Since the outbreak of COVID-19, several prevention and control measures have been successively promulgated in Wuhan. To name a few, setup of designated hospitals for severe COVID-19 patients is key to enforcing the policy of pooling patients, experts, resources and standardizing treatment. These efforts contribute decisively to improving the cure rate and reducing the mortality of COVID-19. As one of the designated hospitals composed of multiple medical teams, Wuhan Union Hospital put in place a joint working mode for treating severe COVID-19 patients, and found solutions to the main problems and difficulties in management. Its experiences provide references for the operation of joint medical institutions in emergency. Key words: COVID-19; Severe COVID-19 patients; Designated hospital; Operating mode; Team work

December 2019 witnessed the outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan and spread of the epidemic across the country. As a provincial designated hospital for critical patients, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University responded rapidly since then by advocating the four-concentration principles, namely "concentrating patients, experts, resources and treatment" . In its rescue of critical patients, the hospital formulated comprehensive emergency plans, optimized hospital-wide resources, effectively arranged rescue spacing, established medical echelons, and implemented multi-disciplinary strategy. These efforts ensured efficient rescue and treatment, achieving a cure rate up to 98.7% of such patients, with no deaths. Key words: COVID-19; Centralized rescue; Multidisciplinary cooperation mechanism; Medical management

January 25, 2020, our hospital was served as the designated hospital for critically ill patients with new coronary pneumonia in Wuhan. The timely and effective pharmaceutical emergency protection system was great significance for epidemic prevention. In order to ensure the drug demand of patients and improve the level of drug treatment, the key and difficult issues in the practice of pharmacy administration during new coronary pneumonia were combined with clinical practical work to develop an appropriate pharmaceutical emergency support system. Our department launched the emergency response mechanism, such as established list of COVID-19 key therapeutic drugs, urgently purchased therapeutic drugs, reformed the processes of emergency pharmacy, established a donated drug management system, establish the COVID-19 pharmaceutical care team, and opened a "cloud pharmacy" to meet the drug needs of non COVID-19 chronic diseases patients. We also strengthened the management of personnel protection. The pharmacy administration during new coronary pneumonia is a professional, comprehensive, complex and systematic emergency project that guarantees the safety of drug supply, medication and enables the treatment work to be carried out in an orderly manner. Key words: COVID-19; Pharmacy administration; Clinical safe medication; COVID-19 hospital

Objective To explore and analyze the characteristics and causes of intensive nursing needs of patients with Coronavirus Disease 2019. Methods This was a cross-sectional study. Severe or critical patients’ treatment and care information were extracted through the HIS system in a designated hospital of critical patients with Coronavirus Disease 2019. We used statistical descriptions to analyze patient general information, nursing degree, therapeutic intensive care needs. The chi-square test or Fisher's exact test was used to analyze the differences between characteristics of patients and nursing degree. Results A total of 1849 cases of severe and critical patients were collected, including special grade nursing care 697 (37.70%), grade I nursing care (62.30%) . There were 893 (48.30%) patients aged ≥65 years, and 853 (46.13%) patients with one or more complications. All patients required the nursing routine of infection department, and the therapeutic intensive care followed was vein blood collection (99.62%), oxygen inhalation (98.92%), oral medication (98.65%), finger pulse oxygen monitoring (77.07%) and pharyngeal swab collection (71.93%).The nursing degree of patients with different gender, age, admission mode, body position and complications were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The intensive care needs of patients with Coronavirus Disease 2019 are complex, which are special in treatment, life and psychology, and the tasks of nursing are heavy, difficult and professional. Special attention should be paid to elderly patients and patients with complications. Our hospital has established the temporary nursing department in the period of COVID-19 outbreak, unified the coordination of nursing manpower and quality of nursing management, and set up a nursing expert consultation team to further enhance the quality of care for critical patients with Coronavirus Disease 2019. Since December 2019, an outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) in Wuhan, Hubei Province, which has caused wide public concern all through the world. Although artificial intelligence is a priority development fields in recent years, there is no study on the application and effect of AI in this epidemic. Based on the application of AI scenarios in typical cases, the research analyzes the practice and effectiveness of AI in epidemic surveillance, clinical diagnose, public health management and other related scientific research. Besides, combined with the current situation of development, some suggestions are put forward in order to better play the role of artificial intelligence in the public health emergency system in China. Objective To analyze the current situation and characteristics of network public sentiment faced by public hospitals since the outbreak of COVID-19, and to provide suggestions of coping strategies for public hospitals. Methods The data of "trending topic" or "Trending hash tag" of "Wuhan Union Hospital" and "anti-epidemic" were captured on three mainstream new media platforms, namely Sina Microblog, Tik Tok and Headline Today with the help of Data analysis tools of Sina and online data statistical software during the period from December 2019 to February 2020. Content analysis method was used to analyze the occurrence frequency, time distribution and development trend of public sentiment on Internet. Results Under the epidemic of COVID-19, public hospitals faced an exponential growth of network public sentiment. The transmission showed fragmentation of content, instantaneous speed and higher attention to negative information, which brought great challenges for public hospitals. Conclusions The high participation of online discussion of COVID-19 is unprecedented. Public hospitals should attach importance to thework related to network public sentiment, and establish corresponding coping mechanism for response. The construction of mobile Cabin hospitals is a pioneering effort for the prevention and controlling of the patients with mild symptoms during the outbreak epidemic of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia. It is a prerequisite and important guarantee for the hospital to manage the hospital infection and prevent the spreading of the epidemic. Our team is located in Dongxihu mobile Cabin hospital, which is one of the first three Cabin hospitals in Wuhan. This article takes the operation process of this hospital as a clue, and discusses aspects of personal protection, environmental sanitation management, item management, occupational exposure disposal, and discharged patient management. It also analyzed common and critical problems in operation. With a view to provide reference for other Cabin hospitals or temporary treatment agencies.
