Phylogenetical and taxonomical remarks on some Himalayan Carabus of the subgenus Meganebrius Kraatz, 1895, and Morvanicarabus Deuve & Schmidt, 2023 (Coleoptera, Carabidae). Concerning the genus Carabus Linnaeus, 1758, a recently published molecular phylogeny shows that the Himalayan subgenus Meganebrius Kraatz, 1895, is polyphyletic and corresponds to two isolated clades of different origin. A detailed and illustrated description is given for the subgenus Morvanicarabus Deuve & Schmidt, 2023, recently created to include Carabus alanstivelli Morvan, 1981, and C. scheibei Eidam, 1937. In the subgenus Meganebrius, a new species is described, C. (Meganebrius) heterocostatus n. sp., and three new subspecies: C. (M.) heterocostatus pseudarunensis n. ssp., C. (M.) tuberculipennis sprecherae n. ssp. and C. (M.) tuberculipennis bhairavkundensis n. ssp. A taxon from Central Nepal, C. (Meganebrius) annapurnae Deuve & Schmidt, 2003, is upgraded to species level.

Taxonomic researches on Pelecocera from France, with a discussion of their distribution and ecology (Diptera, Syrphidae). The discovery of a new species of the genus Pelecocera led us to revise all the French material of this genus. This revision has been the subject of many twists and turns. We detail them here chronologically, from the discovery of Pelecocera garrigae Lair & Nève, 2022, to the understanding of the application of the name P. lugubris Perris, 1839, to the French specimens previously identified as P. lusitanica Mik, 1898, by several recent authors. An illustrated identification key in French is provided for all the Pelecocera species occurring in France. The distribution and ecology of the six species of Pelecocera of the French fauna are discussed. The regional phenology of several species depends strongly on the altitude, with the emergence of the imagines in spring or autumn according to the species. The imagines occur during favourable conditions of temperature and relative humidity, ensuring them food and necessary conditions for the larvae. These adaptations, very interesting to observe for the understanding of each species, make Pelecocera species potential models to understand the phenology of other insects.

New data on Tenebrionidae of the Banco National Park in Ivory Coast (Coleoptera, Tenebrionidae). A study of material collected more than 50 years ago in the Banco National Park (Ivory Coast) reveals 25 species of Tenebrionidae, a large proportion of which are little known. In addition, a new species and a new subgenus to accommodate it, Toxicum (Afrotoxicum) molteaui n. subgen., n. sp., are described here and compared with related taxa.

Note about some boreo-alpine March-flies, with special reference to Bibio brunnipes (Fabricius, 1794), new species for the fauna of France (Diptera, Bibionidae). The presence in France of the boreo-alpine species Bibio brunnipes (Fabricius, 1794) is ascertained for the first time from localities in department Hautes-Alpes, at altitudes of 2300-2480 m. A preceding record of the species from a low altitude locality is discarded, as it is based on a wrong identification. The presence of the species in Hungary, based on a wrong attribution of locality, is discarded. A new locality in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence is given for the rarely observed B. lautaretensis Villeneuve, 1924. The situation in France of B. brunnipes, B. lautaretensis and a third boreo-alpine bibionid, Dilophus borealis Skartveit, 1993, is discussed.

Elements for a revision of the genus Amauronyx Reitter, 1882, with description of seventeen new species (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae, Pselaphinae). The most important morphological structures for the discrimination of species belonging to the genus Amauronyx Reitter, 1882, are studied in detail; differences with the genus Trichonyx Chaudoir, 1845, are specified. The phenomenon of antisymmetry of the terminalia and genitalia, observed in five species, is commented. Holotypes of two previously described species are examined and lectotypes are designated for ten species, whose essential characters are indicated, with unpublished chorological data. Seventeen new species are described : A. aubei n. sp., A. besucheti n. sp., A. hlavaci n. sp., A. meybohmi n. sp. and A. serranoi n. sp., from Portugal, A. tronqueti n. sp., from Spain, A. normandi n. sp., A. peyerimhoffi n. sp. and A. theryi n. sp., from Algeria, A. vaucheri n. sp., from Morocco, A. kociani n. sp., from Armenia, A. saulcyi n. sp., from Cyprus, A. karamani n. sp., A. machulkai n. sp. and A. reitteri n. sp., from Greece, A. binaghii n. sp. and A. viti n. sp., from Turkey. The genus is new for Corsica, Armenia, Cyprus and Turkey; its presence in Iran is confirmed.
a . besucheti n . sp。a . hlavaci n . sp。a . meybohmi n sp. serranoi n . sp。,从葡萄牙,a tronqueti n . sp。来自西班牙,a normandi n . sp。a . peyerimhoffi n sp. theryi n . sp。,来自阿尔及利亚、a . vaucheri n . sp。从摩洛哥,a kociani n . sp。来自亚美尼亚,a saulcyi n . sp。从塞浦路斯,a karamani n . sp。a . machulkai n sp. reitteri n . sp。,从希腊,a binaghii n . sp.和a . viti n . sp。来自土耳其。科西嘉、亚美尼亚、塞浦路斯和土耳其是新发现的;它在伊朗的存在得到了证实。
