Application of E-Bayes Method in Stock Forecast E-Bayes方法在股票预测中的应用

In this paper, case of E-Bayes method to forecast investment is given. Data are grouped, and the probability of samples that does not drop into the state is assumed. An increasing function to establish the forecast model for investment is constructed. Finally, calculations are carried out according to the practical problems, and result shows that the E-Bayes method is feasible and easy to operate.
本文给出了用E-Bayes方法进行投资预测的实例。将数据分组,并假设样本不落入该状态的概率。构造了投资预测模型的递增函数。最后,根据实际问题进行了计算,结果表明E-Bayes方法是可行且易于操作的。

Wind-Induced Vibration Analysis in Time Domain 时域风致振动分析

Based on harmonic superposition method (WAWS method) under the situation of multiple fluctuating wind speed, the spatial correlation of multi-point and Simiu spectrum were considered. Meanwhile decimation in time Fast Fourier Transform method (DIT-FFT method) was carried on optimizing the speed of wind. Then the fluctuating wind speed long direction of wind was simulated.

Electronic City: A Key to Achieving Sustainable Development 电子城:实现可持续发展的关键

Nowadays, the concept of urban and urbanism in regards to problems such as increasing population, multiplicity in number of cities, air and noise pollution and traffic jams evolved in deep variation and changes. Recently, with this approach we will face the question of what is sustainable to the city and regarding goals of sustainable development, how we could implement the vision based on this theory in modern urbanism. It is obvious that rapid changes in physical and economical development joint with social changes will have an influence on live dynamic of cities. Information Technology is known as one of the most important elements in changes and development of the current world and consequences from it will have a direct impact on people. These changes will carry words such as: Electronic commerce, Electronic Banking, Electronic city and even electronic government. It's been many years that Electronic development is practically used in many countries yielding large capital returns and saving significant resources and capacities for those countries. Electronic city as one of the emerging concept which is born with the development of Information technology, in theoretical and practical field, it can cause innovation and creation by using social and economical capitals. Also it could be a model to achieve sustainable development goals and solve many problems of New Urbanism. Noticeably, with regards to this fact, more than half the world's population live in urban areas and concept of the city is in the center of major challenges and problems such as energy control, resource consuming and change in cities infrastructure, "sustainable city" and its creation will not be possible unless we again have an approach to city development in the form of sustainability concept. Finally, Goal of this paper is to introduce overall aim of sustainable development and consider the role and necessity of electronic city and required infrastructure in order to make it practical.

Dimension Reduction Based on Modified Maximum Margin Criterion for Tumor Classification 基于改进最大切缘准则的降维肿瘤分类

Based on Maximum margin criterion (MMC), a new algorithm, named modified MMC, is proposed for supervised dimensionality reduction in this paper. The algorithm aims at learning a linear transformation, and aims at maximizing the average margin between classes in the projected space. After projecting, the considered pair wise points within the same class are as close as possible, while those between different classes are as far as possible. The performance on two gene expression profiles datasets demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Key Factors Influencing the Adoption of E-government in Iran 影响伊朗采用电子政务的关键因素

Compare to developed countries, e-Government implementation in developing countries seems to be slower. One of the important issues for the e-Government services is adoption of users. Finding the factors which impact on the adoption of government e-Services would lead the managers to a better technology adoption model which is more suitable for e-Government. This study presents the essential factors based on the interviews with the IT managers in the public organization using e-Government services. This study uses the most discussed adoption models to identify the factors. Based on interviews done in Iran's public organizations, this study finds the suitable factors and includes trustworthiness as an external key factor influencing the adoption of e-Government services.

A Weighted Difference Scheme and Calculation of Parabolic Equation 抛物型方程的加权差分格式及计算

In practical simulations, difference algorithms are often chosen to solve large partial differential equations. In this paper, a new weighted three-implicit difference scheme is constructed for one-dimensional parabolic equation. The truncation error and stability of difference scheme are studied in detail. Numerical results show that the new method is feasible and effective, indeed.

A Combined Newton Method for Symmetric Conic Linear Programming 对称二次线性规划的组合牛顿法

We propose a combined Newton method for solving the symmetric conic linear programming based on the Chen-Harker-Kanzow-Smale smoothing function. The proposed algorithm combines the techniques used in both non-smoothing Newton methods and smoothing Newton methods. Under mild assumptions, the algorithm needs to perform at most one line search at each iteration and is shown to possess global convergence.

Global Stability and Periodicity of Predator-Prey System with Holling IV Type Functional Response 具有Holling IV型函数响应的捕食-食饵系统的全局稳定性和周期性

In this paper, we investigate the persistence of a class of predator-prey system with double density restrict and Holling IV type functional response, the existence and the global stability of its global positive periodic solution by using Comparability Theorem, Coincidence Degree Theory and Lyapunov functions. We obtain the sufficient conditions which guarantee the existence of the global asymptotic stable positive periodic solution of the periodic system. Some new results obtained.

Existence of Periodic Solutions of Predator-Prey Diffusive System with Ratio-Dependence III Type and Stage Structure 具有比率依赖III型和阶段结构的捕食-食饵扩散系统周期解的存在性

In this paper, a non-autonomous predator-prey system with Ratio-Dependence III type functional response and stage structure for predator and time delay in patch circumstances is investigated. By using Gaines and Mawhin's continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory, a set of easily verifiable sufficient conditions to guarantee the existence of positive periodic solutions of the system are obtained. Some new results are obtained.

Our aim in this paper is to introduce and study new sorts of fuzzy ideals in rings called (epsilon, epsilon Vq (lamda, mu))-fuzzy n-pseudo ideal of rings and generalized fuzzy n- pseudo ideal of rings. The equivalent connection between them are given. Besides, some of their algebraic properties are charactered.
