A gray theory prediction model of asphalt pavement performance 沥青路面性能灰色理论预测模型

Asphalt pavement performance prediction model has great significance for the preventive maintenance. In the paper, the performance of an asphalt pavement in Guangdong province P.R.China was tested from 2003 year to 2008 year. After analyzed the data, the grey theory was used to model the trend of decay in performance of asphalt pavement. The verified result indicating that the established gray model of asphalt pavement performance has high accuracy and can be used to predict the performance of asphalt pavement.
沥青路面性能预测模型对预防性养护具有重要意义。本文对广东省某沥青路面2003年至2008年的性能进行了测试。通过对数据的分析,运用灰色理论对沥青路面性能衰减趋势进行了建模。验证结果表明,所建立的沥青路面性能灰色模型具有较高的精度,可用于沥青路面性能的预测。

Improved design of receiving coil for wireless transcutaneous energy transmission 无线经皮能量传输接收线圈的改进设计

In order to increase the energy transmission efficiency of the wireless transcutaneous energy system for implantable microelectronic neural bridge, this paper focuses on the design of the receiving coil. Several methods are used to improve the performance of the receiving coil design. For both the transmitter and receiver the series resonant circuits are adopted, with a 10-mm distance of coils' air gap and a 1-kΩ equivalent load, the receiver can attain a transmission efficiency of 26.9%. In addition, the system with stable ±3.3V DC dual sources can supply power for subsequent circuits. The experimental results demonstrate that the system can increase energy transmission efficiency by using the improved receiving coil.

Primary analysis of the comparison test of wind profilers Made in China 国产风廓线对比试验初步分析

A statewide comparison test of wind profiler was held in the southeast of Beijing by China Meteorological Administrator (CMA) from July 26th to October 25th in 2005. The main content includes static test and dynamic comparison. Eight wind profilers which were manufactured by China were tested. Among these, five boundary layer profilers which operate on different frequencies observed simultaneously, and three troposphere profilers which operate on the same frequency(445MHz)observed by turns. Here the technical characteristics of these wind profilers were summarized and the detecting performance (availability, accuracy) was analyzed and evaluated. The result showed that wind profilers in the test can meet the operational requirement.
2005年7月26日至10月25日,中国气象局在北京东南部地区进行了一次风廓线全国比对试验。主要内容包括静态测试和动态比较。对中国制造的8台风廓线进行了试验。其中,5台不同频率的边界层廓线仪同时观测,3台相同频率(445MHz)对流层廓线仪轮流观测。总结了这些风廓线仪的技术特点,并对其检测性能(可用性、准确性)进行了分析和评价。结果表明,试验中的风廓线能够满足使用要求。

A novel quantum-inspired genetic algorithm for a weekly university scheduling optimization 一种新的量子遗传算法用于大学每周调度优化

This paper presents a novel quantum-inspired algorithm(QGA) for the heavily constrained university scheduling problems(CUSP). The CUSP is a common problem for all institutions of higher education. It has been proved a NP problems. We propose a solving of CUSP based on the use of quantum-inspired algorithms. In the QGA, Q-bits based representation is employed by updating operator of quantum gate which is introduced as a variation operator to drive the individuals toward better solutions. The experimental results show that a set of high quality timetables can be achieved.

Application of Robust Control Theory in the urban operation and management 鲁棒控制理论在城市运营管理中的应用

Urban operations management is to take is to take that the urban long-term stability harmonizes sustainable development and benign operation as target, this paper based on the probing about the formation of urban operation management system and development law, apply the Robust Control Theory to carry out research. It proposes the content and problems of the urban operations management first; then discusses the Robust Control Theory and application in management; finally, studies the Robust regulatory mechanism in urban operations management, including the meaning and significance of system stability, the redundancy concept of urban operation and management, the resistance ability and recovery ability of the urban operation and management. The result shows that the Robust regulatory mechanism is a very important method in the process in which the results and status of urban operations management become stabilizing. This study content have a good reference value to the urban operations management and studying staff.

Output feedback stabilization for a class of distributed parameter switched systems 一类分布参数切换系统的输出反馈镇定

The general model of distributed parameter switched systems (DPSS) was presented via operator semigroup theory in Hilbert. The problem of output feedback stabilization for DPSS was studied and an exponentially stable observer for any switched law was designed. Meanwhile, a switching strategy and sub-controller, which depend on the observer value, were designed and the sufficient condition of exponential stability of closed-loop DPSS was obtained. When the switching interval time is constrained, the stability analysis for DPSS was also studied via mild solution of an abstract evolution equation and the switching law and sub-controllers were also designed to guarantee that the closed-loop system is exponentially stable.

Exponential stability of a class of linear time-varying singularly perturbed systems 一类线性时变奇摄动系统的指数稳定性

In this paper, the Gauss-Seidel iteration method is used to investigate the exponential stability of a class of linear time-varying singularly perturbed systems. A simple algebraic criterion for exponential stability for all small enough values of singular perturbation parameter ε is obtained. Moreover, an upper bound on the values of ε for which the system preserves exponential stability can be found by solving a set of ε-dependent inequalities.

The individual knowledge model supporting web-based instruction based on cloud computing 支持基于云计算的基于web的教学的个体知识模型

The traditional web-based instruction has a clear deficiency in individual assessment and tacit knowledge in construction. This paper presents a novel knowledge model based on concept map that supports individual knowledge assessment, knowledge storage and tacit knowledge in construction in the cloud computing environment, and gives an assessment model and the system architecture of the knowledge model on the cloud computing platform. At last, based on the cloud computing platform, Google App Engine is used to verify the knowledge model feasible and reasonable.

Manufacturing model generation based on process constraint for micro device 基于工艺约束的微器件制造模型生成

The feature modelling technology makes micro device design in a more convenient way. This paper concentrates on how to revise the original feature model and construct manufacturing model through process constraint method. By generating reference manufacturing model, the design features are mapping to manufacturing features organized with layer information. After constraint features mapping procedure, the relationship between design features and constraint features are built. Then, enforcing the constraint rules, the primary manufacturing model is reconstructed by model revising method.
