The characteristics and variation trends of temporal and spatial distribution of thunderstorms in the area of Linyi 临沂地区雷暴的时空分布特征及变化趋势

Based on the observation of the thunderstorm days at ten weather stations in the area of Linyi, the characteristics of temporal and spatial distribution of thunderstorm days from 1962 to 2009 has been analyzed. The results indicate that the thunderstorm days are varied in different regions of the area, but the differences are small. The thunderstorm days decreased significantly by 3.4 days for every 10 years. The thunderstorm days for the whole region decreased sharply while the thunderstorm days in local region increased a little more. The month of July has the most thunderstorms and most of which are citywide storms, then the August followed. The decreasing tendency of thunderstorms is significant in summer and autumn and not obvious in spring. After 1972, the total number of thunderstorm days in Linyi decreased suddenly.

Accurate installation method and precision analysis for vision measurement of remote falling point 远距离落点视觉测量的精确安装方法及精度分析

In order to measure precisely the position of remote falling point in large-range using stereo vision measurement technology, a fast accurate installation method with calibration objects for the field vision measurement system was proposed. The first thing of this method was to calculate accurately parameters of system based on measurement conditions. Then, some special calibration objects were emplaced with the same height along the theoretical main axis of camera. According to the images of calibration objects, the pose of camera was adjusted carefully to complete the fast accurate installation of camera. Simulation and experimental results show that this method is very suitable for locating the remote falling point in large-scale field. And the measurement accuracy of this method is about 0.3%.

Coexistence and local stability of multiple equilibria in competitive neural networks with nondecreasing activation functions 非递减激活函数竞争神经网络中多个平衡点的共存与局部稳定性

In this paper, the multistability is discussed for competitive neural networks (CNNs) with nondecreasing saturated activation functions with 2 r corner points. Based on decomposition of state space, Cauchy convergence principle and inequality technique, some sufficient conditions ensuring the local exponential stability of (r + 1)N equilibrium points are derived. The obtained results are less restrictive than some recent works. An example with simulation is presented to verify the theoretical analysis.

The research on virtual micro-otosurgery 虚拟显微耳外科的研究

The virtual surgery is one of technically difficult applications. It is necessary and of practical significance to apply VR to the micro-otosurgery, which is a functional operation with high precision and great difficulties. The virtual micro-otosurgery system is designed and developed. WTK is adopted as virtual reality development tool, the organ model for mrico-otosurgery is reconstructed by anatomic slice image, the virtual operation instrument model is built based on method of photograph, and the operation demonstrating module is developed, which can serve the operation training and planning.

Defect and variation tolerance logic mapping for crossbar nanoarchitectures as a multi-objective problem 作为多目标问题的横杆纳米结构的缺陷和变异容限逻辑映射

In addition to high defect density, serious variations exist in self-assembled nanoelectronic crossbar architectures compared to the conventional lithography-based CMOS integrated circuits. Therefore, it is one of the emerging challenges to tolerate variations apart from tolerating defects. In addition, considering many-sided factors simultaneously in variation tolerance is necessary. In this paper, we first consider two important factors in variation tolerance simultaneously and formulate this problem as a multi-objective optimization problem, then employ and extend an effective multi-objective evolutionary algorithm called nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) to the variation tolerance. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Based on an introduction to customer relationship management's role in maintaining existing customers and acquiring new customers, this paper presents the core element of establishing a long-term, stable and reciprocal relationship with targeted customers by meeting individualized requirements and exercising customer care. Under the direction of this philosophy, MapGIS K9 platform and Oracle 9i database software are used for the design and development of customer relationship management system (CRMS)so as to provide the management with functions of decision support such as customer information, marketing and services.

Fingerprint acquisition for the criminal investigation by digital holography 数字全息技术在刑事侦查中的指纹采集

Digital holography is proposed as a non-destructive fingerprint acquisition method in the criminal investigation field. Digital holography is a new imaging technology which combines the advantages of both the optical holography and digital processing. As an advanced optical diagnostic tool, digital holography allows to provide the quantitative phase information and the intensity information simultaneously. Based on the off-axis digital Fresnel holography, the principle of recording and reconstruction are analyzed, the reconstruction methods of the fingerprint amplitude and phase image are investigated, and the experimental results are presented. Both the theoretical analysis and the experimental results showed that digital holography does not destroy the on-site fingerprints, overcomes the shortcomings of traditional fingerprint acquisition methods, and as a simple and effective acquisition method can be applied to the criminal investigation field.

Point cloud segmentation using gradient vector flow snake 点云分割使用梯度矢量流蛇

This paper presents a new method for extracting point cloud of useful main surface from 3D point cloud of an existing product or part. The 3D point cloud is sliced into 2D point cloud at different slices. For each slice, gradient vector flow (GVF) is generated. An active contour or snake is applied to capture the point cloud belonging to main surface. Points belonging to mini-structures or mini-features are repaired. Experimental results demonstrate the robustness and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Design and implementation of upper layer computer network in marine engine room simulator 船舶机舱模拟器上层计算机网络的设计与实现

It is a key technique and a trend in ship automation development to marine engine room simulator. The available products used for monitoring and control usually consist of many distributed microcomputer units and one management personal computer. The functions are performed not on an upper layer monitoring and control in a computer network but in an independent personal computer. To overcome the disadvantage and to improve the reliability, real-time diagnosis abilities, it present a feasible design of the computer network and give the implementation of integrated collection and display for system data, video and audio signals with distribution of software in detail. This technique has been used on a cruise ship and performs well.

Positive solutions for a class of three-point boundary value problem 一类三点边值问题的正解

This paper studies the positive solutions for a class of three-point boundary value problem. This arguments are based upon the Schauder fixed point theorem. Since the technique to obtain the Green's function for the three-point boundary value problem is different from that of previous papers, and the nonlinear term is involved with the first-order derivative explicitly, our work is new.
