The little mantid Callimantis antillarum (Saussure, 1859) is recorded for the first time from Anguilla. It is the first report in Eastern Caribbean Islands while the species is known from Virgin Islands and Greater Antilles.

The scorpion fauna of Petite Terre, in the Guadeloupe archipelago, Lesser Antilles, is studied for the first time, based on material recently collected during an entomological inventory. Two species are discovered here, Centruroides pococki Sissom & Francke, 1983 (family Buthidae C. L. Koch, 1837; also recorded from several other islands in the Lesser Antilles) and a new species of the genus Oiclus Simon, 1880 (family Diplocentridae Karsch, 1880), O. tite n. sp., described in this work and possibly endemic to Petite Terre. This new taxon raises to seven the number of described Oiclus species (one of them being polytypic) and confirms again that this genus endemic to the Lesser Antilles is more diverse than originally suspected. The number of known Oiclus species occurring in the Guadeloupe archipelago is increased to five; a map of their geographical distribution is presented and a key for their identification is provided.

After studying photographs of the type specimens of two tessarratomid species described by Montandon (Anacanthopus flavolimbatus Montandon, 1894, and Notopomus isidorei Montandon, 1894), it is apparent that the genus Anacanthopus Montandon, 1894, is a junior subjective synonym of Mattiphus Amyot & Serville, 1843. This results in the new combination Mattiphus flavolimbatus (Montandon, 1894), n. comb. Additionally, a comparison between the two genera Notopomus Montandon, 1894, and Siphnus Stål, 1863, indicates that Notopomus should be downgraded to a subgenus of the latter. Consequently, Notopomini Horváth, 1900, becomes a junior synonym of Tessaratomina Stål, 1863.

Four new species of the genus Phantasca Redtenbacher, 1906 (Phantasca bulbosa n. sp., P. arlequina n. sp., P. kawensis n. sp. and P. margaritae n. sp.) from French Guiana are described and illustrated. The female of P. femorata Hennemann, Conle, Bellanger, Lelong & Jourdan, 2018, is re-described due to subsequent discovery of an adult specimen, and the previously unknown egg is described for the first time. The male of P. ruboligata Hennemann et al., 2018, is re-described with the holotype illustrated to rule out confusion with the male of P. margaritae n. sp. A barcoding study based on COI gene of eight species of Phantasca is presented and supports their inclusion within the genus.

Neuroptera from French Polynesia, with the description of a new species of Micromus Rambur, 1842. Within a sample of forty imagos collected in French Polynesia, seven species were identified: Distoleon bistrigatus (Rambur, 1842) (Myrmeleontidae); Austromegalomus brunneus Esben-Petersen, 1935, and Micromus societatis n. sp., a suspected endemic species (Hemerobiidae); Plesiochrysa ramburi (Schneider, 1851), Plesiochrysa remota (Walker, 1853) and Mallada jolyana (Navás, 1910) n. stat., n. comb. (Chrysopidae). A key to the males of Micromus from south-east Pacific is proposed.

The species of the genus Euconnus Thomson, subgenus Cladoconnus Reitter, of the French fauna (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae, Scydmaeninae). The species of ant-like stone beetles belonging to the genus Euconnus Thomson, 1859, subgenus Cladoconnus Reitter, 1909, of the French fauna are reviewed. Lectotypes are designated for E. koziorowiczi Croissandeau, 1893, E. skalitzkyi Croissandeau, 1893, and E. suramensis Reitter, 1882. The occurrence of E. motschulskii (Motschulsky, 1837) is confirmed; that of E. similis (Weise, 1875) is excluded. Two species are new for the French fauna: E. toscanus Franz, 1966, and E. carinthiacus Ganglbauer, 1896. With E. denticornis (P. W. J. Müller & Kunze, 1822), E. koziorowiczi Croissandeau, 1893, and E. motschulskii (Motschulsky, 1837), five species are now known in France.

On the presence of Xylocopa (Koptortosoma) pubescens Spinola, 1838, in metropolitan France (Hymenoptera, Apidae). Xylocopa (Koptortosoma) pubescens Spinola, 1838, species native to Africa and the Middle East, is recorded for the first time in metropolitan France where it has been observed in an urban garden in Ronchin (Nord). To assess its ability to establish and expand, we developed a MAXENT climatic niche model. Ronchin is slightly above the threshold of suitability of X. pubescens. We assume that it should not expand in this unsuitable region. However, the species should be monitored.
