Nowadays, foreground detection of digital images has been a heated topic in visual researches of computer graphics and has had great significance in a variety of areas in our society. Digital image foreground extraction is also called image cutout, the important part of computer image processing technology, is also the basis of graphic image processing algorithm. The foreground extraction of digital image refers to dividing an image into two parts of the scene region and the background region, and at the same time the foreground image is extracted form a new image. In this paper, yaks are extracted and displayed in yak images in the Three Rivers Source area of Qinghai province. Plenty of experiments show that the dark-colored yak foreground extraction algorithm in this paper has a good effect on yak foreground recognition. The results of this study can provide an algorithm basis for yak intelligent weight analysis.

Due to the increasingly prominent environmental problems caused by the high degree of industrialization and urbanization, the requirements of landscaping and ecological construction have been constantly raised. GIS technology plays a leading role in the field of forest landscape display. With the continuous improvement of 3D GIS technology, the application of 3D GIS in Wisdom Forest Platform system has become the main trend of forest information management. This topic systematically studies the current situation of Wisdom forest management and the development trend of 3D GIS, and puts forward a new mode of application of 3D GIS in Wisdom forest management. Based on the actual survey, on-the-spot survey and the existing data, the forest 3D model is further constructed after obtaining the data. The main research is based on ArcGIS Engine10.2 platform and Visual Studio 2012 programming environment for the development and of 3D landscape system.

To make a high precision synchronization in transmitter and receiver when the coal mine exploration radar work in the field survey, this paper has designed a high precision synchronous clock based on complementary coordinate GPS and OCXO. The clock phase splitting algorithm is used to measure GPS output time difference between stable second pulse signal (1PPS) and local second pulse signal, and then the Kalman filtering algorithm is used to filtering time lag to get the frequency deviation controlling quantity of OCXO, eventually making high precision synchronization between stable 1PPS and local second pulse signal. The experimental results show that synchronous clock can work long time until GPS is valid, the synchronization precision of transmitter and receiver is better than 150ns. It can take local second pulse instead of stable second pulse signal (1PPS), in the case of one or two GPS receiver are invalid. The operational time of synchronous clock is more than half an hour.

Target tracking system has strong-nonlinearity with non-Gaussian noise, thus making traditional Cubature Kalman Filter have low tracking accuracy due to sensitivity to non-Gaussian noise. Considering that the High-degree CKF and Maximum Correntropy Kalman Filter can conquer the nonlinearity of system and non-Gaussianity of measurement noise and system noise respectively, the measurement update process of HCKF is transformed to statistical linear regression equation based on the combination of Maximum Correntropy Criterion and HCKF, and adjust the kernel width adaptively, which solves the nonlinearity and non-Gaussianity problem. Simulation proves that the proposed robust generalized high-degree cubature filter is better than traditional CKF and simple MCKF both in tracing accuracy.

Image interpolation is one of the important techniques in image enlargement. Traditional linear interpolation and bi-cubic interpolation methods are unable to guarantee the derivative continuity at the end point of the interpolated interval. In the case of large-scale enlargement, there will be a Block or fuzzy phenomenon. In this paper, a new power series - Newton interpolation algorithm is proposed to achieve high resolution enlargement. The interpolation principle based on the new algorithm is also analyzed: At first, the programme construct the new power-series function, then this function is used to get the derivative, finally the derivative is utilized to construct the Newton-interpolation function. The test result shows that this algorithm can well reflect the gray-level change even in large-scale enlargement, can make up for the defects of the traditional algorithms.

A new and intelligent kind of car steward system was designed based on brain waves control. The system was composed of head-mounted sensors and car steward. When drivers were tired in different levels, analysis of brain waves signals could suggest difference. Brain waves could be divided into five different waves, δ wave, θ wave, a wave, beta brain wave and gamma wave. According to scalp electrodes, brain waves of drivers could be obtained and transmitted to processor. Levels of tiredness could be concluded relying on the driver's brain waves.

Based on Circular Economy theory, the sh aring system about circulating packaging (SSCP) of the express delivery industry is put forward with the sharing circulating packaging (SCP) as the research object, to promote the green development of Chinese express delivery industry. The structure of the SSCP of the express delivery industry and the main work that needs to be done to construct the system were briefly described. According to the different operation modes of the SCP of the express delivery industry based on lease mode, the different circulation processes are designed and the corresponding models are set up to achieve the recycling of the SCP.

The main work of this paper is to design and implement a set of ultrasonic ranging system which uses STC89C51 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip, uses ultrasonic ranging sensor HC - SR04 as the ranging method, and uses DS18B20 temperature sensor to correct the sound speed in the current measuring environment, displays and alarms the ranging result with LCD12864 liquid crystal display and buzzer, and supports the function of modifying the alarm distance.

On the basis of expounding single factor and double factor authentication technology, this article detailed the system structure and the authentication principle of Multi-factor mutual authentication technology based on the mobile telephone sms service. The authentication technologycombines communication technology with network technology, using dynamic certification code, authentication and identification language and networkpassword. By applying this authentication technology, it can further enhance mutual authentication between the client and the server, improve the reliability and safety of authentication, safeguard the network information security.

Beam energy is a key property to determine the accelerator performance. A real-time and non-destructive method should be used for the energy measurement. In this paper, an energy measurement system based on Experimental physics and industrial control systems (EIPCS) is designed and developed for a proton LINAC. The original signals are from beam position monitor, which give us the beam phase information through its electronics. An algorithm from beam energy to phase is deduced. Based on EPICS, the client completes the data acquisition, the IOC achieves beam energy measurement algorithms, and last a whole energy measurement OPI performed by CSS.
