary art in Central Asia from the “Eurocentric approach” to correspond to historical fact. Results and Discussion: Central Asia has ethnic groups living across borders and has a long history of exchanges along the ancient Silk Road and cultural factors shaped by two-way feedback. Conclusions: The study of the history of contemporary art in Central Asia is of strategic importance with a global historical perspective.

Introduction: The article deals with the issues of protection against noise and vibrations of engineering equipment, which spread into the residential area through ventilation shafts, and the problems of bringing noise to standards during the operation of diesel generators. The purpose of this work was the development and implementation of methods and means to reduce the vibration levels of the walls of the technological room in which the diesel generator set was installed. Materials and Methods: The article presents studies using computational and graphical and resonance and statistical methods. Measurements of the noise level from the operation of a diesel generator located on the site of the residential buildings under consideration, as well as in residential premises, were carried out. Results and Discussion: The estimated calculation showed that the noise levels on the territory do not meet the requirements of sanitary standards. The results of measurements of the sound pressure level before and after noise protection measures for an individual living space gave an assessment of the qualitative and quantitative ratio of the accepted and new types of measures and materials. Conclusions: The effectiveness of vibration isolation of engineering equipment depends on the applied vibration isolation scheme; the wrong choice of vibration isolation scheme can lead to an uncontrolled increase in the amplitude of vibrations of the foundation of engineering equipment. To eliminate low frequencies, it is necessary to install vibration isolating supports under the foundation of the diesel generator set.

To eliminate low frequencies, it is necessary to install vibration isolating supports under the foundation of the diesel generator set.","PeriodicalId":53740,"journal":{"name":"Revista Innovaciencia","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.1,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42729369","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
