Non-fragile H∞ control for neutral stochastic hybrid systems with time-varying delay 时变时滞中立型随机混合系统的非脆弱H∞控制

The robust non-fragile H∞ control problems for neutral stochastic hybrid systems with time-varying delay are studied in this paper. Firstly, a delay-dependent stochastic Markovian jumping bounded real lemma is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). Secondly, based on the bounded real lemma, for both the case of additive and multiplicative controller uncertainties, delay-dependent sufficient conditions for the solvability of non-fragile H∞ control for nominal neutral stochastic hybrid systems with time-varying delay and neutral stochastic hybrid systems with time-varying delay are derived by taking a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and its Itô derivative. The desired state feedback controller can be developed by solving some certain LMIs. At last, a numerical example is given to show the validity of the obtained results and the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The outlet water quality evaluation of the sewage treatment plant based on Fuzzy Complex Index Method 基于模糊复指数法的污水处理厂出水水质评价

A comprehensive evaluation model of water quality based on Fuzzy Complex Index Method was analyzed. Based on the data and its characteristics of the sewage treatment plant outlet water in Foshan, the polluting factors which have a greater polluting impact to assess the water quality were ascertained, and the membership functions and fuzzy matrix were established, finally the outlet water quality of the sewage treatment plant was evaluated. The results indicated that they are consistent with the measured water level. This method is simple, effective and intuitive. It provides a scientific basis for the effective supervision of the outlet water of sewage treatment plant.
分析了基于模糊复指数法的水质综合评价模型。根据佛山市污水处理厂出水数据及其特点,确定对水质评价有较大污染影响的污染因子,建立隶属函数和模糊矩阵,最终对污水处理厂出水水质进行评价。结果表明,它们与实测水位基本一致。这种方法简单、有效、直观。为污水处理厂出水的有效监管提供了科学依据。

The effect of initial conditions on Atmospheric General Circulation Model 初始条件对大气环流模式的影响

Two numerical experiments of ensemble hindcasting for 17 years are performed here, initial conditions are NCEP-DOE Reanalysis 2 data (adopted in the real-time prediction) and that in the second are supplied by the system of three-dimensional variational assimilation (3D-VAR), and there are five-member ensembles in each experiment. The model is used here which is a grid-point Atmospheric General Circulation Model with 9 vertical levels and a resolution of 20 in latitudinal and 2.50 in longitudinal direction, developed by the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (IAP9L2x2.5-AGCM). The technique of Correlation Analysis is applied. Comparison results show that (1) the difference of temporal anomaly coefficient is very small in the tropics under two different initial conditions, whereas it is large in middle and high latitudes, especially in East Asia (China) region, (2) temporal anomaly coefficient in the experiment 2 is bigger than that in the experiment 1 in most of China region, (3) spatial anomaly correlation of many variables has also different degree improvement by use of the initial conditions after data assimilation(in the experiment 2). That is to say, the results demonstrate quantitatively that the role of initial conditions on short-term climate prediction in East Asia is more important than in the global, what's more, the initial conditions after data assimilation are better than that in the real-time prediction to some extend. So, the effect of initial conditions on atmospheric general circulation model is not neglected.

Dynamic performance analysis of PID controller with one memristor 单忆阻器PID控制器动态性能分析

Memristor M is an ideal circuit element discovered recently, which relates the charge q and the magnetic flux Á in a circuit and complements a resistor R, a capacitor C and an inductor L as an ingredient of ideal electrical circuits. The resistance of memristor changes automatically as its voltage changing, which can be used as a tunable parameter in control systems. Proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller is the most popular controller for the majority of control systems. However, it is difficult to adjust the PID parameters. Once the PID parameters are adjusted, they remain unchanged during the control systems operation. In this paper, we present a PID controller with a memristor, called M-PID controller. Based on a conventional PID circuit schematic and a M-PID circuit schematic, we establish their mathematic models. Then we analyze the dynamic performance of M-PID controller with a sinusoidal voltage input and an impulse voltage input. We show that M-PID controller acts more rapidly and strongly than PID controller, furthermore some parameters of M-PID controller adjust adaptively with the input.

Distributed state estimation for genetic regulatory networks with multiple sensors 多传感器遗传调控网络的分布式状态估计

In this letter, the state estimation problem is dealt with for delayed genetic regulatory networks (GRNs) with SUM logic and multiple sensors. Time delays here are assumed to be time-varying and belong to the given intervals. The genetic regulatory functions are supposed to satisfy the sector-like condition. We aim to design a distributed state estimator which approximates the genetic states through the measurements of the sensors, i.e., the estimation error system is globally asymptotically stable. Based on the Lyapunov functional method, it is shown that if a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) are feasible, the desired distributed state estimator does exist. A numerical example is constructed in the end of the paper to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained criteria.

Uniform bounds of truncation error for shannon sampling expansion 香农采样展开截断误差的统一界

Let BpΩ, 1 ≤ p ≤ 8; be the set of all bounded functions from Lp(ℝ) which can be extended to entire functions of exponential type ℝ. The uniform bounds for truncation error of Shannon sampling expansion from local averages are obtained for functions f ∈ BpΩ with the decay condition equation where A and δ are positive constants. Furthermore we also establish similar results for non-bandlimit functions from Besov classes with the same decay condition as above.

Method of removing false fringes in image obtained With Optical coherence tomography 光学相干层析成像中假条纹的去除方法

The images obtained with Optical coherence tomography (OCT) are often affected by the false fringes due to the inaccurate demodulation frequency used to demodulate the measured OCT signal. An empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method was proposed to remove the fringes contained in the demodulated OCT signal. Compared with the traditional filter technique, the EMD-based method has the advantage of successfully removing the false fringes as well as retaining the detailed structure of the image, making it possible to differentiate between the different components of the tissue.

The grey-information-entropy-based performance evaluation model 基于灰色信息熵的绩效评价模型

Based on the analyses and researches on various approaches to quality evaluation model, this article combines information entropy and the grey system theory and applies them to the research of performance evaluation for university teachers. A theory model is proposed and then applied to the performance evaluating system of HHIT. The model has been proven effective.

A new convergence property of online BP learning 在线BP学习的一种新的收敛性

The feedforward neural networks trained with the online backpropagation (BP) learning algorithm have been widely studied in various areas of scientific research and engineering applications. In this paper we further study the convergence property of the online BP learning algorithm. Unlike the existing convergence analysis mainly focusing on the convergence of the gradient sequence of the error functions, we prove a convergence theorem for the sequence of the error functions itself.

Fault feature extraction based on optimal energy using lifting wavelet packet 基于最优能量的提升小波包故障特征提取

Fault prediction is the key technology to guarantee the safe operation of large mechanical equipment,and fault feature extraction is a key issue in fault prediction. To extract fault feature from the non-stationary fault signals, this paper proposed a fault feature extraction method using lifting wavelet packet, and constructed the fault feature vector of optimal energy. The fault feature extraction analysis shows that the proposed method can highlight the energy change within the optimal decomposition frequency band, and effectively reflect the fault status.
故障预测是保证大型机械设备安全运行的关键技术,故障特征提取是故障预测中的关键问题。为了从非平稳故障信号中提取故障特征,提出了一种提升小波包的故障特征提取方法,并构造了能量最优的故障特征向量。故障特征提取分析表明,该方法能突出最优分解频带内的能量变化,有效反映故障状态。
