物化学与分子生物学平台、组织病理学平台、生物信 息学和大数据计算平台、SPF(specific pathogen free) 级实验动物平台及斑马鱼模型平台. 目前平台已购置 包括超级计算机、高内涵成像系统、激光共聚焦/双 光子显微镜、超速离心机、流式细胞分选/分析仪在 内的各类先进大型仪器设备. 转化院拥有独立的SPF 级实验动物房, 提供小动物麻醉呼吸系统、小动物活 体成像系统、小动物超声系统、X射线辐照仪等先进 仪器, 满足动物实验的基本需要. 转化院现有海内外引进的各类人才共计37名(含 兼职兼聘专家12名),其中包含国家“海外高层次人才引 进计划”创新人才长期项目入选者6名、“长江学者奖 励计划”项目入选者2名、“青年千人计划”项目入选者 6名、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目入选 者1名、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目(海 外)入选者3名、“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者项目入 选者1名、浙江省“海外高层次人才引进计划”创新人 才长期项目入选者17名, 目前在读研究生近150人. 目前, 转化院获批科研项目(含横向)共203项, 获 批总经费逾3.46亿元, 其中2019至2022年获批科研项 目(含横向)共78项, 获批总经费2.38亿元. 包括主持国 家自然科学基金委基础科学中心项目(1项)、国家重 点研发计划项目(4项)、国家重点研发计划青年科学 家项目(1项)、国家自然科学基金重点项目(5项)、国 家自然科学基金重大研究计划(1项)、国家自然科学 基金优秀青年科学基金项目(3项)等科技部及国家自 然科学基金项目110余项, 浙江省“鲲鹏计划”人才项目 (1项)、浙江省领军型创新创业团队项目(1项)等省部 级科研项目25项, 以及横向科研项目37项. 2021年,在国家自然科学基金基础科学中心项目的 支持下, 浙江大学牵头成立了以“肿瘤物质与能量动态 的介尺度研究”为攻坚方向的国家基础科学中心, 转化 院院长吕志民教授(欧洲科学院外籍院士)担任首席科 学家, 核心成员包括国家癌症中心/中国医学科学院肿

Organoids-on-a-chip Organoids-on-a-chip

Organoids-on-a-chip is a newly emerging and frontier field with a marriage of organoids and microfluidic organ-on-a-chip technology. The synergistic engineering strategies can be adopted to build organ model systems in high fidelity, and to hold great potential in studies of organ development, disease modeling, drug discovery and regenerative medicine. In this review, we introduce the origin, key features and recent progress of organoids-on-chips. The future opportunities and major challenges to advance organoids-on-a-chip systems are also discussed.
类器官芯片技术是类器官与微流控芯片技术相结合的新兴前沿领域。采用协同工程策略可以构建高保真度的器官模型系统,在器官发育、疾病建模、药物发现和再生医学研究中具有很大的潜力。本文综述了芯片类器官的起源、主要特点和最新进展。本文还讨论了未来发展类器官芯片系统的机遇和主要挑战。
